There was a positive and upbeat energy and positive attitude from every staff member we encountered.

The sniffer dog, but we understand there is a need for it. An extra layer of security.

Beds very comfie and rooms nice & black out. Cool modern touches throughout the hotel & rooms.

It wasn’t super close to many places we were going on our stay. Everything was an Uber ride away, that being said Uber was very reliable & reasonable so not a massive pain in the butt!

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast and lunch options!

Room service was rather slow (always more than 1hr).

had a wonderful time at the social house. The staff were great, the pillows and beds were super comfy, the restaurants were lovely and very convenient to have and as a solo traveller it was one of the most secure hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. My stay was great and I'll definitely be back. A special thanks to Faridah who was always so willing to help when I had questions and checked in to make sure I was having a great stay. When I'm back in Nairobi, I'll be going back to the social house without a doubt.

The pool wasn't available due to renovation which was a bit disappointing but not that big a deal.

Loved everything about it. Quirky, creative and modern decor. Breakfast was awesome!
