We had 3 generations of family stay over the weekend and loved every minute. I believe we utilized every aspect of the property... hot tub, basketball, billiards, ping pong, bag toss, theatre room.... the glowing lodge is amazing. Thank you!!

We stayed with our two children, parents and family pets. The cabin was extremely clean and exactly as presented in its description. It was a somewhat last minute booking for us and honestly before leaving we were discussing when we would be back next. Between the well stocked kitchen, theater room, games, patios, hot tub, etc. there was something for everyone of all ages here! You just have to start by booking & show up!! We stayed after there had been snow and if you have littles it was a great place for snow play right in the front yard without having to leave. If I could change one thing about our stay it would be to have a fenced area/dog run but was no means a deal breaker for us as it’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood so walking the dogs were never an issue it would just be an added convenience. Thank you for a lovely stay, we look forward to our next!

Everything was in beautiful condition, the location is great, the amenities are wonderful, can’t say enough positive things about this cabin! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, no complaints at all! We saw so much wildlife it was definitely a memorable experience. We just returned home from our delightful stay at Glowing Pines Lodge with our daughter and her family (including 2 teenagers 15 and 17). It was such a perfect week made possible by all the amenities of this vacation home. The owners, Anissa and Bob, have literally thought of everything one might need or like to have for such a stay. The kitchen on the main floor had everything we could possibly need for meal preparation. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us for dinner and to hold jigsaw puzzles that were always in process. We enjoyed conversations in the great room on the main level where we could sit and watch elk and deer graze the yard. Three bedrooms (including the master) are on this same level making it easier for someone of my age to access. The top level of the house provided great entertainment for the kids with all the arcade games and the lower level was such fun with a pool table. Many games were played in there. We used the round table downstairs for playing Hearts and Spades, family traditions. I could have watched movies endlessly in the theater room which is perfectly set up to seat 6 in comfortable recliners with theater quality sound and screen. There is another bedroom on the lower level with an en-suite bathroom. Many in the family would disappear at times to go outside for ping pong, badminton, corn hole, basketball or to enjoy time in the hot tub. Just a thoroughly planned vacation spot for your family! Highly, highly recommend. One final note, the little town of Pine was fun to explore with unique shops and goodies. One highlight was a 12 point bull elk just lazing in someone’s front yard as we visited the Honey Shop. Something we don’t see at home. The Pie Bar in Strawberry made for a delightful last dinner of the trip. Our thanks to Anissa and Bob for making this week so memorable!

We have nothing but Great things to say about Anissa and this property! From the beginning to the last day of or stay we had superb communication with Anissa and she even gave us a free movie rental during our stay. Everything from the Elk & Deer which were seen every morning and Evening in the front of the cabin, the basketball court, the swings, the spacious seating on the deck, the fire pit ( which we made s’mores one evening with) the grill which we used a few evenings for awesome bbq dinners, the spacious kitchen with all the amenities that you could possibly ask for, the large bedrooms and comfy beds, the game room and the movie theatre which was us used on a daily basis, and can’t forget about the pool table ( I can’t remember the last time I played so much pool). I would highly recommend Glowing Pines Lodge for anyone who wants to stay and have one of the most memorial trips that they may ever have. I know our family sure did! We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for providing us such a memorable vacation!

We loved this home, it was perfect for my brothers celebration of life. So many options to keep kids involved and the kitchen and eating areas were amazing!!! We chose the perfect spot and are so grateful you allowed us to gather. The theater was thrilling! We were so excited to use it with the kids. The jacuzzi jets only worked on the seat side, we couldn’t seem to get the others to work but it was lovely. I look forward to coming back with my family to stay again.

We spent 4 nights at Glowing Pines Lodge, and I have to say we had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and they had so many supplies in case you forgot a toothbrush or razor, even spices, first aid kit and we even used their caramel sauce on our ice cream. The sleeping quarters were very nicely decorated, we decided we were spoiled for any other cabin like vacation. We utilized the hot tub but ran out of time before we watched a movie in theatre room (they supplied popcorn) but kids watched some cartoons there. Some our adults went a couple of days on real nice day hikes in the area. My grandkids were thrilled to see deer and elk everyday just outside this beautiful home. Hope we are able to return for a longer stay someday soon. This place will not disappoint.

