There is no AC in property. The provided solution it ati shut everything during day and open at night. First night was miserable. We arrived at 4pm and it was 84 degrees in the house. Gets cold in bend at night. Open all windows and finally cool enough to sleep at 2am. Wake up at 8-9am and house is to cold for most of our party but we don’t dare close anything. By 4-5 pm heat inside is manageable but we didn’t want to cook as that would make it even hotter. So hot evening and cold mornings. Perfect temp for an hour or so in middle of the night…. Other than that good house setup mostly. One of the suites is only accessible by going through bunk bed room or directly from outside. Made it a pain for the teen girls to sleep in as adults back and forth to access room. Last but not least we were charged 50$ for missing toilet paper holder which was never there. My brother who stayed in that room and used that bath is a home appraiser and noticed little things. He mentioned on second day it was odd tp holder missing. Not super happy with management company. We called on arrival and. No answer. Would stay elsewhere next visit.

Large home in a great location. Near the river, easy access to all Sun River's amenities without being crowded in. Plenty of room for all, even when we were in the same space. Not an updated property but very comfortable, and good reports on all the beds. Nice to have use of the SHARC passes, ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage, hot tub, toddler books and toys, and the cruisers for town and park visits. Note - It has a fireplace connecting the kitchen/dining with the living room, which is probably awesome in the winter. It was hot (80's) and I was nervous about no air conditioning, but opening up the windows at night cooled the whole place down for the next day. Nice to have fresh air coming in as well. We wouldn't have used AC if it was available. One funky thing - to get to the downstairs primary bedroom, you have to go through the bunk bedroom. Since there were adults in these rooms, it was a bit awkward, however there is an exit to outside from the primary, so those early risers could go outside and around without disturbing the bunkers. Overall, this was a great house and made it easy to spend time with family!

Group of 8 Dudes adults (60+ yrs) from Seattle on "hall-pass" from our partners. Skiing each day was fantastic - new snow! The house was big enough that we could all have a bed to ourselves. We did a lottery the first night to see who would get the premier suites. Everyone was happy with where we ended up. Kitchen was great for cooking each night with a large dining room table we could all sit at and recap the day and enjoy our meal. TV worked well for following a couple of basketball games. Hot tub a plus. Lots of fun. Enough space to avoid clutter and keep clean. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Our two families of 6 found the layout and accomodations of this rental to be just about perfect. Great value and would certainly book again!

The house is wonderful and was well suited to our needs. We'll probably rent it again. I noticed that the gutters need to be cleaned out.

The home fit the needs perfectly for all ages, and was well located to the park, river, and fun bike ride to the village. We would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely home! It was big and spacious and perfect size of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. I highly recommend this home for any large group looking for a place to stay. While there is no air conditioning in the home, the house stays very cool and there are several fans on the property.

We stay in vacation rentals several times a year and this house is one of the best yet. Our family contingent of six adults and five children aged 4-15 had more than enough room to spread out with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Manager Bridgette was exceedingly easy to work with and quick to respond with the minor questions we had. Kitchen was adequately supplied and house was equipped with comfortable furniture and good wifi. No air conditioning is not an issue as we dealt with 96 degree heat by opening windows at night and closing them in the morning. The house was actually cold in the mornings and stayed cool all day as long as it was closed up. The 8 bikes and SHARC passes were topping on the trip. The home is designed and large enough for everyone to have space and privacy when desired. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as warm as we hoped but we worked around it. The house was beautiful and roomy. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and we had room to spread out. I will definitely recommend it to others.

We have been meeting in Sunriver for 17 years for our annual fly fishing adventure of 7-9 guys. This a great place to stay and enjoy good friends, good food and prepare for another day of fishing.

We just needed to get away for a few days, and the location was perfect. It is in a quiet Sunriver neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk from the Deschutes River. The sun shining in the numerous windows in the AM and PM give a sense of peace and comfort. Loved the house and will bring back family soon for our annual reunion.

This was the perfect place for our crew. Ping pong, Foosball, basketball, and hot tub! Every bedroom felt private and roomy. Loved the huge dining room table for family dinner!

The house was clean, and had plenty of room for three families with kids. Easy to access, great location, and loved the SHARC passes. Communication was great throughout the visit.

