Many, many thanks for such a fantastic stay! The cottage was casual , comfy, and super clean with so many extras! Each sunset, we walked down to the water's edge and enjoyed the beautiful view with many friendly and welcoming neighbors. The cottage was centrally located with the beach very close by, as well. We were able to do lots of exploring the area. I definitely plan on staying here again! Thank you for taking such good care of us and for going above and beyond! Oh! The hot tub was divine :)

We enjoyed our stay at Dunn Dreamin’. Great location near the center of the Outer Banks; easy drive to area attractions. Home was clean and nicely furnished; loved the comfortable decks.

We loved the house and location. The playground and hot tub were a hit, house was clean and beds were comfy.

We started a New Years Eve tradition at Dunn Dreamin and it didn’t disappoint. The house is obviously well cared for by owners and it was evident that a lot of pride is taken in the amenities provided. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor shower, and fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and just a block or two from sound side. We will be rebooking this house for next year if the guest list allows. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We enjoyed our stay, a very nice place with lots of amenities, comfortable and welcoming. the sound is walking distance from the house. Very close to restaurants stores and the beach.

The property was clean and well appointed. Everything was exactly as advertised and the check in process was very easy. The home was in a nice “walkable” neighborhood and was close to Jockey’s Ridge beach access (sound side) which was nice and convenient.

The place has everything! We brought bored games, just to realize that they were included! Towels in every room. Even towels just for the hot tub. You never run out of thing to do in the house or in the area. Just a blast all around

We had a great visit! Everything was perfect! The pirate ship play set was a great addition!! Our granddaughters loved it! The house and amenities were great! All the little extras hair dryer, fans, kitchen utensils, smart TVs, laundry soap etc were wonderful too! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!! Thanks so much!!!

This property was very clean! Well stocked. Close to beach and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The sound side provided beautiful sunsets. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was the first vacation that we had taken with our whole family since our children were younger. All 3 children are married and have started families of their own. We had my wife,myself, son, daughters and their spouses along with their children and 1 on the way. We had a great time and enjoyed our accommodations. The home was well appointed and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the Outer Banks. A hot tubs was added since our trip was booked. Everyone enjoyed the pleasant surprise when we arrived.

My husband and I planned this trip to enjoy our 1st wedding anniversary. Upon Arriving to the house, we noticed the outside provided a entertainment area with a Tv and a jacuzzi. Which my daughter enjoyed the Hot tube and watching her favorite cartoon. The house was very neat and clean. Linen and towels was provided, which was a plus. Pictures of the house on the Vrbo website matched our house for the week. The Sound side of the OBX was a 5min walk. My family enjoyed walking down and watching the water. There was one issue with internet and the cable. However, the Owner reached out to us and we were able to clear the situation up. My family really enjoyed their time and we would love to rent this property again.

Great space! It fit our needs perfectly. Only very minor issues, which would not keep me from staying again. I felt like the carpet areas could be vacuumed a little better, and the sheets had a ton of lint on them (at least in the master bedroom). Again everything was very minor and I didn’t feel the need to contact anyone over it. I did send an email with a question, which I never received an answer from, however it was a holiday week so I’m sure it was just an oversight and we were able to sort it out on our own so it wasn’t a big deal. But everything was very nice and in great condition. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again.

We weren't able to stay at location and had to leave due to kids and adults being attacked by bed bugs. I requested only a partial refund for not being able to stay at the location due to bed bug incident from their property, but honestly we lost a lot of items due to the incident. The kids and adults included were completely horrified.

We had a great stay at Dunn Dreamin’. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for our family group (kids, young adults, middle aged). Communication with owner was easy and fast. We plan to make this at least an annual trip and stay here each time.

Property was very clean with some things already furnished that you would find in your own home.

The house was beautiful and clean and well equipped with anything you'd need to cook a meal. It was close to beaches and many other things. Was very happy with everything and would highly recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful spacious place. perfect for a group of friends or even family.

What more can I say?

Overall, we had a great time in Nags Head, NC. Great location. The only negative comments about our stay at "Property ID 9246722 - 'dunn Dreamin' Home" rental is the property owners or the cleaning service could have done a much better job of cleaning the house before our arrival. Although it appears the property owners made several very nice updates to the inside of the home since we booked the rental back in February, the sofa (which did NOT appear to have been updated along with the rest of the living room furniture) was somewhat dusty. The kitchen countertops and cabinet doors had food stains on them; the window sills were very dirty with black dust, they could have sweeped & removed the debree from the patio below the house so we could sit outside and have a BBQ, the washing machine & dryer, refrigerator/ freezer were also very dirty with built-up grime, etc. I had to clean as soon as I got there. I'm glad we decided to bring our bed sheets from home! Then, to top it off, we saw a roach walk across the counter on the last nite we were there so we had to throw everything out of the refrigerator & freezer, including ALL non-perishable items... very disturbing. I hope they did a much better job of cleaning after we left for the next group of renters; esp. b/c we paid to have the house thoroughly cleaner after we left.

Only fault was dirty dishes in cupboard. Had to rewash all plates.

Everyone enjoyed their stay at this beach house. The amenities were top-notch! Lots of space, super clean, keyless entry, WiFi and plenty of Netflix and Chill after a fun day in the sun at the beach.

If you need to reach out text the number. I was sending emails since I walked through the door and did not get a reply until I started texting. Other than this, everything was perfect. The house was SUPER Clean which is something my friends and I look at closely because we have had some experiences. Beds are comfy but there are no extra sheets. I’m pretty sure I would not have had to wash mine if I would have texted from the beginning but it worked out. Management was ready to be on the way to get them but my husband washed ours without telling me while I stepped out to the store. Bring some detergent for just incase. You also want to bring a light jacket. It gets chilly at night.
