The room was clean. The breakfast options were nice.

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.
Shower/tub not as clean as I'd like. Everything in the room and bathroom seemed relatively updated, except the tub.

The breakfast selection, snack room, pool, value, fridge/microwave, employees were polite and helpful.
There was a spot and food on the mattress pad for pull out. There was also a spot on the sheet of bed.

Bed creaked every time you moved.

The front desk staff were very pleasant, the room was neat and spacious and the water temperature and pressure were great! I did not get a chance to try the free breakfast, I did appreciate that it was available.
I think checkout should be later, at least 2 pm

Location - excellent & close to Tupelo & wide range of shops and restaurants.
Breakfast - excellent buffet style with plenty of choice. Very clean and plenty of space.
Housekeeping - very helpful and always asked if we wanted room cleaned, towels replaced etc.
Facilities - good laundry facilities and lovely pool/spa.
Nothing to highlight - very happy with everything!

The room was spacious clean and the beds were comfortable the staff was great and friendly and the breakfast was good. I wish all comfort inns were like this one

the rooms were roomy and comfortable
the breakfast was pretty much non existent. there was very little of any to choose from

It was located right off the interstate and is perfect for a cross country stop over. It is close to food options, cheap gas and it's in a safe area if you need to leave things in your car overnight. It includes a free breakfast which was good. There is even an indoor pool if you have kids and some time to kill. The room was large with 2 queen beds and a L shaped couch sitting area. The room had a small fridge and a microwave.

breakfast was a positive.
sheets were cheap and worn out with beading/piling which was very irritating to sleep on.
neon blinking light on the front of the building makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep because the black out curtains dont stay closed together. And the walls are paper thin.

I like staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and it's right there in the center of the restaurant as well as stores
What I did like is when the maid came in to clean, they did not change the sheets or anything

Breakfast is great, clean area, super friendly folks
I was a little disappointed in the room, the shower door would not stay closed on one side, the bottom of shower doors showed mold, understandably shower doors get that, but for price I paid, I was disappointed. We’ve stayed in this comfort inn several times and have never been disappointed before.

We had a complimentary bowl of soup & a drink at dinner. The server was lovely!! An absolute delight.

Breakfast was a normal hotel buffet. Food was hot and available.
The hotel was perfect. The hot tub was nice and hot. The five o’clock luncheon was wonderful. The people running the hotel were kind. Great location. I would stay here again.