Our extended family of 2 grandparents and 3 adult children plus their spouses and children stayed here and had a wonderful time X-C skiing, snowshoeing, playing in the snow, and enjoying the hot tub. The house had everything we needed, and was very spacious so we could all find a spot to go to if we needed some down time. Our only suggestion is that the mattresses in the 2 upstairs bedrooms are probably due for replacement. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just the right size for the entire group while still allowing for those to have alone time. The kitchen provides space for everyone to cook and prepare large meals.

This house worked great for our three generations to gather together. We really appreciated having a dining table large enough for the entire group to sit at together. There is ample room for people to have their own spot as well. The hot tub, bikes and games in the garage were also enjoyed. The biggest downside were the limitations at the resort due to Covid and Staffing (Sharc not open all days, restaurants closed mid-week, etc).

I gave this home only 4 stars because it wasn't air conditioned. The listing specified this but I didn't pick up on it until too late to cancel. Our first 2 days there were very hot and smoky so it was uncomfortable being in the house. Otherwise this home was perfect for our family gathering. Very clean, well stocked for cooking and plenty of beds. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the SHARC passes because of closures and admission restrictions.

We had plenty of space for three families with children, and everything we needed to keep everyone entertained.

Family members from New York, Las Vegas and Portland gathered for a wonderful week together. From a 4 month old to the grandparents, we all had enough space to be apart and together and the flow of the house worked well for us. The ping pong and foos ball tables in the garage were a great addition. The bikes were great to have and the location is close to the river. The property management was excellent, very responsive and much appreciated. The bedrooms were good with one exception. 3 of the beds garnered complaints about their condition, They need to be replaced. Everything else in the house was in tip top shape. The kitchen is very well stocked and that made cooking very enjoyable. It is a wonderful large family gathering place and we en/joyed out time there very much. There is an outdoor water feature that was not working and had a lot of standing water which is why cleanliness got 4 stars. Other than that, the home was spotless when we arrived.

This is a perfect house for three generation families. We had grandparents, teenagers and small children that needed to go to bed early and the private locations of the bedrooms made it perfect for all of us. There is plenty of room to socialize and have meals together. The few issues we had were dealt with immediately by the property manager. Would highly recommend this home.

Kitchen and dinning room are wonderful for a large group. We didn't spend much time at the house except for cooking and sleeping. Coffee pot in the kitchen needs to be updated, as it doesn't stop flowing when you pull the coffee pot out to pour a cup. Fisherman don't have much patience in the morning until they have had their coffee.

Everything is good, except the kitchen tools are not very good, and also the plastic dishes really makes some of people in our group not comfortable.

This beautiful Sunriver home is in the perfect location! It's a quick walk or bike ride to the mall, SHARC or the river, but it's far enough away from congested areas to be very quiet! The front deck feels like being in a tree house. A wonderful place to read or relax!

Great house for extended family for the weekend. Clean and spacious. Selected this house in part because of foosball and ping pong tables but was disappointed to find no balls for either.

The house was perfect for our group. Clean, big, nice amenities, and a great hot tub. We would go back!

This property worked well for our family group. Living room and dining room were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed.

We had an amazing time. The house is wonderful for groups. A friend and myself wanted to get our teen sons away for the weekend. They had a blast in the house and the moms had plenty of space for ourselves! Definitely recommend this fantastic house!

This was actually our second time staying in this house. The first time was about 10 years ago but we didn’t realize until we got there. That said, this house is fantastic! We were in Sunriver for our daughter’s 13th birthday and we let her bring a few friends. This house is spacious so we didn’t feel like we had to be around the four girls, which was great. There were lots of things to keep them entertained - bikes, hot tub, ping pong, basketball hoop, etc.. Also, the location is fantastic! Near the river, village, park, SHARC... everything is within walking/biking distance. The house was clean and well stocked and we didn’t have one complaint. We would absolutely return for another stay (minus the group of 13 year olds).

We had a great time relaxing in this spacious home. The 360 views with natural light streaming in everywhere you look is really a unique feature of this home. We did not need the extra space downstairs, but it will come in handy when we return with family and friends. Can't wait to do just that!

Very nice, well-maintained property with plenty of beds and space for lots of guests. We loved the big kitchen and dining area for our group to eat dinner together. Eating outside on the patio in the morning sun was really nice. The kids enjoyed exploring the area on the bikes. It was a great place. Would definitely recommend for large groups.
