Perfect spot, convenient to town and beaches!

This is a very nice condo, new, with all the upgrades expected in a new property. The interior was immaculate and there was also an outside grill, Alexa with unlimited music, and even a roof deck with a view of the ocean. I highly recommend this location.

Clean, lovely, 3-story condo with wonderul rooftop deck. It's outside the hustle and bustle of downtown and yet within walking and biking distance to everything.

We stay in PTown every summer and this stay was truly a highlight. The property was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The house is beautiful and the multiple decks were lovely. The home is a quick bike ride or walk to Herring Cove and Commercial Street. We'll be back.

Hatch to access rooftop deck was broken and thus bolted shut - we weren’t informed in advance. Had to try contacting management company via email, text, and finally via phone the next day during business hours. Were told that they were trying to get someone out there. They offered a small refund, but still didn’t help our disappointment. Would have been better to be informed before our checkin and not struggle to try to figure out the broken and bolted hatch.

The property was nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. After arrival we went to the roof deck and opened the hatch, at which time a note fell out saying that it was broken and do not use. We weren’t able to shut the door, called and asked someone to please come secure the door. I asked why I was not told at the time of booking that the rooftop deck was unavailable. I would not have booked this had I been told of the rooftop restriction whereas that is why I booked this particular property. I stated this to the person whom I called and they said they would reach out to me after our trip ended. During our stay we could not use the AC in the master bedroom. It was quite warm and you could not put the AC below 70. It would automatically switch to heat. I called Delmar after we arrived home to ask about the rooftop deck and AC. They promised to reach out to me. They never did so I emailed them. They offered me a $200 credit which was not acceptable. I sent another email and asked for a response which I never received until after I contacted my credit card company. The property is very lovely but should have the advertised amenities. The rooftop deck was the deciding factor for our family to choose this property in the first place. I think it’s unacceptable to inform someone that due to a non repair they will not have access to a place that is the main photo that advertises this particular unit. I also found it a bit ridiculous that each person was provided one bath towel.

Perfectly outfitted house for a holiday away! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, but more so, the cozy living room right off the kitchen/dining room. 4 stayed in the house and 2 guests were over for dinner. All 6 of us (adults) easily fit at the dining room table and on the super, comfy couch with the gas-lit fire place for a holiday movie. : ) In terms of location, we could walk a few mins to the breakwater (jetty) and, in the other direction, to Victor's restaurant. A few more mins walking and we were in town! We very much appreciated the Del Mar team. They texted soon after we checked in and responded to us right away. And what I found most helpful was the night before check-out they texted the basic check-out instructions / time so that I didn't have to search around in my inbox!! Sounds little, but was appreciated!! Thanks for a great stay!!

The photos are true to the offering and was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped and location minutes from town. A nice quiet end unit space that you'd want to live in year round!
