Convenient, clean , and great home to relax or travel around the area. Safe area. Close to shopping, highways , and airport. Everything you could possible want in a home rental. Highly recommend. Exceptional communication with the management company as well.

My husband and I and our 6 kids stayed here for 5 days and had the absolute best time. We all want to go back! Property was clean and management was super helpful and responsive and friendly. The amenities can’t be beat. Definitely would stay here again!

property manager very easy to work with. so much there to enjoy: 2 kayaks w/ life vests, little golf area, pool, hot tub, dock where it was so lovely to sit in the early morning for sunrise and afternoon for sunset. kids had a blast. lots of space, lots of plates. ;-). BBQ worked great.

This property is exceptional, 5 stars all the way around! 8 of us stayed for a girls softball tournament at Bell Bank Park which was only a 15 minute drive. The house and back yard are perfect and we would definitely book this property again!

We are a group of 8 Adult Canadians that take a Phoenix vacation annually. The homes we rent for our trip have to provide more luxurious amenities. The Val Vista home was everything we hoped it to be. Comfortable, well appointed and on the water. We appreciated the kitchen and all that was provided. There were Kayak's, pool floaties and many other items in the garage available for everyone.
The house maintained a nice temperature throughout our stay. The pool heat was comfortable. The tables were set like a high end restaurant, but we preferred to eat outside each meal. The BBQ and outside bar area were fantastic and well used by our group.
There was always hot water available and we appreciated the laundry very much.
The Val Vista home is located in a very nice area of Gilbert and as we explored the area, we found everyone friendly and relaxed.
Overall a great home on the water for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for renting your home to us for our exceptional vacation.

The house was beautiful, even better than shown in the pictures. It was the perfect size for two families of 5. We spent much of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool, putting green, kayaks, and fishing. Since we were there in the summer the misters on the patio were a major plus. The communication with the management company was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Everything was perfect except a slight delay with heating the pool & hot tub as requested but easily resolved. The other thing I’ll point out is one of the kayaks had a terrible urine order… I suggest owner have them throughly cleaned. But neither of these issues prohibited us from having an incredible stay. This place was perfect for a long weekend trip for my wife and me. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and took advantage of the pool, spa, kayaking, and putting green. We also did some hiking down in San Tan. The grill area was really nice for a few meals, but we also headed over to some great Gilbert restaurants that are close by as well. But the best part was the view. There aren’t too many opportunities in AZ to have a great water view in your backyard. We had a great time would definitely come back to this house again!!

The property is all that and a bag of chips. The location is nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The house is by far one of the best properties on the list. I would recommend this property for a small family vacation.

This home was above and beyond what we expected. The outdoor space is like a resort! The inside was immaculately clean, well stocked and well prepared for us. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed taking a 20 min walk to starbucks, playing in the heated pool, sitting outside and watching sports on the outdoor TV, BBQing and relaxing by the firepit. Everything was well stocked and taken care of. Thanks again :)

Who knew you could enjoy a beautiful waterfront property in the middle of the desert. We enjoyed a beautiful home on the water. They were very prompt in fixing some windows that wouldn’t shut.

A group of us stayed at this property with our teenage daughters for a local soccer showcase, and could not have been happier with the home. It was incredibly well kept and equipped, very comfortable, and the outdoor areas of the property were beautiful. We would certainly stay again if we came back to the area.

This was a beautiful home. It had everything we needed plus more, it made it really easy for us to travel from afar. It looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The owners were so great with communication and information. We had a few small questions and they got back to us right away. I could not have asked for more. Checking in and out was a breeze and it was located in a perfect area. It was easy to get to anything we needed.

Great location, clean and well stocked!
Easily the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Had everything we needed as a home away from home for a week. The location was awesome…very close to shopping, groceries and plenty of recreational activities. Home was very clean and the property manager was extremely responsive if we had questions. The backyard was a mini-resort and the kids (as well as adults) enjoyed the amenities. All as advertised. Thanks for an amazing stay! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Oasis
We loved our stay here! The property is meticulous with everything you need to enjoy your stay! The communication is great and all questions are answered quickly. The back yard area is perfect oasis for relaxation and entertaining!
The only thing that was a surprise to us is how early the lawn maintenance begins. We are from the east coast and lawn maintenance cannot begun until 8:00 am. We were on east coast time, so it was not really a big issue though.

Great location and access to the Mesa Gateway Airport. The backyard was fun for all. Highly recommend for teens and young adults.

Backyard dream
The backyard is amazing. The pool is heated, hot tub, a gorgeous view of the lake, perfect patio to eat outside and watch sports on the big TV - you can even see the TV from the hot tub and pool. The kitchen is perfect. Bedrooms have king beds and the 2 beds in the other room are good size. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. The neighborhood and area is perfect! So much to do in Gilbert with Restaurants, top golf and shopping. Close to Scottsdale. We would stay here again and again!

From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience! We had a couple issues with the pool, very minor, and they called and or sent someone over very quickly. The house and location was perfect and everything shown in the photos is as is. I would definitely stay at this house again or another property!

Fantastic House on the water
This is a top-notch house with a resort-style back “yard” in an awesome lake community! Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the pool/spa lakefront back of the house is out of a magazine! Close to downtown Gilbert was a bonus for us. Would highly recommend.

Run don’t walk…AMAZING LAKE FRONT HOME
Can’t say enough good things about this property. We have owned a vacation rental on a lake for 16 years and we appreciated all the attention to detail that this home provides. The immediate response from management whenever we had a question or concern was excellent. Everything feels new and well maintained. The pictures are accurate and capture the Magic of this neighborhood hideaway.

Beautiful neighborhood, home, backyard, and view.
We Had a wonderful time with our family and friends staying at this Val Vista Lakes home. The home has everything you need to make great meals and enjoy the time with friends and family. Whether it’s some inside enternatinment, outdoor activities and evening board games, there’s ample space for all. The place is wonderful, close to lively downtown Gilbert, and the view is great in the backyard. One downside to Val Vista lakes is that they are some of the nastiest lakes I have ever seen. I thought for such a nice neighborhood the city could figure something to keep the water from looking so dirty. The home and location is wonderful, and Arizona Vaca Rentals provides fine service.

Great place to stay!
We had a lot of fun here! The kayaks and bicycles are a big plus! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this property. My only suggestion, and why I rated cleanliness as a 4 instead of 5, is the top of the ceiling fans need to be dusted. My allergies kicked up whenever we turned them on. Otherwise, everything else was perfect - thank you!

It will be hard to top our stay at this house!! It has everything you need and more and it’s such a beautiful property inside and out. The location was great too. This has now set the bar so high for future vacation rentals. We enjoyed our week so much and we’re all so sad to leave. Highly recommend if you have the chance to stay here you won’t regret it!!! Wish we were closer bc we would def book it again!! Dream vacation house for any family or group

Summer vaca
Beautiful, quiet home. Loved having the lake as well as the pool. Enjoyed watching all of the ducks out on the water, we spotted a little lizard and a few turtles. Lots of easy shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from airport. House cooled off nicely with the 100 plus degree temps.
