The light outside does not stay on long enough to enter the code to get in. The place had some cleanliness issues when we arrived. We stayed as if we left we wouldn’t get a refund. The place is nice and cozy. Was not happy about the gap between blinds not allowing 100% privacy.

Very clean, modern, airy studio with a super comfy bed and a cozy fireplace. Property managers were easy to reach and prompt to meet our needs. Beautifully maintained back yard. Great location for us as our daughter lived only a block away

We stayed two weeks in studio 3 and it was everything the listing said. It was perfect for my two kids, my wife and I. We felt save the whole time there. We recommend this place to anyone looking an affordable alternative to a hotel. All kitchen utensils you need were provided and full size fridge was great.

It was such a cute house and very spacious. The area was nice and safe.

This roomy studio makes for a good home base for exploring SE Portland and beyond. You can walk a block to catch the Max train into town, hop onto McLoughlin Blvd. and be in either Portland or Oregon City in a few minutes, or you can simply walk over the hill and down to a park on the Willamette River. The studio itself is well-equipped and pretty comfortable. You just have to be willing to put up with traffic noise from McLoughlin as well as random noises from upstairs renters.

Studio had everything we needed. Very clean and check in and check out easy. Highly recommend.

This is a reasonably priced, basic studio. It was clean and comfortable, but a bit on the noisy side due to traffic. Also, very basic accommodations...there's coffee, but no cream and sugar. Not set up the best for cooking, spending lots of time there, but good if you need a nice place to sleep and get ready for your day. There's a 7-11 within walking distance, but the neighborhood isn’t the best on that side of the street. Felt safe in the actual studio/neighborhood though. All in all, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed the elegant simplicity of this property. Everything we needed was provided and made our trip stress free.

We moved to Mexico about a year ago and come back to visit. This apartment is great for cleanliness, ambience, closeness to fam and friends, as well as downtown Milwaukie, Trolley Trail, MAX and downtown Portland. It was the perfect size for us and included everything we needed to prepare dinners at home (a must when you're staying a month at a time) This is our new "go to" for all of our next visits.

I came to spend the weekend with my best friend. The property managers were awesome and very quick to reply. Helped me with whatever I needed. The studio location is perfect only 15 minutes from the city and the train right behind made it easy to get to. Very clean space and open! Would definitely stay here again when I return!

The property was nicely appointed and met our location needs very well. It was very close to the metro and would be a good pick for going into the city. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have chairs that support your back and you can actually get out of. My husband and I are seniors and the current seating is stylish, but it is hard to sit in for very long.

Beautiful lil home. Well stocked with kitchen items. I do wish that there were easy items such as salt and pepper.

The property is located very close to the terminus station of the TriMet orange line and 2 bus lines, which made it VERY convenient to get in and back from Portland without a car. Unfortunately for me, for part of my stay, the upstairs unit was occupied by a loud rambunctious group. I ended up having to reach out to the property owner about the noise and the time of night. They DID get the message.

Upon showing the pictures on the site to my son he said “you got scammed” I thought oh no, you’re right the pictures are like stock photos of a beautiful place that probably doesn’t exist. HAPPY TO REPORT MY SON WAS WRONG! This place is gorgeous, well stocked with essentials, roomy, warm and inviting. The parking situation is a bit odd, but you get an assigned spot so that’s a relief. We were only there to sleep and only for three nights, but the bed (King) was extra comfy. Loved the fireplace, only took less than 20 minutes to heat to a comfortable temperature. They even provided a fan, which we always need for blocking sound at night. The shower is a bit weak but worked good enough. The entire place was extremely clean. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver as we were on the 3rd leg of our trip and needed to do some laundry. You will get exactly what the pictures show! Will book this place every time we come to visit our parents! Thank you.

Really enjoyed the stay at this lovely, cozy, well stocked studio. It’s really big for a studio and has all the amenities plus more for traveling. Plenty of relaxing things todo by the east to use fireplace.

The floor above the basement apartment was very noisy, you could hear voices, walking around, the TV and stereo. Highway 99 is just below with constant noise. It was finally quiet from 3-5 am.

Our stay at the studio was great! It was just as the pictures showed. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. We did have a few issues with a couple of things, but the owner was quick to respond and took care of the them. Would highly recommend .

We rented this studio to accommodate family members coming to Portland for our daughter's wedding. The studio is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. It worked well to combine this space with the upstairs villas, so family could visit and travel easily together. Would definitely rent again.

We loved this property! The area is wonderful and within walking/train distance to fun bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. It is at the end of the TriMet Orange line which made it so easy to get around. There is a portable a/c unit which was a very nice perk. It had everything we needed and would recommend this property to anyone.
