We loved our stay. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom attached to it. The things that would improve the place for next time: 1. a working dishwasher 2. a better working dryer (laundry took too long to dry) 3. beds are lumpy and uncomfortable

Great location for a group trip! Close to the beach and all the Destin action! Clean property. Very spacious for our large group.

This was our first trip to Destin - our family usually travels to outer banks and we wanted to try a new location. King’s Court was perfect and the house was just as described. We really appreciated the main quarters being on the first floor. It is a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was extremely helpful. We were so happy to have boogy boards, beach chairs, cart, and floats for the pool. First day we were there Sean was extremely responsive and helped us get acclimated. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We loved having access to the golf cart. We had several issues during our stay and 850 vacation rentals did not do a good job resolving them. Used the ice maker on the main floor to fill a cooler on the first day, and it never refilled. The dishwasher would look and sound like it was about to start, but didn't. A maintenance guy came out and said I must have hit the delayed start instead of start (which I didn't). After messing around with it we were able to run it twice during our stay. The last day of our stay it would not run at all and gave an error code that google said was the circuit board. A pool light was flickering, maintenance came to fix but didn't and forgot to turn a valve back which resulted in the hot tub completely draining and being unusable for the night. Maintenance came back, fixed the valve so the hot tub had water, but turned off the flickering pool light and the hot tub light which made it very dark and again no one used. Our outdoor shower stopped working on our last day. I STRONGLY suggest you take screen shots, record phone conversations and save emails you have with this company when booking with them. There was an issue about pool heat that I confirmed over the phone before our stay. I was cutoff while speaking and given attitude when trying to address all these issues during our stay. If you want a stress free vacation, I suggest finding a home managed by a different company.

We stayed here with 13 girls for a bachelorette party and it was beyond perfect! Easy walk to the beach, close to the beach, and super comfortable beds! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Our large group of friends & families enjoyed everything about staying at this property. It was a wonderful amount of space for our five families. The location is incredible—just a quick walk to beach access and a very short drive to so many area restaurants, stores, and attractions. The pool was fantastic (we paid to heat); the hot tub only runs from 6-10 PM, which was a little bit disappointing. We were grateful to find a wagon full of beach chairs for our daily trips to the beach, and the outdoor shower was so nice to rinse the sand off when we returned. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious. With a group our size we did find that we were running the washer/dryer daily to keep towels clean & dry…and unless the load was very small, the dryer took 2-3 cycles to fully dry our clothes or towels. We also bought extra kitchen dish towels (there were two) and a potholder (there were none). Definitely plan ahead to bring or buy soaps, food storage, detergent, etc. The only other suggestion our group had was it would be nice to have more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, wet swimsuits, etc. There were hooks on the back of the door, but especially in the bunk rooms with several teens, there was never enough room to hang things to dry (and it was windy while we were there, so we couldn’t hang much on balcony railings or chairs without them blowing off!) Overall it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful home. We would definitely go again and recommend to others!

Exactly like the pictures. Gorgeous home. Amazing pool and hot tub that used most every night. Walking distance from restaurants and beaches (beach access 2 blocksfrom house) . Tons of pots and pans as we did a lot cooking, even made a Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving and we never needed to buy pots and pans. The bonus fridge upstairs is amazing. All beds were SO comfortable. The a golf cart is included with house. We used it alot. You will NOT be sorry you chose this house! Book now! 😊 oh and since it was colder months we paid Xtra to have pool heated. Totally worth the money spent. Rooms and bathrooms for every guest. Amazing house!!!!!!!

It was the perfect place to share with family and friends to celebrate. Paying extra for heated pool was well worth it. Had to leave a day early due to my rheumatoid arthritis and it was easy checking out

We had a great time at this home in Destin. The set up of the house was perfect for our family vacation and the location was awesome. Right down the street from the beach and close to dining and shopping. Highly recommend this location.

Overall it was a good experience…. A few small problems with the house, but they were corrected as quickly as possible…. A little better communication on how the immenities worked, such as the hot tub, would have been nice to know up front.

My family of 19 had an amazing time at this house. It was very clean and well kept. The house looks just like the pictures. It could’ve easily accommodated more people. We had a small issue with the dishwasher, but the property manager Ellen was quick to respond and had it taken care. I’ve used this management company previously and the experience is always good with them. Don’t hesitate to book if you enjoy vacationing in luxury.

We had a great week at this property with our group of 21 that included 10 adults and 11 kids ranging in age from 6 to 16. We absolutely felt the house was enough space and was laid out nicely. It was awesome having the 6 master suites and we made great use of the pool. The beds were comfortable. The golf cart was great and the location was awesome too. It was nice having the refrigerator outside by the pool and then having the other two full size units in the house allowed for enough storage space. There are nice chairs for the beach. We added a blowup beer pong set for the pool which we left for future renters along with a number of rafts. So, overall a great rental. Here are some areas that could be improved: The pool area could really benefit from improved loungers (they’re rusting out and seem cheap) and some umbrellas. The lack of shade in the back is tough. The washing machine needs replaced. It only works when on warm water. The rooms could use some dressers. The bunk bed rooms literally have no furniture other than the beds and the master suites have night stands and beds but no other furniture. Also, it should be noted in the property description that the hot tub only heats/works from 6p until midnight. I’m aware it’s like that for insurance reasons, but it should be in the property description. I’d recommend this house for large groups going to the Destin area for sure. I’d very strongly recommend if my suggestions above were taken care of.

