This property was perfect for our family's Christmas getaway. We would definitely book with them again, but maybe consider a place with a pool in the summertime. We absolutely loved the fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom!!

We got an email ahead of check-in stating there would be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. When we arrived the ladies all had to go. Surprise!! There was NO toilet paper in the house. Also no hand soap, no bar soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels and no dish towels. We were there for a wedding. There was no ironing board or iron anywhere. We looked all over the downstairs. One TV worked, most did not. 1 TV worked some. There were no instructions how to work the remotes and no printed channel guide. The guide on the TV screen only worked on one TV. Some remotes had dead batteries. We put dishes in the dishwasher and it leaked water on the floor. The repairman came out while we were out, left it running. It leaked again. We were going to wash dishes in the sink, but there was no topper for either sink bowl. No glad wrap , no baggies. No way to store leftovers. TP and soap was delivered when requested, but it should have been there when we arrived. The house was nice, and the heat and AC worked, but the house keeping items and maintenance were lacking. Kind of like it was the first time it was rented. I hope that you do better the next time.

Me and a few of my friends booked this house for my bachelorette weekend this past weekend and can’t say enough great things about this house. It was plenty of room for me and my 4 friends. Each girl had their own room and bathroom. The place was very clean and spacious for all of us. This house is not super close to the beach or pool, but we did have access to the shuttle to and from the beach, so calling and setting that up was a very simple process and all of the guys driving the shuttles were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall was great. House was not very clean. The furniture in living area is worn out and needs to be replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was in a great location right near the towers. The house was well equipped with kitchen accessories, plenty of towels, etc. it was just the right amount of room for the 9 of us! Also, the property was clean and and well taken care of. Nice neighborhood, great location across from the Barefoot Resort. Clean and well maintained home. Back patio was small and right on top of 2 neighbors. Zero privacy. No grill.

This property was beautiful! I was happy with the closeness of the amenities as well as the beach. Only issue that I did experience was with one particular person I spoke with when trying to request a shuttle. I spoke with her several times on one particular day before finally giving up. She was rude and didn’t seem to want to help but aside from that everything else was great! I would definitely recommend booking this place.

This was by far one of the best places to stay. We had 5 kids 13 and under and we all had a blast. The management team at itrips were great to deal with. We actually were approved to check in early. That has never happened to me before! We really appreciated that! Just can't say enough great things about our visit. Everything was awesome. The shudle was on time and friendly, everyone we dealt with was on point. We will definitely be booking this place again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The master bedroom shower needs a lot work on it. There's a lot of mildew on the walls, floor, and shower glass.

Accommodations were beautiful. My sons loved it. The location was excellent. Just 20 minutes from all the activities Myrtle Beach had to offer.

One side of garage had damaged door and could not be used, other side of garage had a shrub that had overgrown so that car brushed against it when parking and getting out of car. Den furniture badly worn out, home was further from pool and resort amenities than anticipated, would have liked being closer but resort is great for families with children.

The house was perfect for our group. The walk to the beach and pool is not far and the shuttle service was an added bonus. The close proximity to Barefoot Landing was nice as well.

Beautiful property. The access to pool, shuttle, beach was wonderful. Great family location. Prefer north Myrtle beach over Myrtle beach. Very responsive to emails and texts as well

Upon our arrival, the home was clean and inviting. We had a great time in this lovely home. Everyone had their own room and an adjacent bathroom. Awesome! The beach is only about a 3 minute walk and in the evening its the perfect stroll after dinner. Thank you for allowing us to have a great time in your beautiful home.

Great house in a very convenient location, feels like you are in a quaint little neighborhood while being close to all the fun. Short walk to the pool and beach.

Loved everything about our stay!

This property is in a great location. The house was clean and comfortable. The only downfall was one up the shower upstairs was not working but when we contact the manager he sent over a maintenance guy right away and got that fixed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this property again when we return.