The cabin was exactly what it stated online, beautiful house and grounds. Lots to do when it became too cold outside to play. Dining table on main floor was perfect for dinner and game night, lots of room for a larger family. Slept well. Loved the fireplace and so happy I didn't need to worry about firewood. Movie room was fantastic and fun. Not a big selection of DVDs but it doesn't matter because the cable was good, we all watched a movie. We visited the little shops in town. Very friendly and happy people. Stopped at the small market. Prefect size for this cute small town. We just needed some milk. I am sorry we didn't get to see the little museum; it was closed by the time we got there. On our way back home we stopped at the Tonto Natural Bridge the state park. Took a short hike. Perfect and beautiful. I recommend Glowing Pines cabin and the small town of Pine, AZ. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you so much Anissa for this fabulous weekend. If anyone is looking for a cabin this is the one you should go to.

I came to this cabin with a group of ladies for a weekend retreat. This cabin had everything we could ask for from entertainment in the theater, cozy fireplace in the main floor, arcade games, a pool table, and many more features. On top of all that the cabin had to offer the location was breathtaking. We saw wildlife coming to drink from watering hole in the front yard within an hour of arrival, which we had a front row seat to with the beautiful wrap around porch. We needed this weekend to do some serious healing and bonding after a couple of our friend lost their husbands within the past few months. This property was the perfect location to relax, be in nature, and at the same time had all the amenities to feel comfortable (including a store if we forgot any items for the trip). I would highly recommend this property.

Loved staying at the Glowing Pines Lodge! Such a beautiful area and we were amazed at so many deer and elk walking through the property! And so many things to keep everyone entertained with the hot tub, video games, movie theater, basketball hoop, and much more. The town is close by with lots to do as well! Great kitchen and living areas to hang out with friends. Really clean and comfortable, our favorite cabin stay so far! And we had snow on the last day! Thank you for such a great stay! Everyone loved it!

Our family stayed at this cabin for a weekend. It’s beautiful and has tons of entertainment. We loved it and have decided to make staying at this cabin an annual tradition. Our family has been staying at cabins for many years and this is by far one of our favorites.

Loved this beautiful cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and one 6 month old. The floor plan is perfect allowing everyone to gather together or to have their private space. Upon arrival the cabin was spotless and plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and paper products were provided. My family loved the games, pool table, hot tub and outdoor fire table. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and always available. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful cabin💕

We definitely enjoyed staying at the cabin. Celebrated a 40th Birthday with family and friends. The place was great and enjoyed the plethora of games/activities available at the property. Also enjoyed the stocked kitchen and pantry full spices/seasonings, and everything needed to make great meals. Would stay there again in the future.

We had the best time I had just lost my sister to cancer and this was just what we needed. We would definitely do this again and the property was awesome!!!

We had an all around great stay for New Years! Anissa was very responsive leading up to the trip and accommodating for our stay. Plenty of room in this cabin and close to the town of Pine and easy to get up to Strawberry. Kitchen was well stocked and large dining table for meals. Our only suggestion (as if the movie theater wasn’t enough) is to put a TV in the main sitting area on the main level. We have a lot of men in the family who like to watch football while cooking and eating. Overall, great place and we would most definitely stay again!

We rented the property for a quick weekend getaway with close family friends. There were 5 kids with us ranging ages 3-8 and they had the time of their lives! The movie theatre and game room with arcade games was literally the "greatest of all time." The house was immaculate. The hosts were so communicative and helpful. It was a perfect trip. And the kids being so entertained gave us parents time to rest and visit with our friends...what more could you ask for?! We will DEFINITELY be back again. It was an amazing property and I highly suggest you book it NOW!

We loved our time at this property. Spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the wild life. On a busier street then expected but noise not too bad, but busy during the day. Kitchen great had everything we needed. Plenty of entertainment inside and out so never a dull moment. Anissa was very easy to communicate with. Great for 6 adults plenty of room to spread out.

