I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. I was visiting Anchorage to watch my son in an athletic competition. We had two adults in our party and the home was perfect for us (but certainly could have accommodated more people). The home was perfectly clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located for our activities. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Lynette was wonderful to work with. An ideal host!

The house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. The house was comfortable and setup with everything that we needed for a winter stay. Close to shops, and trails (XC skiing). We would happily stay again and would recommend it. Excellent communication throughout by the host.

This property is a great place to stay. I cannot say enough about it. My traveling campions and I were very comfortable in this beautiful townhouse. It was super clean. Owner was very obliging and the instructions for everything were well conveyed. It was conveniently located for us. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to Alaska. : )

We really appreciate the privilege of staying in Lynette's lovely townhouse. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and comfortably roomy for the three of us. Location is good, with quick access to major routes, a plus if interested in day trips to the mountains or towns like Seward and Whittier. Lynette is an excellent host and quick to answer questions. The little touches in the home - snacks, coffee, laundry soap - were very much appreciated. Her welcome book is thorough and an excellent resource. Can tell Lynette cares about her guests. A lovely spot to stay. Very clean and well organized. So much wildlife in the area, including Moose in the backyard.

Clean & well decorated. Tons of vehicles in the cul-de-sac location, which makes it look less than wonderful, but we had no issues with noise or anything odd; never felt remotely concerned. Saw a moose right by the road a stone's throw away from the house (and her calf back in the woods behind her). Just used this house as a base for exploring the area and everything we wanted to see ended up being south of Anchorage, so the south-side location was great (not that Anchorage is a huge city). We only had 3 folks total, so the one shower wasn't a problem. Happy with the house!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We returned because of the location, the cleanliness, the quiet and how accommodating the hosts are.

This clean, beautiful, well appointed duplex in a quiet cul-de-sac was perfect for us all. It’s centrally located - 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the mountains, 5 minutes to the store. The high chair, pack-n-play and stroller were perfect for the 1 yr old. Great hostess too, with easy check in and out.

Lynette was truly like a friend of the family and made it feel like home away from home. I have business in Alaska and travel there multiple times a year and will definitely check availability with this home for future stays. Immaculate!

Wonderful stay. Close to shopping and easy access. Even had a high chair, snacks and books for when my grand baby came to visit. Beautifully decorated and had everything you would need.

From beginning to end, this home is an ideal location. It is in a nice community. The lock is secure, and we never felt unsafe. Immaculately clean, and I don’t say this lightly. Well supplied with items that I hadn’t brought along, like a hair dryer & sewing kit. The owner’s guidance was very helpful for activity planning. Behind the back fence, a moose meandered by one day! 100% enthusiastic review! Thank you Lynette for a wonderful stay!

We traveled from Southeast Alaska to compete in state for gymnastics! This stay was perfect. House was clean, quiet and fit us all well! Would recommend this house. Definitely staying there again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family on our trip to Anchorage during the winter. It was 15 minutes away from downtown Anchorage with a direct drive on the Seward Highway. Many restaurants were available within five minutes of the house and it was so quiet in the small cul-de-sac that it’s located in. The beds were soft and comfortable end the house had all the amenities you could ever need. The hosts were amazing and were attentive to any needs. This is a duplex rental and I was concerned that my children might be too loud or we might hear the neighbors. The soundproofing between the two buildings is amazing and we never knew that they were there. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

This home was exactly as advertised (if not better). Very clean, incredibly comfortable beds, in-house laundry, and a well supplied kitchen. Also had a nice yard, but we didn't have much chance to use it due to the weather. The location was convenient both to the airport and to the main parts of Anchorage. We will definitely look to rent again the next time we go to Anchorage.

There were no exterior pictures of this property... for a reason. The little cul-de-sac of nine homes had no less than 45 vehicles (motor homes, trailers, vans, trucks and cars) parked along the driveways and road. HOWEVER, once we entered this home it was nothing but a beautiful experience. The properly was well appointed and VERY CLEAN. The home is small, but it has been recently updated and the space is used very well. All in all, this little spot filled our last minute rental needs to a tee. Couldn't have been more pleased.
