Really a nice spot about 25 mins south of the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The condo was kept really nice and the MBR bed was super comfortable (which is always a plus). The condo was well stocked with just about everything you need if you want to cook. If you don’t they are a couple of places within walking distance. The pool was perfect for our clam and the beach was great because it it private. Really nice stay!

The actual condo that we stayed in was wonderful. It was clean and well furnished. Everything we could possiblle need was stocked. The location was great, near the pier and refuge. We were very pleased and would stay there again. The property itself seemed to be going through some renovation, painting. Windows, balconies could use some cleaning or updating. We did not use the pools but they appeared to be very nice. We were confused about getting to the elevators the first time but there was someone there to help us. After that it was easy to get around. The door going from the garage to the elevator was never locked. It didn't seem to latch correctly. I would suggest that you put some sort of tables on the balcomy. If you are sitting on the balcony there is nothing to put your drinks on,

This property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and the property owner was very responsive and friendly. We especially enjoyed the property book describing places to go and visit in the area and all of the suggestions we visited were excellent. If you want an excellent place to stay with private beach access and great amenities consider this one, you won’t be disappointed. 🏖️

This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Great layout and extremely comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Information provided prior to our arrival was detailed and very helpful. Would love to stay here again if we we ever come back to the area.

I have 2 kids station in the area and couldn't come home for Thanksgiving so my wife and I went to them. The weather was not great during that week but the condo was nice and cozy. It got everything we needed. The bonus for me was it was next to a state park.

Condo has good views of ocean and bay from balcony but no sun at this time of year (end of October). Well equipped with everything you may need. The building needs some maintenance but condo itself was excellent. Owners were very easy to communicate with. You do have to drive to everything but that's a easy compromise as it's a lovely place to stay if you want a quiet, restful beach vacation away from the tourist area of Virginia Beach.

I think the master bath needs handicap bars. Kind of scary with no grab bars in shower for older folks like myself. Dishwasher is quite noisy. All the batteries in the remotes need replacing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great weather from Monday to Friday morning when Tropical Storm Ophelia changed things up! Still had a great time and children got to see “big waves”! Well stocked condo except you might want to add more toilet paper or tell guests to bring a supply. Very nice condo with good views. We had a wonderful time with family and owners were very helpful. They even gave us some leeway on check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. The view of the ocean and the bay is better than the photos online. The parking space is so close to the beach. We just stored all of our beach chairs etc in our vehicle each night, so we didn't have to keep bringing it up and down. The pool swim up bar was a lot of fun! Highly recommend staying here! Beach is so clean and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay clean and right on beach. Rooms are spacious and large closets were nice. Kitchen had everything you needed plus more. Parking garage is a little tight if you have large vehicles. Brad & Michelle we’re easy to communicate with.

Clean and well equipped condo, very convenient to Sandbridge beach. Great for a quiet and relaxing beach trip. A little bit removed from groceries and restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive), but significantly less crowded than busy Virginia Beach. Owners accessible and responsive for on site questions. A nice little beach vacation!!

The unit was very clean, well equipped and stocked with many extra supplies. The owner’s timely response to our questions about the unit and the complex were greatly appreciated. The condo living area is spacious with a nice balcony. Although you can see both the ocean and the bay from the balcony railing the view looking straight ahead is the other condo building. The complex is fairly large and as a result is very busy during the day but it is extremely quiet at night. The pools close a little early (7:00 pm) and the pool for our building was closed entirely for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. I was disappointed that there was no ground storage unit for our beach equipment. I didn’t want to have to put it back in the car every night and I definitely didn’t want to bring it inside the condo so we were able to find a location in the parking garage to leave it overnighted. This appeared to be the option other guest had employed as well. I was a little uneasy about leaving it unsecured but we had no problems. I felt the owner’s went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience and everyone in my family enjoyed their stay.

The condo was beautiful and having the pools and grills as well as being right next to the beach was fantastic.

We loved the Condo it was very clean and decor was just what one would expect in a vacation home, just lovely. We loved our drinks on the lanai, and the pool with ocean view was magnificent! The only issue we had was finding the condo number when we got off the elevator, it is not very well marked. The location right by the elevator was very convenient. All in all a wonderful vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this bright and cheery beach condo. It was located perfectly to the beach. Instructions for access were clearly outlined. It was very nicely appointed and very clean!

Our multi - generational family enjoyed this condo. The large beach was a short walk from the parking garage and the waves are big. We regularly saw dolphins from the condo porch. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. When we needed to contact the owners they were very responsive both before and during our stay. There is an onsite mexican restaurant that we visited several times. It was very convenient considering Sandbridge does not have many restaurants in the off season. We would stay here again.

We had a very positive first experience. The property was beautiful and location was great. Great attention to details: well equipped kitchen with all the amenities, great floor plan for vacationing with a toddler, her parents and grandparents.

We were in Virginia to celebrate Easter with our daughters who attend college nearby. We had a wonderful family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was spacious with ample room for everyone.

This is a beautiful condo that offers all the extra you need! They furnish everything from cooking spray to spices to hand soap in the bathrooms. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the cleanest- spotless! Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves! Definitely recommend this condo and this area if you’re planning to visit Virginia Beach.

We all felt the property was very well stocked and attractive. Numerous amenities. The ocean view was wonderful. This condo’s location was great for a group of senior women-very easy access to parking , the elevator and the beach. It was great to find that two restaurants were within walking distance. We would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very clean, close parking and elevator, easy beach access, gym, multiple swimming pools, well outfitted kitchen, laundry with detergent, movie selection, and many more benefits. My only suggestions would be a mirror, clock, and trash can in the bedrooms. Also, curtains to keep the outside light out. Overall, very satisfied. Thanks for helping make our vacation an enjoyable experience.

Loved our stay at Brad and Michelle’s condo. We were close to the beach and 2 pools. The condo was equipped with everything you would ever need, including laundry detergent and garbage bags. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The only issue we had was initially finding the condo without having a map. Once we found it, our experience at this location was wonderful.
