The apartment was as advertised It has a washing machine and dryer there are 2 bathrooms the kitchen was fully equppied Vlad was super helpful and easy to deal with Close to Wholefoods and a CVS, lots of other shops and stuff within walking distance

It looks sketchy as anything from the outside I didn't realise there were stairs to get up to our apartment , not ideal when you are travelling with suitcases I could hear every time the neighbours flushed or showered

The location was fine. The booking was not easy but it worked out. The apartment was decent and easy to access. The furnishings were nice. Plenty of room in the apartment.

The amenities at the place were amazing they went above and beyond to add the extras to help with the stay like, body lotion, make up remover, Washing machine, a fully stocked bar !!! And games. The kitchen cupboards were full of the things you need to cook or add to food, and it was a 2 level split so everyone had their space

I wish there was a lift but it was only one small flight of stairs

BEWARE - this apartment is not in the same location as the addresses listed. We were under the impression we booked an apt at the address listed. The address we were given less than 24 hours before arrival was completely different. The new address was in a not so great neighborhood where we did not feel safe. It was very disappointing and frustrating to be given a completely different address, and then spend 3 days staying in an area we did not feel safe in. Please be cautious before booking.

We liked the apartment and the pool gym and games room. The view was good. The bed linen and towels were good. There was tea and coffee. The Tv was good. We could walk to sunset boulevard for our tour

We would have liked two keys so we could access the pool and gym independently as family members. The area wasn’t that safe at night. There weren’t that many restaurants near by or larger supermarket to buy food (there was a 7/11) one of the beds was broken and the slats taped together underneath so it dipped and wasn’t that comfortable

The bed in the main bedroom wasn't comfortable for two people - too soft for our taste and didn't seem very sturdy. It's the only negative point though

the one we booked is a condo with two rooms (each with its own toilets and walk-incloset, kitchen and living room. It is very spacious, clean and very stylish. It is close to universal studio, the observatory and walk of fame, cost less when taking Uber. They also provide some nice treats like ice-cream, beers, very nice of them!

Seem there is not a proper water boiler for boiling water. The one we use is little dirty as other people might have used it to boil tea and coffee. The condo that I lived in is not that close to any cafes and restaurants that suits our family.

The property was located in arguably the best location. Close proximity to everything we needed (restaurants, bars, shops etc). Bright, homely apartment which also came with secure parking. aside from that, there was also a communal gym and pool which were top notch. clean and safe facilities. It definitely felt like home.

the apartment is very nice and very clean, the pool is nice and the parking is comfortable, but costs extra 35$ a day. the host Vlad was very nice and responsive, he helped us with any problem or question right away. the neighbourhood cloud be nicer, but it didnt bother us much. would stay here again.

The property is in a great, walkable location. Vlad was very accommodating and responsive. The unit was well stocked with dishes, linens, towels, etc. it also had a washer and dryer.

There was no elevator (luckily the property is only 2 stories). The tubs could use a deep cleaning.

what was listed in the details were not what was available at the property, there are many places that this guy Hosts and the description can be confusing so buyer beware of what you're getting.

This property is not as advertised. The property is not on Santa Monica Boulevard. Its a very run down apartment had not been professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. There were towels on the balcony that we had to bring in and fold as we wanted to use the clothes airer. The space beside the washing machine was filthy. The filter in the ceiling was full of dust. There is a hidden charge for parking - the car park is safe; but costs $35 per night. The owner was in constant contact wanting to collect the cash and wanted to let himself in while we were out which did not sit well with us. thankfully he did not enter at our request. if you break anything ie a glass you have to pay $20. you are asked to empty the fridge when you leave yet on our arrival there was an opened bottle of juice in the fridge. Lastly there is a constant smell of weed in the apartment block.

Excellent location, close to sunset blvd and Santa Monica. Spacious apartment, excellent bed quality, fully furnished kitchen. Kitchen appliances were new and working great. Enough ustencils and cooking pots. Gas stove great for cooking.

Couch was old and smelled like flagrants. Bathrooms felt a bit dated. Hallway going to apartment had a smell. No cheese grater included in kitchenware.

Great location. Responsive host. Well equipped for long stay - toiletries, utensils, etc.

The bathrooms are quite worn-out. Extra payment on parking.
