The unit is very spacious - we were 6 adults and had lots of room! Enough furniture in both the upper and lower living rooms for all to hang together - which you don't always find. Furnishings and linens are all updated and comfortable, including beds. Kitchen very well stocked, we cook all the time and good variety of new pots/pans/mixing bowls, and silverware. Although not ski on/off it is just a few minutes to get to the trails and our crew came back for lunch each day! Nice chairs on deck which were enjoyed on sunny afternoons. Loved the fact that the fireplace was wood burning and not gas! Communication with Bretton Woods Vacation Rentals was amazing - prompt responses.

Everything worked for us with the exception that the air quality of the rooms was poor. We made every effort to air out the place but it required me to overdo my antihistamine dosages. The other younger guests were not as affected by this. Plus, I was overwhelmed at the extra carges!

The property was large enough for 3 families and it was stocked with everything we could need! Very clean and well maintained. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and the process was seamless. We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay with family, Bedrooms are large, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, large gathering area was perfect. Location is central to Santa's Village (a must do!) Clark's Bears and many hiking locations.

We arrived late at late and we were thrilled to see that the beds were made! Getting into the house was easy. The physical address does not show up on the GPS but then we remembered the wonderful welcome book you emailed us. The details of how to get there were all in there. The sleeping accomodations were wonderful. Nice cozy beds with great pillows. Everything is updated except for the two upstairs bathrooms which were in decent condition. The house is well equipped with what you need including noisemakers and night lights. There are two master suits on the top floor and two additional bedrooms in the basement area. The house comes with lots of towels. All in all we really enjoyed staying here!

These comments are from a frequent home renter so I have a lot of context for VRBO and other property rentals. This was a great vacation. However, there were a few things that could use improvement to make me want to return to this unit. Our family rented this unit as a getaway during the pandemic. The unit was lovely with the exception of the bathrooms which were quite outdated in relation to the rest of the unit (the powder room was newly renovated however). Could not figure out how to get the advertised jacuzzi tub to work and at least one shower did not drain properly. The kitchen is huge and gorgeous and we enjoyed spending most of our time in the open first floor. However many helpful touches I’ve come to expect with individual owners were not present here. It was clear it was managed by a company. No instructions on how to work any of the electronics (and no batteries in one remote). Only one towel per person and no extra. No bath mats - just a towel to put in the floor. The upstairs master tub/shower had not been cleaned when we arrived which given we are in a pandemic, was concerning. The 3 deck chairs were quite cheap and there was no deck table to use outside. Given that’s it was July we couldn’t all be outside together even thought the deck was large enough. Got a call that the fireplace was being checked when we were lounging in our pajamas... Necessary while the unit was being rented? Lastly, unit was a center unit which I don’t think was noted in the description and there was a loud party next door well into the wee hours our first night. I thought I was renting an end unit. All of that said, it’s a beautiful unit overall despite the bathrooms and we enjoyed the many hikes suggested on the visitor materials provided. We will return but probably not to this exact home. (I’d also recommend bringing groceries with you if you have a family as we saw the email about ordering groceries two days ahead too late, and the closest grocery store is almost 20 miles away. The gas station at the corner isn’t a full store).
