Very friendly and reliable contact to the hosts. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The building is located in a calm and quiet area. It is not always possible to park directly next to the house, but there is always a free space nearby. You can take a pleasant walk around the small lake nearby. There are several restaurants nearby. Shopping is 5 minutes by car. The host is very nice, helpful and friendly. Three of us spent a weekend in the apartment, it was perfect for us. Speyer is nearby, the Technik Museum is definitely worth a visit, a full-day program! Speyer Cathedral is also wonderful. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a nice view. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, there are also two elevators in the building, with which you can easily get to the upper floor. WiFi is fast and works flawlessly.

A microwave would be handly, and a bench for the suitcase.

Great location, nice clean appartment, big windows and roomy baclony. The free WIFI was a nice touch.

Handover of keys was a little tricky, but everything went smoothly after that.

very nice appartment. not too big, but everything is there and fully operational. well equiped kitchen, covered terrace, with a nice view (5th floor). beds were very comfy, and the decoration is stylish with a quirky touch. easy entrance (24/7) and a perfect stay. quiet neighbourhood, a few restaurants nearby, and perfect to get around, very easy to discover the region. we loved it !
