Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and the kids loved the community pool, tennis court, and basketball goal. The condo is well stocked with basic necessities. Each bathroom had a hair dryer. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for all. Definitely would stay again,

Updated and very clean condo on Lake Hamilton. Beautiful views and quiet area. Rooms are spacious. Perfect for a relaxing & quiet getaway in Hot Springs - close to restaurants, activities, and stores. Derrick was very responsive and friendly! Five Stars!!!

The condo was the right size for a family of 5. Amenities were practical (kitchen, pots & pans, oven, microwave, washer & dryer). Could have used a toaster . Location was great (not too far from the city yet peaceful lake vibe).

Great Mom-cation
We loved our stay! The condo was fully furnished and very clean. The view of the lake from the patio balcony was beautiful! And the beds and pillows were super comfortable- best sleep I've had in a long time! The owner, Derrick, was very responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Great little condo!
We loved this little condo! Exactly as presented online. Stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. We cooked most meals there. Unit was clean and beds were super comfy. Derrick was great and very prompt in responding to all our questions. Will definitely be back!

Great time
We had a great time! Clean and decor was great. Great communication with owner. Only drawback was lots of stairs to get to unit but was worth the view. Almost every morning, squirrel came to visit on deck. We will return
