This is one awesome property! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, views of the ocean, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property! The location was terrific; just across the street from Inch Beach and a very short walk to Sunset Park. Our only suggestion would be to have an outside dining table/chairs and a full-sized ironing board. A++++ property!

This property has everything you need for a great stay in KCB. Great location and the view from the balcony can't be beat.

A true vacation. We did nothing for a week. Rest and relaxation. The home had everything we needed. We stayed in mostly. I enjoyed the balcony, while my spouse enjoyed the pool & beach. Groceries stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with property manager and owner was quick. All questions were answered promptly. KCB is a lovely community off the beaten path from the tourists. Would like to come here again and again.

We had a wonderful time at Peace of Paradise in Key Colony Beach. We loved the quaintness and quietness of KCB, and the convenience of it being centrally located between Islamorada and Key West. What a beautiful area. We will be back to Peace of Paradise!

Smooth check in, great location, accurate listing.

First impression... Wow! I've rated the accuracy of the listing as a five, but in reality the photos do not do justice to this property. When you enter the house you realize that the photos you saw online look like the property you are standing in but everything is much larger and roomier than the photos make it appear which is a very nice surprise! This house was super comfortable and we enjoyed every aspect of it from the decor throughout to the prime location and the private pool. We will absolutely try to book this property for our future visits. We were aware of Key Colony Beach already but if you have never stayed there, you owe it to yourself to do so. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Perhaps the only thing we were missing was something we knew in advance and that is that this property does not have direct canal access. This would have been a bonus if we could have fished the canal direct from the property. But honestly there is nothing to complain about here... the owners clearly take pride in their Peace of Paradise and it shows. This was a top notch rental!

This was a great experience for our family and first time at Key Colony Beach. The location and proximity to Inch Beach and Sunset Park was great. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs and sand toys. Our Allegiant flights were mysteriously cancelled and we were required to drive 14 hours to visit, so it was great to have such a welcoming and restful place to stay. Thanks!

Excellent property- location, amenities including private pool! Definitely would rent again!

Loved everything about the condo. Laid out and stocked like a personal home which made it super welcoming. Lots of quality decor and furniture. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and plenty of starter items such as spices, coffee, oil, foil, baggies, etc. There were extra toiletries as well in case you needed some. Beds were super comfortable. Balcony was spacious with a great view. Pool was plenty large enough (3.5 ft deep but long) with a spacious area for lounging and a grill. Beach front access is a straight shot across the street and through a parking lot (maybe a football field in total distance from door to sand). Beach area is cleaned by the HOA community so very little sea grass. Sunset Beach is about 2 blocks down with a paved walking path the whole way. Overall, one of the better homes we have had the pleasure of renting. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board and free access to bicycles would have been even better. Key Colony Beach is very safe and relaxed and perfect for lazy days on the beach. Location is over an hour to Key West, about 20 minutes to most things in Marathon, and about 30-45 minutes to Islamorada.

We absolutely loved Piece of Paradise and are already planning a return trip because it truly is paradise! We rent a lot of VRBO homes and this is our new favorite. The house, pool, beach and location are just perfect! The home had everything you could possibly need and more. So beautiful and relaxing!

The location is fantastic. The unit had ever you will need. We had one very small hiccup at check in that was resolved in 15 minutes. I would recommend.

The location and property were great but having your pool to relax in really made for a fabulous getaway! Would highly recommend Piece of Paradise we had a fabulous time!

We loved the home; it was spacious, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture, and the location to the beach was perfect! The pool and front balcony were wonderful in the afternoons and evenings after Inch Beach.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was the perfect size for our family if 4. We went to Inch Beach almost every day and also swam lots in the pool. If I’m being super picky, I would only change a few things: furniture outside the master would have been nice, the pool didn’t get cleaned until near the end of our stay so it had lots of dirt and debris that we couldn’t clean with just the net, and lastly, the temperature in the master seemed to be about 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. The vents only let a small amount of air in so it would get a little toasty at night. The location across from the beach was awesome and we loved all that KCB had to offer. We will be keeping an eye out for a similar property to purchase!!

We really enjoyed this property in Key Colony Beach! The pool was a highlight, we were in it every day. There were some floats available for us to use, but we also brought some of our own. The plants around the pool were lovely and provided some privacy. The beach right across the street was another highlight. The first time we went, the ocean was really swimmable and the beach was pretty clean. By the end of our stay, the seaweed crept in, so it was significantly less swimmable and whoever is in charge of keeping the beach cleaned and raked let it go for a few days so it was full of seaweed and pretty smelly. This is just an FYI, nothing to do with the property itself. The location of the property was in the heart of the keys, so we loved being able to travel in either direction to go to an attraction. Publix was close by and several other establishments to get whatever we needed. We were able to get our groceries delivered to the house from Publix. We were able to order in pizza. We also cooked a lot and had everything we needed, which was great! We really enjoyed the vibe of Havana Jacks and Sparkys, two restaurants that were really close. We did have to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap towards the end of our trip. We also ran out of handsoap. So be prepared to purchase some of those essentials. Having the washer and dryer, cozy living space, deck of cards and other games were excellent! Communication with Katie was fantastic. We (mostly our kids) also really enjoyed having Alexa to play our favorite songs. We would definitely stay on this property again and highly recommend it!

The Peace of Paradise name is accurate. The place was wonderful. We started most of our days with breakfast on the balcony. There is a great view of the ocean from there. We ended most of our days in the pool. It's so nice to have a private pool. We were at the beach a few times. It is directly across the street. We also took in a sunset at Sunset beach which is a short walk. The location of the property is great too. We spent time in Key West and Islamorada. The location is very central to reaching the other Keys. Everything was clean and the decor is really nice too. I definitely recommend it.

Not only was this property gorgeous and in a wonderful location to access all of the attractions near Key Colony and the other Keys, but also fully stocked with items you don’t think about until you arrive. The beach view from the lanai was incredible and we enjoyed the pool as well. Would definitely reserve this home again!

Great house across from beach. Well stocked. Pool is longer than pictures showed and perfect for children as it is shallow. Pool heater works great. Wonderful place to stay.
