We booked the Studio and Cottage for a grad party. It was fantastic. Clean, the area was large, kayaks and canoes were in great shape. Hosts were very nice. Would highly recommend!

It was so fun and it really allowed me to enjoy nature and we made smores and a campfire and the canoes were so fun to be on and having full control over our experience there. I really got to spend time with my grandma and the owners were amazing! They made us feel very safe and welcome and the house had everything we needed from spices to dish detergent and snacks and brooms and even a vacuum. The jets in the bathtub were wonderful and everything in the house was clean and the house was nice and cool when we got there. They even had bug spray hand sanitizer bug repellent and everything we needed for outdoors if we wanted to we really could have stayed at the house the whole time with no excursions and had the time of our lives. They had outdoor games like cornhole a swinging tire and the chandeliers outside are gorgeous I really do recommend going because it feels so relaxing like your in your own world but there are great food spots close by and right outside the neighborhood it’s located in! Not to mention it looks beautiful at night and it has WiFi and a hotspot to use! 5 stars from me!!!!!! -Jaleah

My husband, infant son, and I absolutely loved our stay at the house! The property is beautiful and relaxing and the homeowners were so kind and thoughtful. We went kayaking, fishing, sat by the fire and did a bunch of cooking and grilling and had everything we needed. Thank you for making the stay so great!

This space is soooo lovely! We felt at home and comfortable instantly. The atmosphere on this property is amazing too. So quiet, chill and right on the beautiful lake. Major bounce that this place is dog friendly. We will most certainly be back to stay again.

Diana was the perfect host, providing clear directions about the road to the studio, the neighborhood, and our parking location. The studio King bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had everything we needed including a washer/dryer, the bathroom with shower and tub was spacious, and the lake in our backyard was amazing! We enjoyed the deck, the lakeside chairs, the outdoor Jenga and cornhole games, and the quiet. There were also kayaks and canoes with (mandatory) life jackets available.

It’s a charming little room by the lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want, and the owner let us use some kayaks to take advantage of the beautiful lake in the property. It’s in a nice location too, since there are some trails to walk nearby, as well as some grocery stores and places to eat within less than 10 minutes driving. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay near Little Elm, Dallas, or Grapevine.

This place is so great and so beautiful we’re considering coming here just for a getaway weekend with our dogs. We were here for a wedding but we wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent a couple of nights in The Studio and the space is great for a couple. The only thing that could be improved is the bed as it was a bit firm. Regardless, we would love to return and enjoy the outdoor amenities once it is warmer!

Beautiful property! The studio is super nice. We had four people and it was very spacious still. We grilled and used the oven to make chicken nuggets. We had a fire and the dogs enjoyed running around. They even played in the water a little. Lots of blankets, towels, firewood, all the kitchen things you could need! It was really relaxing and we will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing time staying at this studio. The place was cleaned and felt like home. Perfect views of the lake. I recommend this area for a relaxing stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were in for the weekend and are so glad we stayed here. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the porch, sitting by the lake, fire at night, and watching the wildlife. Would highly recommend staying here. Very peaceful.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and had a wonderful stay! We needed a reset from our jobs and life, and this literally felt like we traveled farther out than we did. It was private, quiet, and the listing was even nicer inside when we got there than the pictures. We had everything we needed and more. Just bring clothes and food and you are ready to enjoy this property! We especially loved it because it is dog friendly. We were able to let our dogs swim and retrieve all afternoon for two days. It was what we all needed. We are so grateful for our stay and we will make plans to book again. Thank you!

We enjoy staying in The Studio. The relaxing jacuzzi after being at the races (NASCAR) all day is wonderful. We enjoy going down to the lake and fishing too. Sunsets are beautiful. We have stayed here @ 5-6 times. And we will be back.

Very nice waterfront property. Fun recreational activities. Very great design inside and outside. Loved having a fire outside at night. Would definitely be coming back to stay again.

This stay was absolutely lovely! Our only flaw was that we were only able to stay 2 nights! I couldve spent our entire trip just at our VRBO reading or hanging out but we just didn't get the chance to do that. We will 100% be returning as soon as possible!

We loved our cabin. It was very clean. It was very well equipped. The grounds were nice. Great view of the lake.

Celebrate my birthday with my family and everything was just as described. Very cute studio with a beautiful view to the lake. Quiet and peaceful. It was nice to get away from all the noise. Will definitely book again in the future.

What a nice, relaxing, peaceful get away. My husband and I stayed here with our mini golden doodle while my son was at soccer camp. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views and awesome sunsets. The strong wi-fi was much appreciated since we were both still working during the day. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The studio was nicely decorated and had everything you needed including a full kitchen. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on the patio and evenings out by the lake. We enjoyed our stay!

We surprised out son with a trip to stay on this property. He had asked for a lake birthday and we decided to make it extra special by booking somewhere to make things more exciting, instead of going to the lake down the road from our house. 45 minutes and we were able to leave all the normal distractions behind. The property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Even for a family of 5 including a 9 year old, 6, year old and 9 months old, there was plenty of space and we had everythibg we needed to be completely comfortable. Even with the pull out bed and the main bed we were still able to fit a play pin. We had a cook out on our dull day and the entire family that came loved it. We had plenty of space on the patio to grill, eat and hangout. The fans on the patio allow for a pretty comfortable space, even in the middle of a Texas summer. There were plenty of kayaks and boats for everyone to use at the same time as well as plenty of games in the yard like cornhole, giant Jenga, big wooden tik tak toe and dice, baby swing, tire swing and even a swing closer to the lake. So much seating by the lake including tables. The lighting at night was beautiful they have outside chanfileres having from the trees as well as trees wrapped in lights. It was truly a beautiful place to stay wether you are having family and friends together to cookout, swim and play outside or you want to come alone or as a couple just to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax by the water.

Amazing stay once again. This place never disappoints. We enjoy playing on the lake, fishing and just enjoying the view and time away from all the distractions. Staying for the 4th of July weekend had the added bonus of multiple fireworks to watch. This may become our new family tradition, it was so fun! We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Thanks again!

I loved the property. The check in directions were specific & clear. The inside was well kept. This is a small space but perfect for a couple. There is everything you need there. Just buy any food you might want to keep in the fridge. We even got fresh baked cookies from Diana & Ken. Make sure u enjoy at least 1 sunset. It's amazing.

Couldn't be happier! Such a peaceful spot. Gorgeous property, clean accommodations, stocked kitchen, plenty of lounge spots and boats for water fun. Highly recommend!

Super clean and will definitely stay here again when in the area. Host was great to communicate with and the area was super quiet.
