We chose this property for our last minute midweek getaway with our dog.
It was a clean, nicely maintained and appointed studio as described in the listing. We were very comfortable and would definitely return in the future.

Just what me and my husband was looking for a 2 night stay for my 40th class reunion. Reasonable price. Very quiet and park at the door😄. It was walking distance to the place for the reunion, restaurants and night clubs. The strip along the coast was awesome!! We'll be back again on day.😊

We had a chance to visit Bay St. Louis for a few days over spring break. We found this darling rental and and rented based on previous reviews about the proximity to the water and great restaurants. It was exactly as described. We parked the car and spent the whole time on foot which was amazing! The room was decorated in beautiful beach colors and very clean. Perfect for two people. We really enjoyed our time there and will rent this unit again given the opportunity.

This place is right in the middle of where it’s happening! We were able to dine and shop all day while making pit stops to unload purchases and reload beverages. Extremely cute and comfortable space we will be visiting again—with our dogs next time!

We had a great time. The unit we stayed in was so close to everything. Restaurants, coffee, beach, shops. The cutest town ever.
Bed was super comfy. We loved having the fenced in backyard for our puppy to run around.

My wife and I stayed here for a fun getaway weekend. Perfect location convenient to everything you want to do in BSL. And, the accommodations were just what we needed. Loved the fact that we parked right outside of our door as well. We were there only 2 weeks ago and have already booked another weekend stay in December.

We enjoyed the Martin Cottage for our weekend getaway. The location is absolutely perfect to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We loved our breakfast at The Buttercup right next door. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our weekend here tremendously! Perfect walking distance to everything yet nestled away enough that it’s quiet at night. Clean and plenty enough room for the two of us. Would definitely come back.

Martin house is tiny but very accommodating. The only problem was there is a parking lot next door and it’s lit up all night with the light coming through one of doors. We had to put a dark towel up to get it darker 😁

The cottage in Bay St. Louis was exactly what we needed for our anniversary. Convenient easy walk to restaurants stores and entertainment. We were very pleased with our accommodations it was super clean

We had a very pleasant stay at the Martin House. It is located in the heart of old town and accessible to everything by walking. The only drawback is that it backs up to a couple of businesses and can be kind of loud until around 10pm. Also, the trash service woke us up one morning around 330am. We were easily able to overlook these things as the price was very fair.

Property was perfect location for exploring BSL as it was close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Property was clean and inviting with just enough for the 2 of us. Bathroom was very small but manageable. Things did get a little noisy at time with proximity to businesses next door but better than marina area where we've stayed before with music and cars until after midnight.

We had a lovely laid back 48th anniversary stay at the Martin House. It is within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants!
