This is an amazing property with very attentive owners. We had 14 adults and 4 kids 3-6 yrs, representing 3 generations from 5 states meet for a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday. The house includes all we needed to cook and serve a great T-Day dinner. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the views of the mountains and sky was awesome, esp on a clear night. Great location to town and activities. We hope to get back soon.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. It could have handled more comfortably. The location was great with easy access into town yet we felt we were in the trees with a beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was beautifully stocked with everything we needed. We had all my husband’s siblings come in for the week, from New Zealand and Ireland, and the Rocky Mountains impressed the heck out of everyone. The location is perfect, even the ride to Buena Vista wasn’t bad. White water rafting Brown’s Canyon on the Arkansas was fabulous and a whole family outing with Breckenridge Stables was beautiful. We couldn’t have imagined the beauty at our fingertips from the balcony and beyond. I highly recommend Breckenridge and this beautiful home for a family vacation.

This house is perfect for large groups. We were a party of 14 people, and there was more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the area. The common areas, such as the living room and dining area, were also incredibly spacious, allowing us to gather together and create lasting memories. The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the large dining table accommodated all of us comfortably. The hot tub was an absolute highlight, especially after a day of hiking. We spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The convenience to downtown made it easy for a quick trip to the store. Our host Steve was very helpful and responsive.

The house is perfect for a family vacation or reunion. Plenty of space to fit a variety of needs. Convenient location. Lots to do with nice hiking trails close by. We would come back!

We had a total of 9 adults and 3 children staying at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room to spread out and the views were amazing. We even saw two moose near the house our first full day there. The house was perfect for our family. It is nice that the owner supplies shampoo, conditioner and body was in each of the bathrooms as well as hair dryers. The kitchen is very well stocked, although some potholders would have been helpful. However, this is probably the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen in a VRBO house. They have quality cookware which isn't always the case in vacation rental homes.The owner was very easy to work with and gave us some helpful tips about family oriented activities in the area. There was a wonderful children's museum in Breckenridge which was perfect for our two preschool grandsons. There are several nice playgrounds nearby and the local library has a very nice children's play area. We were able to have a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home.

Great House in a great location. Owners were great at communicating and house was ready ahead of schedule which is always nice. Plenty of space for the kids and adults to spread out after a day of skiing. Foosball table was a hit and provided a little extra entertainment at the end of the day. We will keep this on the short list for when we return to Breckenridge in the future!!

We had about 15 people for a large family spring break ski trip and this cabin did not disappoint. House is huge, clean, and gorgeous. The pictures really do not do it justice. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very open, communicative, and Friendly. Absolutely would stay again.

We had a large group but slept very comfortably across the many bedrooms and had plenty of space in the main living area. The neighborhood is quiet, with space between houses, yet still close enough to town and the mountain. Highly recommended.

The Highlands was the perfect retreat for our family of 13. The house is spacious and beautifully kept with more than enough room for all of us yet it felt cozy at the same time. The view from the open living was absolutely spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook a large Thanksgiving meal. The house feels secluded yet is only a 5 minute drive to town (and also a walkable distance). The hosts are gracious and responsive to any questions or needs. Our family of 13 picked this property as it was a perfect layout for us. There are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms to spread out for TV, games, or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The kitchen was amazing for our "cookie bakeoff". It is well stocked with appliances and even some spices. It was a very hot weekend and the back patio was a little too warm. We brought camp chairs with us and were able to set up in the large front driveway for a corn hole competition until it cooled off a little and we could go out back to the amazing views of the Breckenridge ski area. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had and very accommodating.

A group of family and friends stayed here for my wedding weekend. The house is spacious and everyone had their own bathroom which is a plus. There was plenty of seating for group meals. There are great views all around this location. Owners gave us plenty of tips about the area. There were games in the basement which we enjoyed! The house is a short drive to town, and we enjoyed hiking and whitewater rafting in the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay here again, everyone had a great time!

We could not have enjoyed our stay any more. Our group consisted of women in our late twenties coming together from all over the country for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for home cooking! The hot tub was a big plus and the location is literally a 5 min drive from Main Street. Hosts Traci and Steve were very responsive and communicative leading up to our trip. Don’t hesitate to book this property for your next vacation!

The house was so relaxing and it was a great place for us to hang between wedding activities. The hosts were so great to work with and we had most everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It is not too far off the main road making it easy to get around town. Overall an awesome place to be!

We booked this house for my older sisters bachelorette party that consisted of 10 women in their mid 30s. It was the PERFECT stay. The house was clean, so close to town, and had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful weekend filled with cooking, hot tubbing, and simply relaxing and being together. If I ever need a house again in Breck, this will be my first choice!

Cannot say enough nice things about this property. It had all the amenities, was very clean, was situated in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown Breckenridge , and offered a hot tub, foosball table and a multitude of other games for our enjoyment. Top that off with a beautiful view of the mountains and you just can’t do better than to rent this home!! We would love to come back again!!

We enjoyed the hot tub and hiking trails, but the deck was perfect for relaxing or watching for wildlife. We were not fortunate to see any wildlife during our stay and the road traffic got a little loud on Saturday night, but the overall stay was fantastic! Very comfortable beds for the 9 of us adults, plenty of bathrooms, comfy couches for napping. I highly recommend this home and its owners for your next get away!!

This property is absolutely incredible. We booked this for a bachelor party and both Eric and Traci could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The space itself housed all of us very comfortably and offered a great location in relation to the mountain (no more than a 5 -10 minute driver or uber to and from each of the public parking locations to get on the mountain). In addition to the location, the amenities were so incredibly comfortable, top notch and made our stay incredibly stress free and enjoyable. The view from the back porch is nothing you can really write about but have to see and enjoy for yourself. Would 100% recommend this property and hope to get back there soon!

This was a great vacation, in large part due to the property and its owners. The house exceeded our expectations, the views were amazing, check-in and check-out were easy, the owners were very friendly, and we had everything we needed and then some. This is a superior property.
