large rooms that were clean
If one is assigned a room where there are people staying in the room above, the noise will keep one awake into the wee hours. Little sound-dampening between rooms.

Box springs were broken, mattress was hard and springs could be felt, cable TV had very few stations that did not need extra payment, nothing but coffee in the room, room smelled of cigarette smoke bad enough for my asthma to kick in, the breakfast was stale bread, way past pull date milk, curdled cream cheese, hard bagels, rice crispies, the water for the coffee and hot coco was not hot and there were no cups that could be microwaved for coffee or hot coco.

breakfast was the usual continental stuff.
the only thing better could have been, since we visited in the dead of winter, is to start the heater in the room a bit earlier in the day than check-in time so the room is warm upon arrival...other than that, we love the place.

Very comfortable bed and I like that there were 2 chairs. Most others only have 1. Clean and presentable. Will be back

The location was terrific, centrally located in Enterprise, Oregon. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our situation (very late for our check-in due to road closures).

Breakfast was not good. you shared a butter container, peanut butter Jar, cream cheese and butter containers. Very unsanitary in this environment.

Staff was super cool. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Gave us wextra pillows and rags to wipe down our motorcycles! We will be back for sure.

not enough parking, everything was full and the only option i had was the handicap space which made me nervous.

The breakfast was very good. The choices for cereal were much better than I have experienced in other places.

There were stains on the carpet and something sticky on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The toilet was clean except under the rim.
There was something wrong with our key card or the battery in the lock as it did not work properly. It was very frustrating

Seen numerous guests almost fall on broken step leading to main stairwell ..breakfast was basic ..overall room was clean n basic ..TV was roku only n couldn't get it to work in evening ..for what we paid normally I would've expected more ..but girl at front desk was courteous !

The room had lots of space and storage area. Nice table and chairs that weren’t shoved against a wall. The staff were nice and good to work with.
The room had a strange “smoked-in” odor and the walls and floor are paper thin. The shower wall still had soap scum on it from previous tenants.

There was no breakfast that I know of. If there was, I wasn't informed of it.
The access to Disney+ and Hulu didn't exist. The hotel stated that it was part of the stay, but no "access" information was provided.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but the smoke smell was pretty bad.
Our basement room, though supposedly non smoking, smelled like smoke. The continental breakfast was meager at most, with very few options. For the price, I expected a little better experience.

The room was very spacious for my wife and I. Nice. Was very clean and enjoyed the quiet time. The Internet streaming service for TV was not good. The cleaning staff was awesome.

Overall we just wanted a more inexpensive, clean, simple place to stay after being out backpacking for a week and that's what we got.
We didn't opt in for the breakfast. The only irritation was how loud the refrigerator in the room was at night. It would make a loud click every time it turned on which left us with a not so great night of sleep because we were awakened so many times. Unless they are replaced I'm not sure anything can be done. Overall we just wanted a more inexpensive, clean, simple place to stay after being out backpacking for a week and that's what we got.