The house is beautiful. Spacious rooms for all 19 of us. The golf cart was key to get people and items back and forth from beach. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Many beach items were provided by the rental. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Plenty of space for our group of 15 to hang out in the large great room. There were TV’s in every bedroom, which was nice, but we had issues with a few getting internet connections. Instructions for internet and cable connections would have been helpful. We could not find any. Beds were comfortable. Chairs in some of of the bedrooms would have been nice. There was nowhere for a nursing mother to get comfortable or have privacy, except for a bed. The pool and hot tub were awesome and loved by our whole group. The golf cart was awesome for transporting people and chairs to the beach. Loved the location of the house, too. About a 1/2 a mile to Publix and close to shopping and restaurants. The property managers responded quickly to a couple of calls. The one negative was with the washer. We could never get it to work properly. It was a pretty cheap washer for such a large house. Overall, our experience was very good and we would stay there again.

Kings Court was amazing. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. It’s close to the beach and the golf cart came in very handy with transporting people, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc to the beach. The only recommendation I have is to replace the washer. We called for repair and they were supposed to send an appliance person out but they never came while we were still there. Overall, a great place!

The property was amazing and Ellen, the property manager, was so easy and nice to communicate with. Loved the golf cart for local transportation. Finally, the pool was the best addition(it glowed blue at night)! Beach chairs and a beach wagon were also available for use.. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

This beach house is so great we just left and we are already planning when we can come back again. The house is gorgeous and perfect family since everyone gets their own master bedroom and bathroom. The pool and hot tub is wonderful, we spent so much time there since the ocean was a bit rough while we were there. The location is so convenient, you can walk or take the golf cart to Publix or Destin Commons for shopping and a short 2 block walk to the gorgeous beach. We have no complaints at all! Maybe a little constructive criticism would be a few throws or extra blankets for chillier nights, and maybe a shaded area around the pool for people that don’t want so much sun but those are just things that would make it even more awesome than it already is.

We had a great time. The bedroom set up was perfect for our family of 6 married couples each having there own king room and the kids enjoying the bunk beds. The family loved the pool area, hot tub, golf cart and short walk to the beach. The property manager was on the spot when we needed something or had questions. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend the property.

We loved this house! We had the pool heated since we came at the beginning of March and it was perfect. We loved having the golf cart to drive to the Publix grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, utensils, etc. for our big group (although I would recommend getting a pizza pan and cutter). Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was lovely, with an additional powder room by the kitchen and living room. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach from the house which was great. You basically need to drive to get to most restaurants, so if you want to try more of the Destin (not chain restaurants) I’d suggest renting a car. The only thing that everyone in our group mentioned is the mattresses were very soft and fluffy and not firm enough. Just for future reference when you need to replace the mattresses. We loved the house and Ellen our contact person was great. Thanks again!

Had a wonderful week with our group of 10 friends from Ohio. The house was exactly as pictured, the golf cart was very convenient and the pool/hot tub were put to use even though it was February. Would recommend bringing paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry soap, but that should be expected. The host was very responsive and we couldn’t think of a negative thing to say, hoping to stay again.

Space and location are great. Pool was a big hit! Could use a little sprucing up but was a comfortable house and made for a great family gathering place.

We had 22 gathering to celebrate a monumental birthday and Thanksgiving. The home was very clean, perfect size for all those attending, and perfect location. Close to restaurants and activities for everyone. The home was fully supplied with everything we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner. The pool area and hot tub was awesome for everyone!! We will be back!!

Our daughter got married in Destin and all of our family stayed here together. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house was spacious and accommodating. We had 5 couples, 7 bridesmaids and the bride and never felt cramped.

We were in Florida for a family wedding and this house had it all! Great location and the pool was a hit with all the kids. Big bonus was all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plenty of space for us all to hang out, we never felt crowded. We would definitely rent again!

The place was wonderful! The pictures are exactly the same. Great that every bedroom had there own bathroom. Great location! Heating the pool is a must. Seeing that it was cool in the morning and at night. Would differently be interested in renting again.

This is a beautiful home (currently for sale) that was perfect for our reunion group of 16. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. It is also in a great location, with easy proximity to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! Not quite sure whose responsibility it is to keep the property maintained - the pool was not cleaned while we were there (4 days) and there was a very windy day leaving the pool full of leaves and debris. I text the number I was given and called it. Someone showed up around 4:00 in the afternoon to all 16 of us in and around the pool - wondering if we still wanted it cleaned. A number of pool chairs are broken, the tables by the pool are rusted thru and the bases are hanging out from them. We had no pool lights (the really cool multi colored ones) for evening swims. The kitchen needs an inventory taken - toaster only has one side that works, there are no potholders for the oven, the cookie sheets should have been tossed a long time ago. Not one platter for serving meals to 16 people. We only found one hair dryer for the whole 3 story house! And no instructions, remotes or switches for the ceiling fans. We had some very chilly nights, and there were no blankets to be found, just the sheets and bedspreads. We had a wonderful time, loved the location, we’re happy for the amount of space, but disappointed in the amenities and lack of care given to provisions for renters.
