Stayed here 4 times over the years. Location is excellent with easy beach access. Private pool is a great addition. House has plenty of room and is well kept. Great trip

The location was ideal, and only steps from the beach. The house was on great shape, and we loved riding the bikes everywhere.

Spacious, clean.

Loved the location, privacy of the beach, beautiful views, central location to easily drive to restaurants & shopping, private courtyard and heated pool, size and spaciousness of the home, ability to cook meals and do some laundry while there for a week. It would have been nice to have hair dryers, a few more kitchen essentials like containers with lids, salt/pepper, and ample dishwasher pods. You must bring your own beach towels too. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay at Sea Forever again!

The house was perfect for our family! We only had 5 people, but it was last minute booking so we were lucky to find such a great house. The location couldn’t have been better. Floor plan and views from all floors were wonderful. Pool was a bonus as well! Really enjoyed our stay. Was great working with 360 Blue for this trip!

This is a great house that is well maintained and in a great location. We rented in last June (2020) and again for fall break (2021). Unfortunately, the lady next door (8700 e county highway 30a) harassed me and my daughters while we were sitting in the beach chairs provided by the rental company. While I was sitting in the chairs, she came up behind me, pulled out and threw down my umbrella, telling me that I was trespassing. She accused me of digging a hole (see picture) that ruined her beach. The previous evening before I arrived, there was a major storm with lots of soil erosion. She swore at me in front of my 6 year old and 10 year old daughters telling me how ...dumb... I am for allowing my kids to dig a hole (that they didn't dig). See the picture. I felt helpless and not sure to handle an insane "80" year old lady in front of my children. Other than that, we had one maintenance issue (pool heater not working) which was resolved the next day. Great house. I won't be back, though.

First time renting with 360. Great location and layout. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we enjoyed having our own spaces on each floor. Sunrises, sunsets, beach and bikes were the best part of the trip. Our check in experience was not the greatest as the place was not very clean when we arrived. Text would be a great alternative to email for during stay communication. Hoping to try again but will specifically request cleaning service be managed more closely.

Very clean house! Lots of steps down to the beach, but overall great experience! House was very clean and organized! We will be back!

360 blue great

The home was perfect when we got there! We had 6 adults and 3 under 2 with us for the weekend and there was plenty of space. Pros:beach front, comfortable beds, great kitchen equipment, good floor plan. Great location! Minutes from Publix and the Donut Hole we absolutely love. Cons: the concierge service used to supply beach chairs took 2 hours from the time we called to set up. It couldn’t be cancelled in spite of calling within 5 minutes of the order-In the contract but disappointing none the less. Silly, but only 1 small roll of paper towels. Not a reflection of the property but of 360 Blue.

We had a great time! It was a terrific location and we had great service. I would suggest a couple extra dish towels and dishwasher soap for the kitchen for the future. Also, some Kleenex would be nice to have also.

What a beautiful home!!! Gorgeous view and plenty of room for our 2 families. Love the floor plan. Definitely will be back!

We stayed with my two grown children. The three levels were perfect so that each family had their own level and the grandchildren loved the bunk beds! The main level was large enough for all of us to enjoy breakfast in the morning and we celebrated two birthdays during our stay. We loved how close it was to the beach and if you forgot something or just wanted to go back inside for awhile, it was just a short walk back to the house. The kitchen had plenty of plates, platters, and utensils. We even grilled steaks on the gas grill one night. The pool area was a nice bonus that we used often as well. The kids and men went crabbing on the beach one night and had a ton of fun. The location is perfect...only a short drive out to dinner at night. The house is beautifully decorated! I would highly recommend it!

Place was great. We enjoyed the close access to the beach, the included bikes, and the option to ride to so many local amenities. House was very nicely updated and decorated. Furniture was in great condition, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable, and not the cheap stuff you usually find at most rentals. The porch off of each level provided a great place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning, or watch the sunrise/sunset. Having two masters was nice, and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool in front provided a nice place to cool off after a long day at the beach. Last but not least, there was plenty of parking. We'll definitely be coming back!
