This room met our sleeping arrangement needs. Each room is large with a king bed and it's own en suite bathroom. The basement has its own apartment with a queen bed. The apartment comes with the main house. Although it slept all of us, there wasn't enough room to hang out in the living room--an apartment sized couch and a couple chairs that weren't comfortable, one that was. There is a dining table and chairs but three of the chairs were broken and the rest were fine for dinner but not relaxing. The house is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the historic area. If you rent this house, you need to be able to handle emergency vehicles blasting sirens ALL night through the weekend. The house is old, so it seems as if those sirens are IN your bedroom!!!

The house was perfect for our 5 couple reunion… HOWEVER…. The house is located on a main artery street in Savannah. The truck, bus, trolley, car, motorcycle, pedestrian, fire engine noise is very loud and constant until well past midnight. Also, the beds were very comfortable but the sheets did not fit the beds. The bedrooms/bathrooms are very upscale and one would assume the bed linens would be also.

We were beyond thrilled with this home. It truly felt like we were at a home away from home. This house had all of the comforts of home, wonderful linens, a well equipped kitchen, privacy for everyone along with a separate fully equipped lower level apartment for our adult sons. The house is located near great restaurants, shopping, in the center of Savannah’s historical sites and to the excitement of our teenage granddaughter and friend a Starbucks a short walk away. The house has great historical value so our 9 year old granddaughter had so much fun entertaining the tour groups as they stopped to share information about the home’s history. As the owner of a real estate firm with a property management department, I was absolutely impressed with the attention to detail and kindness the firm that managed the house shared with our family. I would recommend this home to all of my friends who visit Savannah!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Downtown Savannah! The home is gorgeously decorated and looks like it came off the pages of a magazine! With 5 King Bedrooms and an elevator(!), this was a perfect location for a couples retreat! Just about everything is only a few blocks away, restaurants, bars, parks, Leopold's Ice-cream, River Street, etc. - you can't go wrong! I would definitely stay here again!! Only thing I would change is that there was only1 key which made it a bit more complicated, but otherwise an amazing stay!

All in all, the house is a spacious area that is perfect for larger groups looking to still have private bed and bath areas while being able to mingle on the first floor.

We had a great experience with this property! Perfect location, great bedrooms, great parking and a very cool history. We will definitely be interested in visiting again. We flew our family in for our daughter's wedding and this was the perfect family home base for us. We could walk to our events at Husk and Collins Quarter and we were a short Uber ride to the venue but probably could have walked there too. There was more parking than we ever would ever need. The history was so fun to share. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how much they loved their bathrooms! We hope to have the occasion to rent this home in the future. Would highly recommend this team and the Lucky crew we met during our stay.
