The property was excellent in everyway. We especially appreciated the two refrigerators. The location is ideal for beach walking and to go to Rehoboth and its many shops.

The house is spacious and yet cozy with views of the ocean. This was our second fall stay at the pink house and everyone had a blast!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for the past 5 years, both just the two of us and with groups of friends. If you are looking at this property right now for a group of adult friends, stop searching and book it, you aren't going to find anything better! For context, we were a group of 10 adult friends in our 30s who stayed for a week vacation. I'll start with the location, which was amazing. We were half a block from the beach, so we were able to trickle down on our own timelines and meet up, and the house was so close that there was no concern about making sure that we were bringing everything with us. At the same time, we were right in the middle of town, so we were walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars that are in town, so other than going to the grocery store our cars were parked in the 3 included parking spots (and the house also had a parking pass for our 4th vehicle that was able to be parked a block away). The house itself was amazing. The kitchen was big and spacious with two refrigerators. It was well stocked so we were able to cook plenty of group meals. The downstairs was wide open with plenty of space for us to all congregate together without ever feeling crowded. The roof top deck was a highlight of the trip, and we spent time out there every day. There is plenty of seating, and it was so relaxing to spend time out there at all times during the day. The owners were incredibly hospitable, communicative, and kind. You can tell that they are a wonderful family that genuinely care about their guests enjoying their stay in this home. This is truly a fantastic property, and if the dates are available for your group I highly recommend booking it for your trip!

Thanks for a great family vacation at Rehoboth! This was our first year at Rehoboth after selling the family cottage. It was wonderful to all be together and celebrate and reminisce. 11A was the perfect location and accommodation!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. We had five adults and four children (ranging in age from 2-11) and the house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, well appointed, and a perfect location. The family room was perfect for the kids to spread out and play, there was plenty of room for us all to eat together as a family, and the adults loved the roof deck. The location to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. Communication with the Core family was wonderful. Thank you for a fantastic trip!

I can't wait to go back! Everything about this house was perfect and it is a great space for an extended family vacation - the kitchen had everything we needed, the dinning and family room were all connected so we could be all together and we were minutes from the beach.

Super clean comfortable and convenient location to access Rehoboth Beach. Very nice layout with 3rd floor ocean view deck.

Right when we walked in we were amazed with the size of the property and the convenience to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth. We had a large family group and we were all able to spread out if we wanted or even hang out together on the main floor or even out on the large deck at night. Would love to stay there again!

We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for family vacations for 25 years. We’ve rented houses all over the town and this house was a gem. It fit our two families perfectly and was a 10 minute walk anywhere in town. The house is well stocked with the little essentials you need for a beach week. Communications with the Corle family (the owners) via VRBO was easy and convenient. We r hoping to stay here again but next time for 2 weeks!!

Very nice roomy property. The only criticism I have is the thermostat for the upper floors cannot be lowered below 70. Made sleeping very difficult. Otherwise, an excellent rental.

We loved everything about this house. It’s beautifully decorated and they thought of everything to make their guest feel at home.. we would rate this a ten out of five. Don’t miss a chance to enjoy this home.

Friends and family were celebrating a milestone birthday with me. This home fit the 14 of us very comfortably. We had plenty of room to cook, relax, and sleep. The rooftop deck was amazing!! Being a half block from the beach and two blocks from the strip was all we could ask for. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. Overall, a great experience!

The house was perfect to fit a large group whether hanging out on the first floor near the kitchen...or the third floor where you were able to see the ocean. The location was perfect to stroll to the beach or downtown area for food, cocktails or the beach. Responsiveness and communication with the owner was excellent. This property was ideal for our extended family. The location, only twos to the boardwalk and the beach, was ideal and there was enough to entertain all of our different age groups. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Street Parking was scarce and at a high premium so the 3 free spaces at the back of the house were much appreciated. Also appreciated the parking pass for one non-metered street parking spot. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Check in was a breeze. Did I mention how well stocked the kitchen was? We would definitely rent again.
