Nice room, great kitchen facilities and laundry facilities.

Internet was very unreliable and kept dropping out, and we spent a fortune in mobile data packs to make up for it. Not stated anywhere that there is no elevator, and the room was on the top floor. Important to know if you have people with disabilities in your party.

The location was good, handy for things we wanted to do and close walk to the beach. I did like the 'loft' bedroom and the unit was spacious and clean. Undercover, secure parking was good though somewhat tight and lucky we don't have a huge car.

When we got there we tried the instructions for the gate. Multiple times. It did not work, we had been travelling long distance and done some activities and I was hot, tired and had a headache. Had to try to find a phone number and ring to be able to get the keys. The stairs are a little steep and slippery with the carpet and more than I thought there would be. The upstairs shower did not have a soap holder at all so that is very hard on someone with a bad back. A simple $2 over the shower holder from the cheap shops would make things way easier. Something so small and cheap but it was very inconvenient! The stove needs an instruction book we had no idea how to use it and had to google it. We also were supposed to fill in paperwork for the bond, however when we went to put it in the box on our way out on the first morning, the code to the box would not work. Very frustrating.

Staff where amazing and helpful

They allow you to book up to 6 guests, which we did but only had 4 towels when they said they supplied towels. . only had 4 lots of cutlery and plates . One of the bedsheets had mould on it . a dead spider in the kitchen drawer and dead cockroaches, in the kitchen. . no spare toilet paper supplied Arrived to check in at 1400 which was our allocated check-in time weren't allowed to check in earlier. No reception on site and keys and paperwork were left in a safe box a pin was emailed to me, but this one didn't allow us access. Had three contact numbers, and phoned all three numbers with the first number phone not answering any calls. The second number phoned was the site maintenance, telling me to call Tamara who was the first number I tried to phone. Then he told me I must be putting the pin incorrectly into the safe when he was asked to confirm if the pin was correct after numerous times telling me it was my error for the safe not working was unable to confirm if the pin was correct. Told me he would try to call Tamara as he was unable to help. Phoned the third number and they answered but she was at her day job and was unable to assist and also said she would phone Tarmara. Tamara eventually called back we have to break into the return key box to get the master keys to let ourselves in as told by Tamara. All fire safety exits were unable to be used as emergency exits without having key access. When trying to talk to Tarmara about issues she told me that it was strange.

The place was great, and the staff responded quickly when I made a request.

It wasn't clear when booking that there was no lift and this was an issue to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs as I had just had surgery. So if you are unable to climb lots of stairs this would not be the best location for you.

Spacious and clean apartment, you can really cook in the kitchen. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Access to the apartment is a bit how you going.

The property was big enough for 5 teen/adults and everyone had their on space in regards to bedrooms, was good proximity to surfers paradise which was also great. The property was modern and comfortable

There wasn’t enough living space to comfortably have everyone together in the loungeroom/kitchen, the owner also came into the property while we were out without notice which I didn’t like.

Comfortable apartment with lots of space for a family. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is an awesome deal in the heart of GC. Close to everything including airport and theme parks. Very clean and well presented modern home.

There are no elevators in the 3 storey apartment and we were on the 3rd floor. It was a challenge climbing up/down with 3 kids and luggage. The security keys for garage/parking gate are very poorly positioned. We had to park and step outside to access on few occasions. The parking spaces are too narrow and it was a challenge driving our Ranger in/out. But overall, we loved our stay!

probably how far away from facilities, shops etc, still kind of needed transport, also was a bit noisy with construction happening across the street

Location was out of the way, but on a main road. It was quieter than I expected it to be though. , but was otherwise clean. It was reasonably equipped. The bed was a bit hard.

Reception was never open during my stay. I was expected to leave a bond, providing written credit card details in a lockbox that any other guest could see (I didn't ) The apartment had an old, musty smell. Three flights of stairs were a bit of a trial.

Nice location, friendly staff

No lifts. Our apartment turned out to be on the 3rd floor., up steep narrow staircases. No staff available to assist. No heating in the downstairs bedroom. A pity because we really liked the staff.
