This is the perfect home for a family vacation! Spectacular location with access to free gondola that runs up to Peaks 7 & 8 as well as down to Breckenridge proper. Home has all the amenities and plenty of space. Views from the property are incredible! The best mountain experience -

The house was the perfect location so that we could get to the slopes easily from the gondola. The amenities the house offered were all much appreciated and everyone had a fantastic time in the house as well as on the mountain. We loved the large windows that showed off the picturesque view all the time too! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and hang out spaces for everyone and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy our ski vacation!

Great house. A little misled that it was a house and not a townhouse and that it was ski-in but in the end really was a good spot.

The Majestic is awesome !!!!! Very luxurious. The layout was spacious and perfect for our group. It is perfectly situated between the town of Breckenridge and the base of Peaks 7 & 8. We loved it and will book the same unit if and when we return.

We had another amazing week in this fabulous home. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to vacation in Breckenridge. We had 6 adults & two teenagers in our group & no one was ready to leave. We will stay here again if we get the chance

We have been coming to Breckenridge for an annual ski trip for the last 5 years. This is the best place we have stayed so far. Beautiful home, extremely convenient to the gondola and to town. The home has everything you could ever need and more and the communication with property owners/managers is excellent. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Three couples with kids stayed very comfortably at this well-stocked house. We had everything we needed. The access to the gondola made getting around a breeze. Easy to access both the mountain and the town via gondola or car. Great experience

Perfect location
The location of the property couldn't be any better. The gondola will take you straight to peaks 7 and 8 for skiing and all the way down to town for going out. The unit is also stocked with plenty of kitchen items, bath towels, and hot tub towels. The large garage was nice for taking off and drying all ski equipment. Property management also answered all questions within a few hours. If you are looking for a ski in/ski out for a large group, you can't beat this property.

Beautiful and Convenient
We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and luxurious. We loved the convenience to the Breck Connect Gondola. We were able to easily travel downtown and also up to Peak 8-for FREE! We appreciated that there were plenty of supplies in the house (paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc.). Fantastic property! My kids are already asking when we can return!

Fabulous home & views
The property is everything it is advertised to be. It’s amazing & the pictures do not do it justice. There are no words to describe the views out of every window. It’s simply stunning. I traveled with my 2 adult sons & their girlfriends. We had so much fun. It is walking distance from Main St. but I would recommend driving or riding the gondola. (It was closed while we were there- the only disappointment we had - but that had nothing to do with the property). Anyone who chooses this property will absolutely love it!!

Gorgeous home, great location.
We’ve been spoiled by this beautiful home. The owners left us with all the basics so that we can just relax and enjoy. Gondola was right outside the door and heads to peak 7 or 8. The mountain views and luxurious decor feel like staying at a 5 star hotel.

Top Notch Ski Chalet
Very well appointed, built and maintained property perfectly suited to large family ski trips. Gondola access right outside the property couldn't have been more convenient. The townhouse has all the convenient features you would want - board/ski racks, boot dryers, large mud room for getting ready and coming back inside, large open kitchen, outdoor grill and hot tub. 3 bedrooms with private baths and one bunk room with common bath. Powder room bath upstairs. Great place with professional management. If we come back to Breck, we're staying here!

Steps from the Gondola!
For Thanksgiving we stayed at the Majestic for a week. We had everything we absolutely needed to enjoy our stay and we thoroughly did so. Restaurants were closed for inside dining so we made the majority of our meals at the house. We had every appliance and pan needed. The double ovens and gas stove were used almost daily. The setup of the rooms was great with having three kids under the age of 8. They had the bunk room and the TV downstairs so the adults could be in the middle level and all be separated. You are steps away from the gondola to go skiing or to town as well as being near the nordic trails. I couldn't have been happier with this house and especially with everything going on today. We look forward to coming back.

Awesome home and location
I am thankful that we booked early enough and were able to get this home. It is a gorgeous home and the location cannot be more convenient. We could be inside enjoying each others company and at the same time see everyone getting on and off the gondola as well as spectacular views of the mountains. The home has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable. I highly recommend it!!

Luxury rental with everything you need
I have stayed in many vacation homes and this is by far the most well stocked, tastefully appointed home I have ever rented. The attention to detail cannot be overstated. High end everything, from the Viking kitchen appliances to the luxury linens and towels and ample cleaning supplies and toiletries. There were no corners cut in this well built home. You will not be disappointed. I am already planning a trip back. If the altitude gives you grief, call Danielle or Les at High Altitude Mobile Physicians. They make house calls and will save your vacation. Do not hesitate to book this property. You will not want to leave!

Wish we could've stayed longer
We really wish we could've stayed longer! Hopefully next time! I am a CO native so I already love Breck but I have never stayed in this part of Breckenridge before. Talk about a high end luxury home! We had a group of 10, 7 adults & 3 kids. When we were in the house it was so great and relaxing but what was even better was being right next to the gondola & in walking distance to so many trails! The neighborhood was also quiet and low key, so the kids were able to ride their bikes around. The only thing I was surprised about was I thought 3 of the bedrooms were on the main level and it was more like the basement. Thankfully my grandma could still do stairs. I would recommend & stay at this place in a heart beat next time!

Very nice community with high end residences. Everything about the house was superb. The Location to the gondola, the hot tub, and overall layout of the residence, high end appliances. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a 1st class vacation spot.

Spectacular House, Clean and Convenient
Not only was the house beautiful but it’s location was very convenient. JT and Fonda were very responsive and even helped us out with recommendations and a rental car problem we had. Would definitely book here again!

Great Property and Location
If you are looking for luxury accommodations in a great location, this is an ideal property. The home is new and is furnished with quality everything. The walk to the gondola which takes you to peaks 7 & 8 is approximately 40 yards away. Highly recommend.

First Class on the slopes
Absolutely beautiful property. Everything was new and top of the line ( we we only the 2nd renter). Great location. I have to say the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed in the world. My wife and I are bed snobs and when we get home, we’re going to buy one
