Place was clean, big and close to mountain. Shuttle was just a block or 2 away and went straight to the mountain. Worked perfectly for a big ski group. Great time overall!

I was very pleased with the layout of this home. It was perfect for our group of nine to enjoy two weeks in Breckenridge. There is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of spaces to be together. The location was very convenient for bicycling on the rec path. It was close enough for a 20 minute walk to downtown. It was also close to a shuttle stop. I would love to give the home a higher rating, but I was disappointed with several little details. Perhaps I simply had too high of expectations for a rental property. The Vacasa staff (especially the repairman, Brandon) did all they could to address the issues they could address at the time, such as repairing a broken clothes dryer and replacing a missing smoke detector. There are other details that could be addressed at another time, such as vertical blinds, carpets and furniture, to make it a much nicer experience for future guests. We had a wonderful time. I guess I was just expecting a little more attention to details, considering the price.

Also, the dryer was broke so when we washed our clothes we had to hang them outside or in the bathroom. The house was beautiful and provided plenty of space for my family. I loved the view and that it was a very short walk to the free ride bus stop. When we had an issue with the hot tub, Vacasa was very quick to respond and solve our problems so we could continue and enjoy our vacation!

Great location! Easy access to downtown Breck and walking path around the neighborhood. The house was a good fit for our party of 6 though it could easily accommodate more.

Excellent, quiet, beautiful location. Feet from a incredible hike along a river, incredible views, great hot tub. Lots of space, a whole lower level for the kids.

Beautiful home, they have everything you need to feel at home. It was spacious, good location, clean. It was a family vacation and we all had a great time

Very spacious and the free shuttle to gondola was great

Management was great to work with and responded promptly to my questions. This house will accommodate many people. The bedroom in the basement with the bunk beds and twin bed is extremely small and the beds are uncomfortable. This bedroom doesn't work for adults but could work for children. The house was very clean. It was also stocked well with dishes and pots and pans.

Well equipped and well maintained property that is a short drive to the slopes.

Very helpful and satisfied with our experience in Breckinridge. Beautiful house . The only thing I can say is I wish they had queen size beds, but otherwise I would recommend this property.

My extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to town. All of the bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a large group -- we were 4 couples and 2 kids and there were plenty of places to sleep and lots of bathrooms. Convenient location only a few minutes' drive from downtown Breckenridge.

Great group to work with, very prompt with responses and details about property! We loved the property, great space for large groups of couples or families! We especially appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom. Hot tub was amazing and the location was very convenient for the shuttle to lifts!

All instructions to enter and checkout were easy. House is neatly maintained. Helpful communications. The house was as described and location is beautiful. We had a great time. Fuseball table was great. We went as a large group and had sufficient of utensils and linens and bed for all of us.

We had a wonderful vacation at 21 Rachel Lane. The house was exactly as described and easily accommodated 11 of us. The layout is perfect, with a kid friendly space in the basement. The neighborhood is lovely and very close to town and the ski resort. And the views, especially at sun rise and sun set are phenomenal. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were full of spices, condiments and staples for preparing a variety of meals. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This was an amazing home! My guests and I enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The location was less than 5 minutes from main street and from the slopes. There was more than enough space in the house. We were able to make dinner with the kitchen stocked with utensils and condiments. I would come back and stay at this house again! Highly recommended if a large group of people want to get away for the weekend! Thank you!

Great place! More than enough room for 12, clean with a stocked pantry and lots of living space. A few of the queen rooms have their own bathroom and the master suite is massive with a separate 2 person shower and jetted tub. The house is a short walk to the bus and is a relatively early stop after the Gondola parking lot which means it won't be full when it reaches the stop.
