Fantastic property... The property was well maintained and completely as advertised. The maintenance company communicated with us very well and typically responded within hours on all our inquiries. Why four stars on the location... Few things, the house is located very close to its neighbors on both sides, which meant you can see right into each others pool areas (however this isn't uncommon for Florida). Also, we were not sure if this was due to highway construction, but from the location, there was a lot of traffic and typically doubled our trip time to and from the parks. At the time of our stay there was a lot of highway construction and we believe that might be the cause. Beyond the few things above, it was a great property and highly recommend this location.

This house is beautiful and spotless- exactly as pictured! When we requested pool heating at last minute they took care of it incredibly quickly and were easy to reach. For a house that can to accommodate so many people it had a few rough spots - there are incredibly few places to hang damp towels in bathrooms and several toilet paper holders are loose. With our group we prepared most meals at house and there were plenty of dishes and glasses, but no mixing bowls, baking sheets or cutting board (we bought cheap ones nearby). Having a playground right across the street was a huge bonus, as was the resort area a short drive away. Some of equipment in game room could use a bit of repair, but a really fun space. Absolutely loved our stay and felt good about the property management - but a couple cheap additions and repairs will bring this property to perfection in my opinion.

We stayed here for three weeks, the house itself was amazing! Really nice. Exactly like the pictures. The pool was lovely too. The neighbours varied, none were there very long but some where noisier than others and there were quite a few marijuana smokers amongst them and the smell at times was a bit annoying. This was not down to the villa though which like we said was brilliant. The location was also pretty decent. Super markets close and the parks all within about 50minutes and easy to get to. Wish I’d took my golf clubs as the course looked great! Communication with executive villas was also really good. Some good restaurants in the locale too.

House was clean and as described however, many burnt out light bulbs, no water pressure, a shower drain that didn't work, worn out outdoor furniture, no pool skimmer, no information provided about community or shuttle that was available. Basketball court across from house had people playing all hours of the night. Police had to be called after an attempted break in. My family enjoyed the property during our stay. The only issue we experienced was the noise level from the neighboring property renters after hours. It’s very comfortable with a lot of room for the family.

The house exceeded our expectations. Kids rooms were magical, pool was heated to perfection, community pool was fabulous and the park across the street was an added bonus. We had a great stay!

So the house was beautiful. We loved the pool space and all the different bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean. Close to Disney and plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. Nice community area. Waterpark area was awesome. Small park area for playing right across the street from our house. The bad part- communication once we were the was not great. We paid for pool heat after we arrived, took forever to even get it turned on. I paid for a week of heat at $150 and it was only heated for 1 day. I think it took 2 days after I requested it turned on to actually get it turned on. Then, we were away for the day at Disney, returned home late, and the next morning realized 2 of our Nintendo Switches were stolen from inside the house. We locked the front door and the back patio door. After looking at the patio door, someone jimmied the lock and broke it while we were gone. I called management right away and no one seemed to care. The lock was now broken so we could not lock the door. My kids were terrified of the "robbers" as they called them and afraid they would come back. It took 2 days to get the lock fixed. I called 3 times and was told they would send someone ASAP to fix it. That should have been fixed the same day. It's a large community and I understand that, but that is a huge safety concern. We called the police, and an officer came right away. She was so nice. She told us often times in the vacation communities this happens. It's typically kids and they know what to look for. Some of the sliding doors can be lifted up out of the tracks if you do it just right. Also, the other side of the sliding door did not lock either. The maintance person fixed that side as well, but it wasn't broken from the break it, it didn't work in the first place. So from the get go, it was not safe and secure. We lost almost $1000 in personal items.

Property was very nice, more then we imagined. It was confusing with towels but we finally found them in the dryer. If you need more you have to let them know the first 24 hours but they are closed on Sunday. The game room is nice but some thing needs updated. The pool was awesome! We had an amazing time.

When arriving the door would not work with the code. The whole time while down there the door never locked. The neighborhood was quite until the weekend and the neighbors was extremely loud and didn’t stop partying until 5am which was unpleasant because I have a 9month old but the freezer door was broke. The showers had long hair in two of them. But the couch upstairs smell like pee and two of the rooms smelled like pee.

The negative: The carpet has staples sticking up at every bathroom entrance and the adults and the kids were stepping on them often and it was painful. The game room was missing tips for the pool sticks, the skee ball game did not have balls and did not work and there is not gaming systems in the game room but we are not even sure that there was supposed to be or it just appeared like gaming corners on each side of the room. There was also a broken chair and a broken freezer door handle when we got there. They did replace the chair (while we were gone one day and without any notification that they were coming in at all). We were also told the pool would be heated button it wasn’t when we got there.

The property was very nice, Se were a little dissatisfied that there was no internet or cable when we got there. Next day cable company went to install internet and cable and did Not install it in all the rooms, one Tv on one of the rooms was damage, the dishwasher did not work properly. They never send me the code to open the house. They were suppose to heat the poll and they never show up. The table in the game room was loose, it only had glue and no nails on it.. and until today no one has call me or give us a discount for all the inconvenience..
