The master suit bathroom was amazing. Location was perfect. Easy access to pool with 20 month old was very convenient. Each time I called about the refrigerator, the ladies in the office did what they could to help.

Overall, this was a beautiful resort. We were in town for a family wedding and this property was very close to the venue. I called several times with questions before my arrival and the team members I spoke to were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.

Beautiful unit and well maintained. I had just 2 small maintenance issues that I reported upon checking out. I just wish I knew more about what specific supplies the unit had, ahead of time. Due to the late check in time, we went shopping ahead of time but bought some things that I didn't need. For example, it said no hairdryers were there, but one was in the unit. It said one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so I bought more, but when I got there, there were quite a bit of rolls there. I brought K-cups but there was no keurig. But overall, it was a great place to stay for 3 days. Nice complex, just wish the pool were open at night until 10 for night swimming. I also think the recycling instructions should be a little clearer. I wasn't sure where to bring them, or what needed to be recycled. But the security gate personnel helped me out. MGR RESPONSE: Sometimes guests will leave behind hair dryers and when that happens, we leave them in the rental just as we leave additional toilet paper etc...we are very happy to know that you enjoyed your visit overall! It is a beautiful villa and talk about location!! Thank you, please keep us in mind for your return visit! Everyone I spoke to or interacted with was beyond friendly and helpful. Very easy to use and communication was excellent.

Location was great. Loved the one story and easy access to pool and marina. There was no blender and they showed up the next day with a brand new high quality blender without any reminders

Very clean! Over all it was nice, the only issue was was the microwave stop working and there was a broken shelf in one of the side tables. I reported both. MGR RESPONSE: We will immediately address these concerns! Thank you for reporting them. Very nice and helpful! They made the check in hassle free, they had every ready when I got there. Only issue was the key less entry was not working and has to call to get someone to bring me the keys.

Great view and pool access. Updated furniture and electronics. One story Took and acted on my suggestions. After hours checkin worked smoothly. Our 3rd visit using Barefeet Vacation Rentals. No major issues any of the stays

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was very relaxing and there’s plenty of room for a family of six! The view was gorgeous and very close to the pool. The unit was very clean and spacious. The team was able to answer my questions about checkout process and sent someone over when we had issues with the ice machine and the shower.

Nice layout, big, clean, nice view, pretty convenient location and has ground floor access to a pseudo beach area. Workout center is decent. Property well updated. The cleaning supervisor was very friendly and helpful.
Office personnel were good and welcoming. Should be an easier check in process. MANAGER"S RESPONSE: Thank you for your suggestions how to make our check in process easier...we have already made some of those changes. Please visit again!

Great recommendations for local restaurants.

The fees were outrageous, especially due to the fact that it was basically a room, and a pool. No kayaks, paddle boards, or beach to access. The condo was gorgeous, and the view was great, but was disappointed that I had to pay so high a fee for a pool. Check in was quick and easy.

Beautiful, clean unit. Beds are exceptionally hard. Didn't even know they made beds that hard. Had to sleep on couch due to the hard mattress. We did a Cruising Tiki Bar and loved it! Everyone I spoke with or emailed was very pleasant and helpful. Everything went smoothly. After hours pick up was exactly as directed. Very easy to deal with.

I stayed M-F and it was quiet and peaceful. Pool was never crowded. Unit was in perfect proximity to the pool and beach area and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We spent three nights at Mariner’s Club #315 and found it to be perfect for our needs: 1) The best location within the club - overlooking the water (quiet, nice breeze, beautiful view) yet less than a hundred yards from the enormous pool (where our 6 year-old spent most of his time); 2) Nicely furnished and equipped; 3) all sorts of restaurants in the surrounding area; 4) Barefeet Rentals were friendly and professional. Also, I highly recommend the nearby Dolphin Plus Marine Mammal Responder experience - much more fun and exciting than I anticipated and worth every penny.

We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the security of the grounds. Sheila was friendly and very communicative. She reached out to me when it was getting close to their closing time to make sure we were going to make it on time to receive instructions to access unit. Helped me to locate the best places for items I was needing to purchase. Overall she was 100% helpful, professional and courteous. Checkout was simple and easy.

Absolutely lovely property. Gorgeous views, well maintained, and well stocked. The check in process was fine and the check in employee was friendly, but again, kind of annoying to have to go to a separate site to check in especially with all of the information provided prior to check in.

We fell in love with Key Largo last year during our first stay at the Mariners Club. I really like the ground floor level unit we stayed in this time. Beautiful condo and plenty of room. Plenty of kitchenware to use for a group our size as well as seating.
Only thing that would make the stay better is to have the pool open past dusk.

We loved our stay at 315 Mariner's.
We loved our stay at 315 Mariner's. It was a family vacation including our college kids, so such great family time. Staying in 315 made it perfect! We had an issue with our door code and the ice maker stopped working while we were there. Our door code issue was resolved immediately. The ice maker wasn't urgent as we just got some ice, but the appliance repair man showed up the next day and fixed it. Barefeet Rentals was always helpful when we had questions prior to arrival, but even more importantly, they were very quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. All members of the team were so helpful and friendly every time we spoke with them from booking throughout our stay.

Great location, great view, great amenities! I do recommend you read all emails thoroughly from property manager as if you are going to be there after 5:00 there is additional information needed to ensure you are able to get access to property.
We ended up arriving 10 minutes before closing and attendant was very kind, informative, and everything we needed was ready to go! We stayed 3 days, so the starter dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper were plenty, but if you are staying longer you’ll want to bring these or just know you’ll need to run to Publix… and leaving is just as easy, you simply punch code at home and go! Check out is 10:00 sharp, but no problem as we are early risers…

Absolutely Fabulous!
We were in Key Largo for our son’s nearby wedding so we stayed in the condo with our daughter & son-in-law for 5 days. We also had our son, his wife & baby for 1 night. The property, the amenities & security were top notch! “Barefeet Rentals” responsiveness was exemplary since we had last minute questions upon our midnight arrival!
Gorgeous pool, spectacular views & nice gym. Unit 315 is huge, ground level with a huge deck & nearly a private beachy-area with lots of chaise loungers & tiki umbrellas. Upscale decor, huge supply of towels & kitchen items including an espresso maker.
The only cons: third bedroom is very small & can barely accommodate a porta-crib. Also has no private bath but neither bothered us. Also since capacity is 8, occupants + guests cannot at any time exceed 8. Normally this would not matter to us but since we had a lot of family & friends in the area for the wedding, having guests was limiting. We will definitely return & would definitely consider buying a unit in this complex!
