This condo was so very nice! It has beautiful, plush furnishings, comfy beds, large bathrooms, a great kitchen, and my personal favorite, a LARGE back porch with a swing, tables and chairs, and a peaceful view of the lake. We were pleased with every aspect of this home and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay here.

I really terrific property in a quiet Cove off of the big lake in town. It takes a little bit to get to hang of the roads in the area, it’s very secluded, but also very well-maintained with good lighting and good street signs. The host was very generous And prompt when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the unit, I won’t mention their names, but next time, sweetheart, read the information that states do not lock the door knob hehe, great time great day thank you, Zac

Nice condo and pictures 100% accurate. We had building to ourselves so it was super quiet. Property has tons of amenities. Communication with owners was great! Mattresses were pretty soft to us but may be preferred for some!!

The condo is beautiful, clean, well stocked kitchen. Second time we stayed at this condo. Love it! Close to boat ramp.

Great cabin @ Lake Ouachita. This property had a great view and location. Felt like a home away from home. We will be coming back again and recommend this unit to anyone wishing to stay on the lake.

The place was perfect. Quiet relaxing beautiful clean. Lake was spectacular.

First thing we noticed was how updated and nice the condo was. The view is great and the deck was safe for my two little ones which was really nice! Definitely our favorite condo we have stayed in at mountain Harbor so far. And we have been coming to the resort for many years!

The pictures got our attention. Staying there makes us want to return. We loved the condo from the moment we walked in. Clean, fresh, plenty of room. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bath shower was even tall enough for someone 6' 1" to easily shower. There are floor fans if you're like us and want the white noise for sleeping. The deck was my favorite spot. Sitting on the swing with my coffee each morning was so peaceful. Especially when the deer came to visit. And the condo is on a dead-end street so no traffic. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo or Zac. He handled the one issue that came up quickly. We didn't want to leave! My one suggestion would be a ledge or bench in the showers for shaving legs since there is no tub. Two things to keep in mind: Bring bug spray because there are biting flies to deal with if you visit any of the islands. Also, side-by-sides are popular and some drivers think if they are on the road, they own the road.

This property was every other said and more. They had every Ty you need to cook and prepare your at home meals. Just like at home. The layout was perfect. They have deer every evening and morning that would come out behind the back deck. Amazing lake to kayak on. One of our best vacations so far. We’ll be back!

This property was just what we needed. Super clean, comfortable beds, an absolute wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in quite a few places, but this place was beyond expectations! Came supplied with much more than a typical rental - dawn, hand soaps, tide and laundry essentials, trash bags, etc. I don’t know about y’all, but we typically have to bring our own supplies like that beyond the one or two that is usually supplied. Do not hesitate to choose this rental!

Great condo in one of the best locations in Mountain Harbor! Very nicely updated and well stocked and sooo comfortable. We enjoyed the large deck with the great lake view! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo to rent for your family!

It’s obvious the owner takes pride in keeping his property in top notch shape. He was quickly responsive to a question I had. We enjoyed traveling in to Hot Springs to explore the city and Bathhouse Row. The community of Mountain Harbor has a nice restaurant and marina. We would have gone horseback riding since it’s just 5 mins away, but it was raining. Save that for next time.

We very much enjoyed the --Condo On The Lake. The home was very clean and darn good looking inside. The furniture is of quality and everything works. The owner has great taste. I was easily occupied by just inspecting the entire Mountain Harbor complex (the buildings are well maintained and the road system is first class, the marina is huge). I will return---if possible.
