I would have to say it was a five stars. Everything was great. there are two private gates to the beach which was nice.

After renting many times through VRBO in the past, this was, by far, our favourite house. We’ve booked it again for next year. Private gated beach access that is dog-friendly only 4 houses down the street - listing and photos are accurate - well equipped kitchen - 3 good restaurants an easy walk away - shady back yard - a few mechanical issues; some resolved and some not.

This was a great house and vacation spot for our family of nine. The entire experience was well managed and the house was exactly as described. All problems were handled quickly. The house was close to the beach and boogie boards, chairs, a cart, bicycles and beach toys were available for our use. The heated pool/spa was great and the house was well equipped with all necessary kitchen essentials, bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Check-in and out was well-explained and they didn't ask us to do too much. Essentially, a breeze. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Very nice place, especially for winter vacations. It was rather cold and windy so the heated pool saved our vacation. There were a few minor snags but the host was always prompt to respond and resolve them.

This was my first experience with VRBO and the property managers were excellent with great communication. The home was perfect for our trip and included extras such as beach chairs and bikes.

If you are looking for a beach vacation, you will enjoy this house. Very close to an amazing beach and beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and beach cart are all available here. The lighthouse is closeby and there are good snorkeling spots. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was okay aside from all the construction going on. House needs a lot of work inside and outside.

This was a tough trip, the agent definitely tried to make things better but the property is not what we thought. For the family staying for a week there should have been more towels and wash clothes, we had to request more after going to the store to buy some. We also ran low on toilet paper and paper towels. The master bedroom ceiling was very bad, it had water damage and smelled bad, the hot water never working in the kitchen the whole week, and requested it be fixed and was not. Downstairs shower was clogged and the patio furniture had mold so we were not able to enjoy the outside pool area. The positive things I can say was there was a lot in the kitchen, it was very well stocked. The response was very quick as well. It was very inconvenient that there was construction going on the whole time, so it was very load every morning and we could not get to the beach very easy.

Had a great time at the house and the pool. Love the pier area of Pompano Beach. Would stay again.

Nice pool, short walk to the beach with lots of beach accessories provided.

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 10. We were able to end our beach days with the pool and hot tub. Building management was very professional and attentive.

The property was perfect for us and came with a crib, a pack and play and a highchair for our one year-old granddaughter. We couldn’t have been happier. It was a perfect trip and a perfect house to stay in.

We stayed for 4 nights at this house. We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the beach and had a lovely yard with pool. The house had all the amenities both inside and out. The only issue we had was that the inside of house could have been cleaned a little better. Overall excellent rental

Nice property with a very responsive owner

The house was perfect. Great layout, great yard. The private beach is a couple minute walk and the pier is very close. Very well stocked kitchen and garage. Made the vacation much easier for beach visits and cooking. Property manager was very responsive and made the stay super simple. Highly recommend the property!

Great house one of the 3 bathrooms could use some updating but otherwise very good house and a great outdoor area

We stayed with our adult children while visiting family in Pompano. The house is a perfect oasis, close to the beach but has a private pool/jacuzzi/tiki lounge area.

This home was very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were not working our first few days but once fixed they were fixed they heated so nicely. We really enjoyed the pool time. Beds are all comfortable. My sons loved having the bikes to use. Location is quiet. We would return for sure.

Thank you for a good stay at this property. Here's my quick review: Pros: The outdoor area was fantastic with lots of shade at all hours of the day. The pool was perfect for a leisurely float, and the hot tub was a nice touch for the evenings. The proximity to the beach was quite nice (about a 3 block walk total I would estimate), especially because the section of the beach that you access is private. The kitchen was better stocked than other rentals I have stayed at. I was impressed by the availability of towels, pool toys, beach equipment, and bicycles. Cons: We had a few minor critter issues in the house (nothing out of the ordinary for Florida), but the owner contacted pest control for us. Some of the beach equipment was a little beat up, but still functional. There were a few minor mechanical issues in the house, but nothing that negatively impacted our trip in any way. Finally, there is only one key fob for the beach access, so it required us to go to and leave the beach together as a group. Note: There are three bathrooms, but only two with showers (the third has a bathtub with a handheld shower head that you can use). I didn't review the photos well enough to see that the third bathroom was just a tub but no shower. Overall, I would recommend this property without hesitation. The proximity to the beach and access to a private pool make it worth your while.

The house was perfectly located a few minutes walk to a private beach. The house was beautiful and equipped with all essentials, pool accessories, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Pool and hot tub were such a fun time, but would have been great if the property had the pool vacuum available for us to use. Denise, the property manager was also very friendly and helpful - will definitely be recommending and hope to come back soon!

This house was nice but not as nice as the pictures portray. Needs a paint job and ceiling repair. Makeshift shower in one of the bathrooms. Much of the beach supplies were either damaged or broken. Pro… manager was very nice and easy to work with. We noticed a few areas with dead ants and she vacuumed up those areas. Overall, we had a good time.

This house was great for our girls reunion trip! The neighborhood is gorgeous and has easy beach access. The pool was just right for our group, though we list a day of use waiting for the pool to be cleaned, as it looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and needed cookware, though microwave knob was broken. Upon communicating this problem, a replacement microwave was quickly delivered-so that was great! The bedrooms with the large beds were good, however the twin mattresses were hard. The small “bedroom” pullout couch was just ok. While sitting in the living room, we could hear an animal in the ceiling-not outside-but inside. We found bites in some bagels left out on the counter one morning!! We did communicate this to property management and were told that Pest Control would come to the house. We don’t know if that happened, as we never saw anyone. Overall, we’d say 7/10 for this house. Good, but not amazing.

Great location, but the house needs updating

The house was perfect for our group of 9. It is close to restaurants and shopping, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but we took advantage of circuit transport to get to the peer. We had enough room for everyone and utilized a well stocked kitchen for making meals and smoothies. Loved the pool area and spent so much time there everyday. Kids made the most of their time at the pool. Private beach was very close but sargassum was absolutely terrible when we were there at the end of June and no one was cleaning it up. Overall, the house was spacious and clean, any maintenance issues we had were promptly responded to and fixed.

This property is Beautiful. It has been updated, could use a bit more updating. More Tupperware . It was clean. The bed's were comfortable. The only issue was, the diswasher needs to be attached. Kevin, was very kind, and was available if needed. We had a great time! I would highly recommend this property

Wonderful wonderful location. The home itself was situated in a very quiet and affluent neighborhood just steps from the beach. The check in process was seamless and the owner was very easy to work with. Our ONLY area of improvement would be to update certain aspects of the house (chairs out back, ceilings were cracking, refrigerator took a while to get food cold, some walls had bubbling from apparent water damage) However, would gladly stay again. The location was clutch!
