We stayed in that hotel for the second time. The only improvement was that the cafeteria was working 24h. The personnel inside the main Restaurant is working really hard to clean the tables and to serve your drinks. Some of the night shows are really great -very professional performances. On the other hand the live music bands are more or less on average level. We could highly recommend one to try the Turkish a-la-cart restaurant and the Spa.

Unpolite staff at the Reception, hardly speaking English. Even at the Guest Relations office no English at all, not to mention the other personnel. The Italian a-la-cart Restaurant is no worth to visit, even Pizza does not taste delicious.

The facilities of the hotel was amazing. Above all the service was extremely good. All staff members was very friendly. Even the restaurant chief chef gave me a goodbye gift with a box of special baklava. How thoughtful was that? It was incredible service.

The animation team could be better. They seemed only to interact with very few people. Not bad but could improve. Nevertheless, that shouldn't put anyone off as the rest is true 5 star.

Staff and food were great, the hotel was extreamly clean.

Nothing really only a few staff understand English well, but the ones that do have a good level and live to chat.

New and very nicely designed hotel in a good location (direct access to beach). Food was nice and very nicely served. Also SPA experience was very good - my hammam treatments were done professionally and in a very friendly atmosphere! I would recommend the hotel highly to potential guests!

Not everyone from the staff spoke English unfortunately - but they were very friendly and helpful.
