Everything Hilton never disappoints

Randy at the front desk was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Better cleaning of the lobby after breakfast, stepped in syrup the following morning and my shoe stuck to the floor.

Spacious room. Kitchen was great. Liked the shade on window that blocked out light. Location convenient to everything.

I slept like a baby! very comfortable room!

The staff, location, and room were lovely. I liked how clean everything was, and especially liked that efforts to be Green are used throughout.

I thought the bed was uncomfortable (it felt arched/higher in the middle), so did not sleep well. No bacon for breakfast was a bummer.

Convenient location.

Spcifically, I wanted a cooktop or stove top in the kitchenette. Disappointed.

The breakfast food

The hotel advertises that it is green and sustainable. This is not true - the hotel uses tiny little throwaway creamers instead of a big container of milk. And the hotel individually saran wraps the apples, which is bad. And why is there a huge dishwasher in the room - not necessary.

The hotel is 10 minute walking from de beach, it has an excellent and big room (offers microwave, freezer..), very clean room and a standard breakfast (bagels, juice, waffles..). The gym was very good too!

The first receptionist did not accept my passport as my ID document, she wanted an ID with an address, but i'm not from the US.

The location was really great. Within walking distance to the beach. Easy parking. There is a great little ice cream shop right next door! Breakfast is always a bonus. The person making breakfast even packed it up for us to go!

Smoking just outside the exit doors isn't great but the hotel can't control that.

This facility must be fairly new as it was spotless and bright, tasteful decor and comfortable. The room was very well-equipped.

I did not love the breakfast sandwiches.
