Been visiting Fripp since 1980. This trip was chaperoning a group of young college men. The house turned out to be great for our stay. Cold AC, great tv with big couch, stocked kitchen, 3 full baths, king in the master. The outdoor storage room is full of beach equipment. The coffee bar was the biggest surprise with fully stocked Keurig and coffee maker. If you do not need amenity cards, this is a great option for a great value.

This property met all of our needs. There were lots of supplies available and more. The home is lovely and well maintained. Communication was excellent. We will definitely come back! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with our family of 10.

We had a great time. Owner is very responsive and helpful. The house was just as described. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Bathrooms are updated and modern. We love this area of Fripp. Quiet and tucked away in the woods. We used our bikes to travel the island, but most use golf carts.

Great beach trip. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We appreciated having coffee available and plenty of essentials available to last us the week (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc) which many other rentals don’t include! Nicely updated master bathroom with awesome shower. The upstairs was a great space for our kids to hang out with an extra tv and video games. Enjoyed being able to walk to the pool. I would recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy Fripp to the fullest and make getting around the island and different beach access points easier. Beautiful island. Thank you!

I’ve been told I need to leave a review to see what the homeowner said about me I rented this place it was fairly decent fairly clean decent price had a good time at the end is accused of ruining her bench never asked about it just accuse I have all the screenshots of a crazy conversation to back up what I’m stating so pier I am leaving a review again I didn’t ruler bench I was never asked what happened it got wet water only I just accused and disparaged and insulted and I have every screenshot back this up here’s my review just beware mask for the screenshots I’ll gladly provide them kind of scary actually

We had the BEST time staying at this property! We had access to the pool which was AMAZING! We also had a pass to Hunting Island which never disappoints and the house was so comfortable for our family of 8 had plenty of room, several of games for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen, and extremely clean! We rented a golf cart to get to the beach which was beautiful, saw several deer, and even baby turtles hatching! Again AMAZING! Lon the owner was extremely helpful and texted me to see if everything was ok. He is AMAZING to work with! We will definitely rent from him again!

Reasonably priced in Fripp area. Has everything you need, great location. Has solitude and the private pool was enjoyed.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. We even got out on the screened in porch in the evening and enjoyed the night air. The host was always available and answered all my questions no matter how small they were. I would definitely stay here again if I were ever in the area.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property! Spacious, clean and beautiful! The pictures really doesn’t do the home justice! The showers and jacuzzi tub was wonderful, big hit with my family was the pass to Hunting Island park! The owner was one of the best I have rented a vacation home with! Lon is very informative and responsive! He helped make our first stay on Fripp Island a great one! Would highly recommend to others and would definitely love to rent again in the future! Very easy check in process. The homeowner was very responsive with all requests or questions. We would definitely stay there again On negative comment……we have never paid for parking/gate pass or any of our stays in the past years

Always a great time at Fripp! We rented this home for our employees to have a working vacation and was pleased with the ease of booking as well as communication. Would book again.

The property was overall amazing. Every bedroom was comfortable & everyone had space to spread out. The games were a major plus because we all are a bit competitive. The kitchen was magnificent & efficient. Lon was very accommodating when I was running late checking in & when the rest of my family came in the next morning.

The house was well equipped, very comfortable, and centrally located.

We loved our stay there! If our family isn’t too large next year, we would like to rent this house again next year.

Conveniently located one house over from the pool and a quick bike ride to the beach. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend doing this- because it's the fun to explore the island and it made it easy to take beach stuff with us and park at the numerous golf cart only parking only at the numerous beach access points around the island. They provide several beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards which we enjoyed. Our kids 9 and 7 loved playing with the glider planes they had too. Lon was quick to respond to all our questions and great to work with. The house was clean and had coffee and all the essentials for with it along with condiments in the fridge. Definitely stop at the grocery on the way in per the host recommendation. What a great value and experience at this lovely house. Highly recommend!

Our family was so extremely pleased with this property. It was exactly as promised in the property description. This property is perfect for family gatherings. Both porches are large and one is screened. The host was wonderful! We will be back!

Wonderful home, plenty of sleeping areas and room. House is quite and clean, Lon was a super host very informative and response quickly. Kitchen had all of the dishes you would need. We look forward to returning in 2022!

This was our first time at Fripp Island & we will definitely be back! We enjoyed the location of the house & saw deer & raccoons in the backyard almost every day! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & having NetFlix & other things to stream TV/movies was nice as well. We rented a golf cart & loved cruising around the island. The house doesn’t have an amenity card & there’s no other way to get one But you can go to a couple of convenience stores on the island, but they are very expensive. I suggest going to Walmart or Food Lion before you get to the island & stocking up. If you do, you won’t miss the restaurants & such. The pool was great & rarely had anyone in it. Overall, we had a great time! We definitely enjoyed the trip/house & would love to visit again!

We rented this house with our favorite family of friends for the long weekend. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend together. We really appreciated the upstairs bedroom for the kids. The short walk to the pool was fantastic too!

First time visiting Fripp Island and it was amazing. The house exceeded all of our expectations. We travelled with family, which included two older children and one toddler. The house was perfect and all of our needs were met. Very clean and well stocked with anything we may have needed in the kitchen. The owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Renting a golf cart is tricky, make sure you call/book way in advance during summer months. A golf cart will make your stay much easier to get around the island. Also, if you want to see the lighthouse, you'll need to call in advance because its reservations only. The owner has the pass for you to climb it for free for 4 people! We can't wait to visit again and we know we will stay at this location in the future. Thank you!

My family has been visiting Fripp for years now and this house has been my favorite. It had everything we needed and more. Plenty of kitchen items, beach accesories, extra blankets, etc. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Part of me doesn't want to give it a rave review so we don't have to compete with others to book it ;) We hope to be back!

This was my second time staying at this house, and we loved it once again. The island is really laid back and relaxing. It truly feels like a vacation. The house was perfect for what we needed and Lon was quick to respond to any of our needs. The only thing I would recommend to visitors is to bring a tarp or car cover. You will be parking under a few pine trees so you will get sap on your car (not fun to clean off haha). However, I would recommend this house to anyone intrested.

This was such a great house! We had 6 adults and it was a perfect size! Would also work well if you had kids in tow though! It was just a short golf cart ride to the beach (no cart included but easy to rent on the island). Loved that the kitchen and dining areas were open to the living room so everyone was able to hang out while dinner was being prepared. The large screened in porch was great for sitting outside during a rainstorm and enjoying the view. Would definitely rent this place again!

Easy check in and out. Good communication with property owner . Property had a lot of conveniences needed away from home . The pool pass, and hunting island access was very nice addition . Would rent again . Raccoons in trash was a detractor but that could not be controlled with the type of trash cans on property .
