All enjoyed there rooms - loved the size of the beds - and a few of us enjoyed the Billard table . We enjoyed location, you were up in the woods, away from everything, yet never more than a mile or so from the entertainment. The owners also take great pride, making you feel, that if there was a issue, he’d respond

This is a lovely cabin. The hot tub was great after hiking in the park. Great location.

We had a pleasant stay at the Cocoa cabin during our visit to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Good location, comfortable beds, hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen were enjoyed by all. We had a great time hiking, sightseeing and watching movies on the large TV in the living room. Make sure you visit the Aquarium and Grotto Falls!

We rented the Cocao Cabin in Gatlinburg from Kevin and Mary. What a great couple to work with! Kevin made contact to provide suggestions on what to do int he area as well as good places to eat. This was greatly appreciated. The cabin was neat clean and organized, just as described. Kevin made a couple of contacts during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend utilizing Blue Sky Rentals when possible.

Loved the vibe of the place, was a great spot to relax after exploring.

Loved sitting on the deck for early morning coffee, birds chirping, and the beautiful cardinal who met me every morning. Cabin was great for grandsons downstairs with pool table. Also ample seating in dining area, and enjoyed the fireplace

We stayed at the cabin for a week and have no regrets. It is fairly secluded, and the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge is perfect.

We came for a long weekend visit with three little ones and this spot was perfect. It was close enough to town that we could be at the aquarium in less than 10 min but far enough out that we felt like we had some space. The beds were firm and super comfortable and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was really quick to respond if we had any questions. This was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Cocoa Cabin. Absolutely beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms with king size beds and each had a bathroom which was perfect for our family. Kevin, the owner, was great. He contacted us before our visit and answered any questions we had and gave suggestions for the cabin/area. He also contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn’t have any issues. We have stayed in multiple cabins in the area and have never had a better experience. We would definitely recommend.

This is the third consecutive year that our family of six has stay in this beautiful cabin. We choose it every year because it is perfect for us. The three bedrooms (one on each level) are each equipped with a king sized bed, a TV, and a bathroom, all of which are beautifully decorated. The den has plenty of seating and a huge TV on which we always watch our favorite college teams play on Saturday. The kids love the game room which has a pool table, video games, board games, and corn hole set. They especially love the hot tub which is on the porch of the main level. Thank you, Kevin and Mary! We will be back again next year!

All 3 baths smelled of urine, 2 big cockroaches, under the beds a lot of dusty, couches on the play room whit some old socks underneath of it, water on the tub as dirty etc etc

We had a wonderful family stay at the cabin. From the beginning Kevin was easy to communicate with and everything was as promised. The location gives privacy and views but also easy access to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This place quickly felt like “home” to us!

Kevin was amazing to work with, as so many other reviewers have mentioned, I felt that he really loves the area and wants you to have a wonderful time, and man we did! Home is exactly what is described, very clean and its laided out perfectly for a family of 6, loved that the pool and hottub towels are provided along with the normal bath towels. Thank you Kevin, we cant wait to return.

The cabin was very nice and just as described. My family had a wonderful trip. The cabin is very easy to get to and close to everything.

We traveled with three couples, and the cabin worked great for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and private bath. The host was personable and responsive. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our time there!

My family booked Cocoa Cabin to celebrate my husband's retirement, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is very convenient — far enough from the hubbub of town to feel truly in the woods, but just a few minutes to almost any attraction you want to visit, from the park to Dollywood to the main strips of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin set-up itself worked well for us, with king bedroom suites on three different levels and each with it's own charm, beautiful views and two with balconies. We appreciated the thoughtful touches — portable lamps for walks, a pool table and large Jenga game for rainy days, beach towels, etc. The decor is playful enough to make you feel on vacation but very tasteful at the same time. The nods to the log cabin are charming as well. The owners were very available to us. We have no complaints and definitely would consider returning.

Wanted to say that our stay at the Cocoa Cabin was above & beyond!!! The cabin was just perfect, very clean & in the perfect setting. The owners did an AWESOME job with staying in contact & making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay here again it was a very relaxing weekend & no worries at all especially knowing we had a VERY nice place to stay!!!! Thanks a Bunch!!!!

My family of 4 stayed at the Cocoa Cabin for a spring break trip to the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was very comfortable and was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The location is convenient to town and to the entrance to the park. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was very nice and clean. Our family enjoyed the mountain location. The surrounding properties are equally nice and clean in a secure and safe community. Overall, we were very satisfied. Kevin is a very nice guy that communicated with me from day one of my booking. He even touched base with us during our 11 hr drive up there. I had several questions about stuff to do with the kids and he was more than helpful. We talked on the phone for about 2 hours total. One hour of our conversation was while I was sitting on the couch in the game room watching the college baseball world series final game. Which our team won. Go Tigers!! LSU Sincerely, Heath

This cabin was great!! Clean, roomy and convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Property owner texted several times to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We would recommend this cabin to any family or group. Three floors was perfect as we had 3 groups of family members. Will definitely try to stay here again sometime!

Everything was just as advertised. Very well maintained and up-to-date cabin. Our family was very comfortable with the three bedrooms, each with their own restrooms and quality mattresses. We especially liked the porch area with table and chairs for a very quiet area. Owner communicated very well to make sure that everything is good. We highly recommend the cabin!

I highly recommend staying here. The cabin was very clean, the community and location were great, and the communication with Kevin, the owner, was excellent. My family and I will stay here again when we return to Gatlinburg.

this property is really well taken care of and everything inside and outside of the property was well cleaned and maintained. The location is really good because it's really close to downtown. Parking was good as well you can fit about 4 cars.

We loved our cabin. It was a great get away from the busyness of Gatlinburg. We enjoyed a quiet place to stay after our days of activities and sight seeing. Kevin was very responsive to all of our needs.
