What a wonderful wonderful spot for a glorious weekend to catch up with some dear old friends. This house is large and comfortable, accommodating all of us - without being on top of each other! LOVE that they had TV's that actually work through cable - not ROKU or FIRESTICK, but actually cable, making it easy to find sports events that we watched as well as movies on those evenings we decided to stay in. The screened in porch offered a fantastic breeze and place to play cards or have our evening meal. The view from the house to the lake is outstanding, and the location can not be beat. I also have to say that communication with the owner was so very easy, quickly getting back to us with any questions we had prior to our stay. Once we arrived we needed nothing - all was there and in great order. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - just beautiful.

We were four senior couples coming together for a few days(friends and family); the house was wonderful in every way. It was even better than shown in the pictures; it was clean, comfortable and the owners had thought of every detail to make it a positive experience. We would love to make this a repeat trip!

4 older couples spent the best 4 days golfing the best courses in Bella Vista! The house was amazing and gave us so much to do after golf! We ladies in the lake, did a little kayaking, and spent countless hours down on the dock solving the worlds problems! Perfect getaway and perfect accommodations! We will be back!!!!

My siblings from California and Chicago were thrilled with this home to relax in for our bi-annual siblings reunion. So beautifully furnished and maintained! We could see the lake from windows, 2 screened-in porches. and a boat dock. Nice to hear the birds in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry room was a plus. Kaye was very gracious and quick to answer questions before and during our stay.

The property manager Kaye was over the top with communications and support. The property itself was excellent and "felt like home" from the very start.

Our stay in this Bella Vista property was perfect! The house completely met our needs, from two bedrooms and baths on the main floor for our party who cannot manage stairs, to the three separate living areas the house offers. We spent the majority of our time there, visiting with family from Rogers, Arkansas. This spacious house offered us a comfortable place to enjoy our visit.

Great place for a family vacation. Plenty of room. Lake was wonderful. Kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. Home so very clean. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

We loved everything about this place! The lake was beautiful and the kids loved jumping in right off the dock. Will definitely be back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at the property in February. We were in the area for a wedding. Getting to the house is an adventure- lots of curves and the driveway was surprisingly steep. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room and kitchen before our busy days. Nicely furnished kitchen and even in February we enjoyed the screened in deck! The lake view is beautiful. We did run out of hot water but I believe they are working to fix that issue. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

11 of us over t-giving. Plenty of space. Huge kitchen! loved the deck off the kitchen. Great value. Take your hiking boots and/or bikes: trails everywhere.

The home is comfortable, clean, and in very good condition. The kitchen has the utensils and cookware to meet our needs. Beds are comfortable. The screened porch and open patio below it are good places to hang out.

Really enjoyed staying here. All the supplies and comfort. Rooms were outstanding and space for everyone. Kitchen layout is superb for family meals. View is fabulous and living areas were comfortable and spacious enough for everyone. A lot of privacy and bathrooms! We had a family of 8 staying there and there was ample room! Wonderful!!!!

4 fathers/ 4 sons , 20th year trip Property is beautiful. House is well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Lake view is great. Clean. Working with the property manager was great. They were very accommodating. We have stayed here before and hope to stay here again.

Overall good property, refrigerator was sub par but the freezer was fine. Very steep and numerous steps to dock was a surprise. Would limit some folks.

great place to stay

We are looking forward to staying at this Bella Vista home again. It's as beautiful as you see it is in the picture. The beds were comfortable and the living room setting was great for family activities. We didn't spend time on the enclosed deck because it was cold at Christmas time, but enjoyed the view.

Nice property

Great home for our stay. First time in the Northwest Arkansas area. Beautiful views. Plenty of space for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for nine people. Glad there was extra parking at the top by the road. Would love to visit next time in early May when everything is in bloom.
