Had a great Christmas with the family. Had everything we needed.

This was the perfect stay for a couple nights before we took our cruise. Short walk to the beach was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

This was my second stay here and Pat was so much help and so accomadating I can't say enough good things about her! Place is so cozy, clean and well stocked just like last time! Thank you again Pat for making a stressful last minute stay making Mom and I both feel much better!!

The condo was very nice and well taken care of. We were hoping to be a little closer to the beach but overall the walk wasn’t too bad. I did like the fact that there were items from the condo to use while at the beach. We got to see a launch which made the trip even more exciting!

From the moment we walked in the condo was beautiful! Very clean and we LOVED it.. We were close enough to the beach that we were able to walk and very convenient to restaurants and the cruise port. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the beach. The rental was clean and everything we needed was provided. An extra plus was the chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards..we didn't have to bring as much from home in that regard. The rental was very quiet, we didn't hear anyone around us. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was good to have if needed. All in all, a great stay. Pat was a great host and we would definitely rent this again!

This place was perfect for a weekend stay. We had family visit during the day and it was perfect for that.

My husband and I stayed here for a child free weekend getaway. The location is amazing. Very close to restaurants and activities. The condo was extremely clean, and much roomier than I expected. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Walking to the beach took maybe 5 minutes. The area of the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. The check-in process was beyond easy, and the owner provided everything we needed for the beach. I have nothing negative to say-it was just a great little place. We will be coming back when we have a chance!

I was a bit disappointed because I thought this condo was ON the water when, in fact, it's about a block away. HOWEVER, that said, it was still a VERY clean, quaint and quiet place to stay and Patricia went above and beyond. She answered all my questions promptly and went out of her way to meet all our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet and not too far from a lot of different places to shop and eat. If you're wanting to be ON the water or at least have a view of it this isn't the place for you but if you want a quiet, clean, cozy place with a great person to deal with and a short walk to the beach this is definitely the place to stay!!

We had just a little more than a day (2 nights) to enjoy the Atlantic beach before a conference in Orlando. I am so glad I chose this wonderful apartment on the basis of reviews, pictures and location to the beach. The apartment was so cheery, well appointed, and clean. As promised, we were a 3 minute walk to a very nice beach. The host informed us of a launch on the day we were there. She recommended taking the provided beach chairs to the beach to watch. We did...a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us landlocked Kansans. The whole complex is quiet and neat. Outdoor chairs and covered patio available to enjoy the wondeful weather. Access to restaurants and other local attractions were very easy...many walkable if you have time and inclination. Highly recommend the Kennedy Space Center for a day activity. Less than 30 minutes away

We had a marvelous time and made many sweet memories here. It was very close to the beach, clean, filled with essentials (cooking tools, pots, pan, towels, beach chairs, and more!), and overall a great place to stay. Thanks again for everything, Pat!

Was a nice and cozy house for our 2-day stay. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Also close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo was very clean and in great condition. It is a super short walk to the beach - a block and a half. Everything was exactly as advertised - a nice, quiet, clean condo near the beach - nothing fancy which works perfectly for us. We enjoyed the common space outside too - we used the grill one night and ate several meals at the outside common area furniture. Also - TV worked well, we watched lots of Basketball since it was the ACC tournament. Great little spot. Thank you!!!

We stayed at this property and were very comfortable. The location was good as we were going out of Port Canaveral on a cruise. The unit was very clean and a block from the beach. One negative is that the couch had an odor, we suspected that someone had sat on it wearing a wet bathing suit maybe.

We had a relaxing and comfortable 3 day stay here. I loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella and toys for us to use, except that the weather wasn’t cooperative and we ended up spending two days at Kennedy Space Centre instead of the beach. Location was great for that if you have a car. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans if you want to eat in, but also great restaurants in the area. Coin-operated washer and dryer was convenient and property was quiet, clean and well-kept. Great place to stay!

Pat’s place was the perfect spot for our trip to Kennedy Space Center. The beach was a quick walk and our granddaughter loved the boogie boards that were provided! The kitchen was well stocked and the place was nicely decorated and just felt comfortable. Simply wonderful!

Property was exactly as described at time of reservation. Property was clean and nice. It was located in a quiet neighborhood within an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. There was great communication with the owners. I highly recommend this property if you are going to Cocoa Beach.

Pat was very responsive when I sent her messages with questions. Home was very clean and set up nicely. We have a few kids and the location to the beach was close. They could walk it with no issues. Toys for the kids to use was a blessing. Made it so easy for packing. We would definitely use them again.

Renting the property was easy. No hassle, no fuss.
