Refusing to provide checkin info until 4pm day of arrival was extremely stressful not knowing if we’d actually get it (was there an issue?) was causing anxiety with my group. My daughter who drove her own car was not added to the guest list even though I gave the host her info weeks earlier. The guard threatened to tow her car, but after a VM and a couple of messages the host got it fixed. The whole unit is in dire need of renovation. The furniture is wobbly, scratched up and on its last legs. The walls and baseboards are marked up, dirty & dusty; the light colored grout is black in most areas; the blinds are coated in thick dust; damaged lamp shades, thin beat up dirty area rugs. The downstairs bedroom was worst. The carpet is dirty and needs replacing. The furniture in there is terribly beat up and the there were dead bugs on the window sill due to damaged screens. There were empty bottles under the bed and the room had a funky smell. My daughter literally cried at the thought of staying in it and was going to use the pullout except that was filled with crumbs and no sheets. We bought carpet powder and vacuumed the bedroom and that helped, but vacuum canister wasn’t previously emptied…eww. There were scented plugins everywhere (I wonder why) but all were empty. We had to buy some. I informed host about bedroom, and he did NOTHING. Towels smelled bad and most were old thin beach towels. Only 5 real bath towels for the 6 of us. All of us wanted to leave the day we arrived.

10-15 minutes to each Disney park, Disney Springs, and other Orlando attractions. Walmart for last minute items is less than a mile away. Resort pool was perfect for a rest day after the parks. This is our 2nd Windsor Hills stay. This size home was perfect for our family of 5. We never felt like it was inconvenient getting to or from the parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay. The location was ideal! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made the place perfect. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

This property was great for our family with everything readily available. Very clean place with very comfortable beds! Our only problem was we didnt have enough time to enjoy it more

Let's start with the awesome communication! All of the information we needed was provided in advance or waiting for us on the counter when we walked in. Any question we had was answered instantly. And there was even a courtesy check in text during our stay just to make sure everything was going good (that was a first for me, and greatly appreciated). Everything about the property was perfect! ...And yeah, they have wi-fi! : )

House was incredibly clean! Very spacious! Had everything we needed! Host was extremely attentive in initial check in process… and stated he would be available if we needed him throughout our stay but we didn’t …everything went so smoothly…. Great location … amazing amenities…. Beside having our own spa pool the property has a huge heated pool and small spray park and water slides… there’s something for everyone …. This was a second year staying at this resort but our first time staying at this house and I can wait to book this house for next year…. It was perfect for what we needed it for and my whole family was very impressed and comfortable!

I take my family to Orlando almost every year at least once, and have been doing so for the last 19 years. During that time I’ve stayed on the Disney properties, in various resorts, and other condominiums around the area, this by far was the best experience we had. The location is perfect if you’re planning a visit to any of the Disney properties, Walmart is super close so you can get food/gas anything you need, tons of dining options, and the options for Door Dash was so overwhelming, there were certain times we struggled to even decide on one. The hosts were amazing… making the whole process super easy… I will for sure be staying here again on my next trip of they will have us back.

This condo had such a great layout with 2 masters, one on each level.. as well as a bunk room, that was perfect for kids. More than enough space for our family of 4, for sure. We loved the pool out back, as well as the pool and slides at the clubhouse. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend to others.

We loved our stay at 7671 Sir Kaufmann Ct. It's quiet and conveniently located just outside the Disney Parks. I kind of wish that we had more non-park days just to enjoy the home and the amenities. The only issue that we encountered, which wasn't even an issue, is that a couple of the bathroom sinks were clogged. Thankfully, we were able to unclog them easily after a quick trip to the nearby WalMart. (I was going there anyway.) Definitely would recommend this property!

I researched so many rentals in the same gated community. This one seemed to be the best! We stayed a week and I can confirm, I am happy with my choice, and it was the BEST! So, if you’re unsure, and don’t want to make a bad choice, stay here. It’s clean, the hosts are attentive and welcoming. The living space was big, and decorated tastefully. I recommend staying here 10/10!

