Here for my son’s wedding. Our house hosted the meals for the groomsmen. Great hanging out, open living area and the outdoor area could not be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

This property for our family … was memorable as a whole… it was not only a safe and fun place for our kids, but was also a romantic place in the evening for my wife and I! We stayed at the house for 10 days. The house was spacious and comfortable. We love the quiet neighborhood and convenient location to grocery and restaurants. The pool is a must for the hot summer days.

Our stay was wonderful. Enjoyed the house the daily walks through the neighborhood. Access to grocery stores, eateries within walking distance for our morning walks. We had the best time, this home was beautiful, looked exactly how it appears on the VBRO site. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to any email I sent in a very timely manner. This will be our spot whenever we come to AZ to visit our son and grandkids.

Very impressive, large backyard with plenty of games. Bikes came in handy for exploring the area. Very quiet neighborhood.

I couldn't have been happier with this house. Everything was easy to find, the house is in a great neighborhood, and close to stores and restaurants. The yard is huge and very well kept. Very nice.

This property was an extremely pleasant surprise, having been disappointed by several other rentals in the past. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. This is a beautiful property with a large yard and every amenity available. We will definitely be back!

The house and location were great! Clean and safe neighborhood. Bedrooms were spacious, and communal areas were very comfortable! The only thing it’s missing is a hot tub. We had a great getaway and would stay again!

We arrived and were taken back as soon as we walked in the door with the open space and modern feel. Then the background playground made it even better. We loved the yard and will definitely be back!

We were locked out when checking in for a hour. The house definitely needed cleaned, Dog hair was a issue. Dryer door broke, Manager suggested that we dry our clothes outside. Ceiling started leaking yellow fluid in one of the rooms on the bed. Pool was green and dirty upon arrival property manager had to shock and clean the pool before we could even swim. Aerator was broken so the pool was warm. The pond was green and the waterfall wasn't working. There was a monsoon storm that came in before we arrived so the backyard was rough. Overall it could have been handled better. We made the best of our family vacation regardless!

The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 adults and there was so much space. Loved the outdoor areas. We come to the Gilbert area quarterly and hope to return to this house.

This property was the absolute best that my family and I have stayed! Will the property manager was excellent and super friendly! The location was perfect and the backyard is like your own little private resort!! We will DEFINITELY book this house again in the future!!

This property is exactly as it looks in the photos! We had a wonderful time relaxing and playing in the pool. It is important to note that pre-approval is required in order to have any guests on the property at any time. We were confused about that. Also, it appears the property is under video surveillance.

What an outstanding time my family and I had on our vacation to Arizona. This property lived up to the pictures and descriptions. With so many sites to see in Arizona we spent 2 days just hanging out, enjoying the pool, and BBQing. This place has everything you need to get by for your vacation. Will is a great host and always responded promptly if I had any questions. The location to food stores, restaurants, etc is excellent as well. This place was perfect and we're planning to stay here again later this summer.

Our family traveled down from Alaska to enjoy a break from the snow, and we couldn't have chose a better house. The backyard is fabulous and offers so much for all ages. We enjoyed the pool even though it's not heated, corn hole, foosball, grilled dinner twice, rode bikes down the canal, and walked to the nearby playground. The house is well equipped with comfortable beds and offers so many extras. We will definitely be returning next time we plan to come to Arizona. Will was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the ease of check in.

This property was as listed and more.. Three generations enjoyed the space and amenities.

The place was as advertised. Clean, well equipped, great location, roomy. Pool, as advertised, is not heated. We were a bit disappointed that it was already rented for next year when we tried to request it. Oh well, maybe we can return in 2024!

House is very well maintained and renovated . The backyard is huge and also very nice. There are lots of games for the whole family .

Such a great property. The backyard was amazing. Wish the pool was heated, though. It felt like home without the stress and work! Was expecting the kitchen to have the listed items in it like paper towels, baggies, aluminum foil, and hand soap, and dish soap, but we called the manager and he brought a roll of paper towels and 2 toilet paper and a dish soap by. Also, the instructions in the binder said the property manager would come and wheel the garbage out to to the curb on Tuesday and set them back on the next day but we ended up doing it. Might have been a mix up?! Would definitely rent this property again.

The backyard is the most incredible backyard I have ever seen! This one by far exceeds any expectations I had. The backyard is even more incredible than “advertised” on the pics provided on vrbo. It was just me and two of my sons out for a golf weekend to escape the winter weather in the mid-west. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and spacious home is by far the very best vrbo experience I have ever had. Every morning I took a walk in “my park”….meaning the backyard. And the “work station” provides quick internet, printer, and floor to ceiling windows (which is why I chose this property) to enjoy the view while I worked each day before our afternoon tee times. I will most definitely be back again with my wife and entire family. Worth every penny! I cannot wait to visit again. And Gilbert is a great area!!

The property is everything it shows in the pictures and we loved being there. It was a perfect ‘home base’ for when we traveled to the Grand Canyon and other attractions, and equally perfect for the days we spent at the property and enjoyed the amenities.
