Property was great just needed darker curtains in the bedroom...

The good things, value priced, great location, very nice pool area, and an easy walk into town. However the unit is very dated and needs additional attention when it comes to updates to furniture, bedding, towels, appliances, and general amenities. Also the unit is very cluttered for a one bedroom condo, this could be easily be remedied by removing some of the excess outdated furniture and random wall decorations. There also needs to be regular exterminating, understanding it in a very tropical island with bugs, there seems to be an excessive problem with roaches.

What a charming condo, very well stocked with everything you could need. Located right in the town of Cruz Bay, you can walk to everything. Took taxi's to several different beaches, we didn't need to rent a car. Very clean and views are gorgeous! The pool was refreshing and having laundry on site is a bonus.

We are so happy we stayed here in Lavender Hill and would do so again! Upon arrival we were picked up at the Cruz Bay ferry dock on St. John. The condo is only a short 5 minute walk up the hill, but it was nice not having to carry our luggage after a long day of travel. The condo has a wonderful view of the water and nearby islands. The balcony is spacious and offers privacy on both sides. The condo has two small coolers, beach chairs, towels, and plenty of books to read. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king bed, nice closet with hangers, and blackout shades if you like sleeping in. The bathroom/shower is good. The water pressure is a little weak, but water preservation is important on the island. The pool is nice to meet other guests or if you’re not feeling the beach that day. There is a washer/dryer on site near the pool too. There’s plenty of parking if you rent a car, but honestly the taxis are very easy to use, especially if you’re going to the north shore beaches. St. John is a very special island!
