The Luxe Farmhouse was perfect for our family vacation! The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight with its pool and numerous activities that kept us entertained all weekend long. Highly recommended for families looking for a fantastic getaway!

Stayed for work with seven others and this was the perfect location to unwind at night after a long day. The amenities were perfect, easy to make breakfast each morning and to wash clothes when we needed to. The fire pit and spa were awesome for after work/dinner relaxing/drinks or to have a fire side chat zoom call. Julio was easy to contact and super responsive. Check in and out were a breeze and the house rules are simple to follow. Would absolutely stay again for work or a vacation!

The home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 12 - all adults and one 11 year old. The outdoor activities were great and the pool and spa very nice. We enjoyed time around the firepit too! Our management representative, Julio, was very responsive and helpful. He came out on Christmas Day to resolve one small issue and was so nice and accommodating. It's a fun property with lots to do!

Was a great house for a family vacation with kids of all ages. The kids really enjoyed the pool and darts. The grown ups enjoyed the fire pit. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. Highly recommend it!

Overall it was a great experience
We had two issues, one was the Trash Cans outside the house were full when we got there and we had no place to put our trash during our stay , and i reported that at least three times via email and vm and txt to Prop manager to no avail
The Pool was not clean when we got there, but to their credit they took care of it within the first hour that we were there

Best Girl's weekend
We had an incredible long weekend at the property. There were minor issues with plumbing and a door lock that were PROMPTLY handled as soon as we reported them. Julio the house manager was ON IT and provided amazing service. The weekend was beautiful and we would absolutely stay at this property again in the future. Thanks for the memories!

Very clean and well suited for large groups. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and backyard space was exceptional. Safe and immaculate neighborhood. A larger, full set of dishes and flatware would be a good addition but overall a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful family trip to this property. The home is perfectly set up to meet the needs of groups with different ages. The kids had a blast in the pool, hot tub, and playing the games. Family Reunion Success!
I'll begin at the end: We had a ball!
The property was as described on-line. It was perfect for our family reunion of 14. Julio was responsive to our incidental requests. I don't think his phone ever rang twice when I called--which was only twice. He was great!
We didn't see much of Indio because we didn't feel the urge to leave the property. The pool, spa, games (both outside and inside) gave us plenty to do!

Perfect Group Getaway
Awesome property for a guys golf getaway. We had 12 and everyone had their own bed. Plenty of space and all the fun amenities w could want. Julio was attentive to a few minor issues that needed to be addressed that didn’t detract from the experience. Would for sure stay again!!

Extended weekend trip
Great place to spend a long weekend. We were able to work remotely (good wifi) and relax in the pool / outdoors. The kitchen was super functional and even had paella pans! There are a number of grocery stores (TJs, Costco etc) fairly close by as well the PGA West golf course. Overall a great place and experience.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend
We had the most incredible Bachelorette weekend for my sister this past weekend at the Farmhouse Villa. The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. The backyard exceeded expectations and offered plenty of shade to our group of 14 (including 3 pregnant women!) during a scorching weekend. The beds were super comfortable. Julio was responsive and available for anything we needed. The only issue we ran into was one evening while getting ready for dinner, a few of the fuses blew and I was unable to switch back on. Julio was available immediately to help restore power.
Make sure to bring a speaker to play music and HDMI cord if you want to connect anything to the TV! :)

Great property! A few things needed to be better disclosed
Property is sold as heated pool and spa. There is an extra charge for heating the pool. This was not clearly stated on the listing. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Resort in the Desert
We loved this rental. It’s in a private gated community. All the homes in the neighborhood are high end. This home had everything. Plenty of bedrooms, nicest pool ever, spa, tons of games, cabanas , mini golf, darts, etc. It had everything. We will definitely rent again.

Great outdoor space, roomy inside, safe neighborhood, good location, great property manager. Only complaint is that the house was not ready for our 4pm check in. More rime between renters is needed for a safe, smooth transition.

Gorgeous home! Group of 7 family members stayed a week at this amazing home and none of us wanted to leave! Everything you could want in a rental home in pristine condition! Great communication with Julio. Can't think of one thing we would have changed. 5 stars!!!

Relaxing Vacation
Overall the property is just like the pictures. We had a total of six couples which was perfect. Originally we were supposed to have 7 couples which would have not worked out so great, as the house advertises 7 bedrooms but only has 6 private bedrooms. Julio was great to work with and flexible. Location is good, close to everything we needed. All 6 couples enjoyed themselves and would rent this property again.

Palm Springs Getaway
The property was beautiful and well- equipped. We had family and friends there ages 6 to 72. The backyard was a kid’s paradise and the children were kept busy with pool, hot tub, darts, foosball and ping pong. Tournaments were held and everyone participated. Two professional chefs were in our groups so the kitchen was very well utilized. Due to Covid, restaurants were take-out only but shopping nearby was plentiful and convenient. Our meals were easily enjoyed in the large kitchen. I would highly recommend this property for a group that is looking for comfort and fun in the Palm Springs area.

Great Property
This was a fabulous property to get away to for 5 days. It was my wife and myself, 2 adult children and their wives, and 2 -5 year old twin grandchildren. The house was beautifully kept up, the grounds were just fasntastic to lounge at the poo, on the day beds or at the fire pit. I could go on and on, as the property was that great. Our only minor "complaint" was that they needed to leave more aper goods, have more flatware and more large cooking dishes. For large groups, sometimes there just wasn't enough. That aside, and I do mean aside, the place was great. Communication with Julio was as frequent as needed and he made sure we were taken care of.

Beautiful Home!!!
Honestly one of the nicest homes we have ever rented! We had 12 people in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was large and allowed everyone to join in cooking. The pool area was spacious and right next to the pool was a large firepit. There was a ping pong table - dart board and corn hole set up- lots of games fir the kids. Overall 5 stars!!!!0

Amazing Property
If you want an amazing get away. This is the house for you!!! I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 14 of my closest friends and family!!!! The backyard is sooooo fun!!!!! Everyone was entertained!! With cornhole and dart tournaments!! Pool and fire pit were wonderful!!! The inside was sooo cute with its Farmhouse Vibes!!! All bedrooms were sooo cozy. Made everyone feel at home!!! Julio the property manager was very responsive!!! There is not one negative comment I could say about this place!!! We will be back for sure!!💕💕💕