We had a wonderful time at Glowing Pines Lodge! There is plenty to do both inside and outside of the home. There are many games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, skillets and basic necessities. It was a delight to watch the elk roam by every morning. We definitely plan to come back!

Glowing Pines Lodge had plenty of room for our party of 8 people, including 4 young children, and tons of activities to entertain both the adults and the children. Seeing the wildlife on a daily basis as deer walked through the neighborhood and the front yard was an awesome bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed all that the Lodge had to offer and also the welcome gift of homemade jam and local honey. Anissa was a great host, we'll definitely be going back in the future!

This was a wonderful rental property with lovely decor. We were just a few minutes from the towns of Pine and Strawberry and 20 minutes from Payson. Tonto Bridge, antique stores and numerous trails are just a hop, a skip, and a jump away. Perfect for a family retreat, large family or just several couples vacationing. The theater, game room, ping pong table, pool table and hot tub were definitely enough to keep us entertained. Elk, deer and birds visited us every day and we loved relaxing on the patio with coffee or wine and enjoying the pines and mountain breezes. Definite must for the whole family!

Everything is the way it is shown, or even better. We were going to stay closer to Sedona, but glad we didn't. Pine is so much better! We had 9 adults, 59 to 65 on motorcycles. It was a great location to get to; Grand Canyon, Jerome, Winslow, Cottonwood, and Scottsdale. Glowing Pines Lodge has great extras, everything in working condition, and it is a quality built home. Anissa was extremely helpful when I had an email confirmation issue. We will definitely rent it again in the future. Thanks!

The property was amazing, spacious and everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. The games room was awesome, theater room so perfect, hot tub swing, fire pit and the list goes on. It was such a relaxing and much needed vacation. Perfect spot. We definitely will be returning.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. There was plenty to do for everyone. We enjoyed the gameroom, the outdoor activities, the media room...we were able to hike near the cabin, enjoy and relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Anissa was very responsive to any questions we had. We are thankful for a great vacation.

This property was wonderful for a large group and each of us still had plenty of time alone without feeling crowded as there are three floors. There is relatively good sound proofing between the bottom floor where the theater is located and the other floors which is a benefit with young children. The home itself was awesome; it had plenty to do including the theater, outdoor activities, hot tub, ps4, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to regularly cook meals in for a large group. There are several restaurants in the area (hours can be odd) but Payson is close enough if looking for other options. The internet is slow, but we knew this prior to coming so it wasn't an issue. Our daughter loved watching the Elk and squirrels in the area; we also could hear the coyotes at night. We also enjoyed nearby hikes, geode hunting, a few antique stores nearby, and stopped at the lavender farm so even though the town of Pine is small, there's plenty to do. Normally we like the experience of staying at a new VRBO each time, but we enjoyed this rental so much we have already booked our second stay.

Our family had a great time at Glowing Pines. We hiked the Water Wheel Trail (30 min away) and Tonto Bridge (10-15 min away). We loved Old County Inn pizza and the empanadas at the Pie Bar. We also picked up dinner at That Brewery which was great. This home is fully stocked with all of your needs. We had everything we needed for our home cooked meals. There is plenty to do inside and out. We enjoyed movie nights, volleyball tournaments, and sitting on the patio watching the elk meander through the yard. Anissa was more than accommodating, very helpful and accessible at all times. I would highly recommend this home and the host! The home is immaculate and cozy. We brought our 2 yr old granddaughter and she did great. We blocked the patio stairs with the storage box and made sure the downstairs door was shut. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one is hands down one of the best. This is a vacation our family will never forget. 😃

This is the best rental we have had the pleasure of experiencing. We had plans to explore the surrounding areas, but cut some of them out simply to enjoy the property. Our kids (10, 7 and 4) never wanted to leave because they were blown away by the entertainment provided. We were more than pleased to spend our time in this picturesque, quiet property as well. The town of Pine is perfectly quaint and so close with incredible dining options, yet the cabin feels miles away. Our kids will never forget the countless elk slowly grazing throughout the town and neighborhood. The owner / managers were always a text away. Would not stay anywhere else in Az. Perfect stay for our our family.
