We enjoyed watching the whales from our balcony, it was a better view than we expected. Chairs and cooler were a nice addition. The only small thing for a family who enjoys bbq, the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped.
Would definitely recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect to walk on the boardwalk or go to the beach. We enjoyed the pools and Dukes. The property management was very helpful and the checkin process was easy. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. Thanks so much.

We’ve been to Maui before and love to stay on the north end of Kaanapali. We wanted the resort feeling and this property was perfect! Being on the eighth floor in the corner was perfect! The view was amazing and we could also here to music from Dukes in the evening. Everything was great in the condo, so much so that we didn’t need to call or text them about anything but they checked in with us by email and maybe even text (I can’t remember) asking if there was anything we needed and making sure we were happy with everything. I really appreciated that! The condo was updated and had most everything you needed. They even had shampoos and soap in the shower. It was beautifully decorated and clean! Never saw a bug lol! In Hawaii there are bugs and that’s just the way it is for the humid climate but seriously there wasn’t any type of bug at all. They have 2 beach chairs and a cooler in the closet. We rented boogie boards from the Snorkel Store. They are awesome there! They send you daily reports of the conditions of the different beaches and they set you up with all you need. The staff at this property were all very helpful and kind as well. It was a great and well needed trip and everything went smooth and was perfect. The only thing I wished they had was a mirror on the wall somewhere outside the bathroom. That way I could get ready while the other person showers. But seriously that would be just a suggestion…everything was wonderful!

First time staying at this resort. The location cannot be beat, right on Kaanapali beach, steps away from Duke's, spectacular views, and well maintained pools and gardens. Will definitely return! :)

Temperature
Loved everything but there wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch. We asked the front desk for a blanket and we’re curtly denied with the explanation, “We don’t deal with vrbo/condos.”

Perfect honeymoon!
My new husband and I stayed here for 6 days during our honeymoon and the property was fantastic! The place was spacious and had a wonderful view of the resort and the ocean. Plenty of pools and Duke's drinks to keep us happy and a short drive to Lahaina and other fun areas. Will definitely be back!

This is a perfect room for two people! The resort property was beautiful, we access to all the amenities, great food trucks just a close walk, room was clean and well stocked with a great ocean view. Would stay here again!

Perfect Home away from Home
stayed here for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The studio was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The resort staff was great, the grounds were gorgeous and many pools and spas to chose from, plus the beach just steps away! Made our time PERFECT!

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The view was amazing. The room was spacious and amenities were excellent. We were a little disappointed that the place was not as clean as we had hoped especially during covid. Great coffee shop. This is definitely a place to bring your kids. Nice pools, Dukes restaurant on premises was great. This location is amazing in relation to Kaanapali beach, and Whalers village. We would definitely consider this property for future vacations.

Beautiful property - great studio
We truly enjoyed staying at this resort. The ocean view was amazing every morning. We enjoyed having a kitchen to have coffee and breakfast in the studio each morning. The restaurant on the property is great too especially on those days you are tired and don’t want to go out out for dinner.

Beautiful condo - well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen but condiments and food! Nice and clean and a great view of the water and swaying palms... A very fair price for what you get!

Beautiful Condo!
The condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed plus more. The location of the condo was perfect......it was so relaxing sitting on the lanai and taking in the beautiful view. The property management team was fabulous. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing, Memorable Vacation
We can't thank everyone at Honua Kai enough, it truly is a beautiful resort. We stayed in HH837 and the suite was Beautiful with a stunning ocean view and had everything you can possibly need to make for a comfortable stay. Bruno and his wife were fantastic hosts. They gave us so much insight of things to do and see, places to eat, adventures to try and so much more. We were in Maui for 2 weeks and truly felt like the time flew by. I would highly recommend booking with Bruno. Thank you again Maui, Honua Kai and Bruno for a fabulous vacation.Until next time..............

Amazing Views
This condo had spectacular views, very clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice with limited supplies. Left a note that the dishwasher was not working properly. I am sure if we called someone it would have been promptly fixed. I would stay at this property again. Duke's was great, Cabana's were clean, ample pool space with an adult only pool which was fabulous. Walking path out front was good and ocean access was great. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was very good. Felt well taken care of.

Great vacation
This was our first time using VRBO to book a condo. I could not be more impressed with Bruno, his condo, and the resort. The condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable time. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the washer and dryer, this condo has it all. My wife and I had an amazing time in Maui and would definitely stay at this condo a second time if we are able to return. The photographs of the view does not come close to experiencing it first hand. I cannot thank Bruno enough.

Great property and location
It is exactly as advertised. The room was very clean, had most everything you need to cook and live for a few days on vacation. The staff at the resort was great as well. The location relative to activities and restaurants is also perfect, less than 10 minutes to plenty of great restaurants and bars or walk the almost two miles to Whalers along the beach to work off those drinks and dinners!
Bruno was very responsive and helpful throughout.
Would recommend to anyone going to Maui

Greatest Place On Maui
We stayed at Honua Kai for our honeymoon. The place was AMAZING. Bruno did an awesome job of having everything you need in the condo. The resort was absolutely beautiful and well kept, the beach was easy access and good snorkeling, and it was a perfect location to restaruaunts. The best part about staying here is Bruno gave us a huge packet of thighs to do, restaurants to eat at, water activities, land activities, etc. I would give more stars if I could. It was an awesome experience and we hope to go back again soon!

Great time and beautiful condo
My wife and I stayed in Bruno's condo for 5 nights. Great time and a great condo. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and walking on the beach. Dukes is great and other great restaurants near by. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach!

Beautiful resort
Would do it again!! We had an amazing trip and so enjoyed Bruno's condo and the resort . The studio was very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could ask for. The resort itself was much more than we expected. Everything from the grounds, access to the beach , the pools, the dining at Dukes, the boardwalk along the beach, the location in Kaanapali, the helpful staff , underground parking and the short distance to the market and most of all, the beautiful view we had from our room. Bruno was very helpful and informative, he had given us a lot of useful information we used throughout our stay. You could not have asked for anything more, we look forward to returning and would not hesitate to stay again!!! We were sad to leave, Mahalo
