We thought a bannister on the lower staircase (wooden or rope) would help climbing the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at 88 Upper St Giles. The property was cleaned to a very high standard and beautifully set out. The extra little things provided such as bread, milk and butter in the kitchen and shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were such a thoughtful touch. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable and the lounge was a lovely social space for us to hang out in. The Street was also really nice with little coffee shops and cake shops opposite. It was a really handy location too as only 10 minutes from the shopping centre.

It would be handy to have a spare occasional chair in the lounge and a full length mirror in the bedrooms. These things didn't impact our stay, I couldn't think of anything much to be critical of.

Everything about the property was excellent

Very nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Everything for a very pleasant stay in Norwich.

Bedroom windows are a bit old and not very practical. New windows would provide better insulation from outside noise. Wifi in the kitchen is a bit poor.

Beautifully furnished and attention paid to small details. Felt very welcoming. Amazing bakeries on the street too!

An exceptional property. This was a lovely place to stay. The property was very well equipped , and stylish, whilst being very comfortable. Being very close to city centre was a big plus but at the same time the property felt very private. Couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay and will Definitely be booking again.

We adored 88 St Giles. It is a super stylish townhouse, 2 large bedroom, lovely lounge, bathroom and kitchen and all perfectly equipped. Comfy beds, top quality sheets & pillows and lovely touches with the coffee, chocolate, biscuits, toiletries, hair dryer, Norwich book and magazines. In just the best location for coffees, food and the City Centre. Amanda was very helpful with super speedy answers to everything. A delightful stay.

It was perfect

The voucher for bread was a lovely surprise. The house was lovely and beds very comfy. Nice touches with M&S products. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Only challenge was the parking. The nearest recommended car park was so tight that it was quite daunting trying to park. Would be good to maybe recommend the Forum over that one due to that reason. Minor point, a hook on the bathroom door would be useful.

The property was charming and set in a quiet area, less than 10minute walk from the town centre. Everything you needed was provided; spotlessly clean and great instructions provided. Lovely shampoos and hand washes from M&S, crockery from John Lewis, no detail had been forgotten. We will definitely be staying again!

I can’t fault this property at all. Just a very personal preference would be to have the option of firmer pillows. But it feels a little unfair to say this as everything was outstanding!
