Perfect and quiet location, walking distance to everywhere (restaurants, bars, beach). Really friendly staff, they even let us early check-in which was great. Super clean and modern room, comfy bed, good breakfast and the beautiful view from the balcony. A very good experience overall

The only minus was the sewage smell continuously coming from our bathroom. The cleaning staff did their best trying to daily fresh out the air and perfume it but the problem was still there, perhaps from the drains.

Very new facility with excellent amenities. Very helpful staff, booked us an excellent boat ride along the coast.

Our first night we had issues with the AC but the staff quickly resolved the issue and had it fixed the next day.

Air conditioning took a long time to cool the room. Very noisy early in the morning when staff were setting up breakfast. Also noisy in the evening as we were in the Ground floor (room 101)

The advertisement of the pool and arrive there and you need to pay 5 euros per hour, it’s too much

For someone that does not like to wake up early when on holiday, I would prefer if the breakfast was till 10:30 am and check out was till 11 am, but other than that everything was great.

The property was clean and a great location to the beach and many places to eat! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our poor Italian. It was also a 24hr staff which was great when coming back late! Overall it was a great stay!!

- rooftop pool was closed - please don’t offer plastic cups anymore at the breakfast buffet - rooms were a bit small for 2 suitcases

Disorganised, transfers were confirmed but not booked. Also booked two massages, which were terrible (relaxation massage but no massage at all, very poor). Requested money back but told that as they were relaxation massages, you shouldn’t expect an actual massage?

Beds a little hard and we had a room on the first floor so was quite loud (noise from reception and breakfast area)

Everything was perfect. 🥰 The hotel is very new and modern. We felt us like home. The staff is friendly and the spa was for a extra money also nice and relaxed. If you book the spa you have your privacy, your alone there. 😊🥰 This was our best stay in Sicily. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

- clean, modern and new - good standard of interiors - breakfast is included and decent

- spa not included (should be clearer when booking) and seemed expensive too. - pool was closed (again not clear when we booked) - only 1 pillow provided. we asked but no spares were available either! Only 1 pillow can be uncomfortable. - mini fridge was not fully stocked as per menu. Either change menu or restock.

This was the best part of our trip in Sicily. Hotel was good looking, new and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning ladies were also really kind. The most important thing is that everyone speaks good english, they helped us with some information about Sicily, restaurants… Also I would like to mention that breakfast is good, fresh and you have a lot of choice. Spa is cozy and small, but everything you can wish for a couple to relax. Thank you!