We love our time at this property. It was very clean at our arrival, it is modern, the beds were comfortable, soft sheets, TV's in each bedroom with Disney Channel was a hit with my girls :) They are asking for movable tv brackets now. :) The property is within short distance to Disney parks, many stores including Walmart, restaurants. Overall, we had a good experience, and we will rent from them again.

We had a nice visit and the location was as advertised. The owner was easy to communicate with throughout the process. Only downside was that there were weeds all around the pool deck and that we were not told until the day before our arrival that the outside of the unit was getting painted. This resulted in not having access to the parking pad and had to park around the side of the building.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here. All staff we encountered throughout the community were friendly, and the easy scan at the entry gate was nice to keep the wait time down. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The pool was not as cold as others have said but our visit was in June so maybe that’s why.

Had issues with the pool. Pool pump failed before our wed. check in and wasnt repaired until late Saturday. Communication with owner could have been better.

The neighborhood was clean and quite. It was only a short drive to Disney. My son had a blast on the water slides at the resort. The property owners went above and beyond. They left plenty of extra supplies like toilet paper which most VRBOs do not have. They were quick and friendly when responding to any questions I had. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Owner was easy to work with and regularly communicated with us. Windsor Hills is a great resort and convenient to Disney along with the other Orlando theme parks. The townhouse was comfortable and clean and plenty big enough for our family of four. Our girls loved swimming in the plunge pool.

I booked this property for my sister and her girls as a gift. There was a mistake made with the booking but Jackie was quick to take care of it and makes things right. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She took time for us while she herself was on vacation. I stayed in contact with her (as a 3rd person) so my sister could focus on enjoying her vacation with her girls. From my sister: Her place is stunning and clean. The location was perfect and they absolutely enjoyed themselves. And although I did not go with them, I will definitely check with Jackie for availability when my family and I go on vacation

This property is perfect location for Cheerleaders performing at ESPN. The place was up to date and very clean. The kids loved the personal pool. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this property during our trip to Disney World in April. Communication with the owners was fine but often times, before and during the trip, it was not very prompt. The unit itself was clean and looked good. The description of the unit was not accurate as far as beds were concerned. There is a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed. Bedroom upstairs with a double and a bunkbed with a double/single. Master bedroom upstairs with a king. The bathrooms were all clean but the master bathroom had a broken drain. If you wanted to use the soaker tub, it was not possible. They provided a few towels and a micro soap (literally the tiniest soap I have ever seen). They did provide extra toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked and they even provided 3 dishwashing pods and dishwashing soap. You only get ONE GARBAGE BAG - use it wisely. They do not provide garbage bags. We were there for 7 days and it made for a weird garbage situation. It would be nice if they provided 3-4 at minimum. The main pool was really nice but the owner failed to tell us anything about using it. After figuring it out on our own let me help you - the first time you go, enter through the "Welcome Center" and give them the address of your unit. After you will receive wristbands. Bands must be worn the entire stay if you wish to reenter the pool area. The slides were fun and my kids love swimming there. We were very excited about having our own pool and paid the extra $300 for the pool to be heated. It was cold! I asked the owner about it on day 2 of our stay and was told they would check on it and let me know - I never heard back regarding whether or they made sure it was actually heating. The owners told me that it would heat up as the air heated up. The days got up into the low 90s and the pool remained cold. What a waste of money!! Do not pay for the heat!! Our kids got into the pool one time. We used it in the evenings to sit on the edge and soak our sore legs after being at the parks. The cold water felt great on our sore muscles. I felt lied to about the pool heat. The unit is fairly close to Disney World. It is about 10-20 minutes depending on traffic and which park you are going to. It is also very close to a Way-Mart. I had no issues with the location and the neighborhood. Over-all our stay was just okay. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and usually there is a binder or book with instructions and tips for your stay.They provided nothing, needs improvement

Clean comfortable townhouse. Property manager was efficient and answered our one concern immediately. Great location near all the attractions. We have stayed at Windsor Hills for several years,, this was our most enjoyable stay. Wold definitely recommend.

Overall we were satisfied, especially with location proximity to Disney and bedroom/bathroom set-up. Cleanliness lacked in a minor way. S Didn't realize we needed to pay extra to heat the pool - pricey!, bit seems to be standard for FL condo rentals.
