This home has lots of room, is modern & pristine yet cozy...A wonderful place to gather. We really enjoyed the outdoor area!

Good place to book for business retreat.

Great view to the golf course (or snow course!). Enjoyed the arrangement of kitchen, living, dining area, and the heated patio! It was great for our families. Besides the hot tub, we enjoyed coffee on the heated porch with little ones by our side. Fun games in the garage/game room.

My family and friends enjoyed this house very much. It has everything you need for a memorable getaway. The owner is friendly and easy to work and communicate with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We cannot say enough great things about this property and it’s owners. The house is spacious, well-stocked, cozy and comfortable, and chock full of fun things to do. We stayed in the winter time, and we were able to sled right outside the back door, which was ver convenient with two kiddos and a grandma! The fire pit outside is a wonderful addition, the grill out back was easy to use, and having the game room inside makes for fun family time reconnecting. The view of the snow and trees from the front windows can’t be beat. All of the mattresses are memory foam and super comfortable. The kitchen is very well/stocked (enough to prepare an entire turkey dinner!). We were there for the holidays, and there was special care made to have a decorated tree, front door wreaths and mantle decor to make things extra jolly. There were even snow shovels and extra sleds at the ready! The owners left a sweet welcome basket with goodies and were ultra communicative about check in procedures and timing. Check out instructions were clear and minimal. We just had the most wonderful vacation and would 100% return to this beautiful home!

We had an absolutely great time with our family at the Timber Retreat in Suncadia. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Having a ton of snow on the ground was a special treat…the kids had so much fun sledding, etc. Sean and Bri were great hosts, and were very responsive to the few minor questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Suncadia.

We had a wonderful time at your home! It was plenty big for all of us and we loved the fire pit! The only thing that we could’ve used was a small stool for our kitties to use in the bathrooms to wash and use toilet, but everything was amazing! Seems like you thought of everything for the furnishing! Great time was had by all and will rent from you everything Lanor Day weekend for our family! We even got to see and hear all the elk that came to the golf course at night!! Grandkids loved that! Would recommend this property for any large group and you won’t be disappointed! What a great rental house. My family and 2 friends really enjoyed ourselves at Timber Retreat. That back patio, with a fire pit and hot tub, was a great place to relax in the evening and night. Multiple nights we saw herds of deer and elk graze along Prospector course, hole 11, which the house overlooks. The kitchen is top notch, and along with the gas grill outside, offered everything we needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the game room (converted garage) with ping pong, pop-a-shot and foosball. Lots of fun there. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. During the say, lots of trails to walk around Suncadia, and Sunday there was a farmer's market.

New house adequately equipped to make a fun stay. We do our own meals so its nice to have a big kitchen.

We rented this house for Mother’s Day weekend. My mom has brain cancer and we wanted one last trip as a family. The house was set up perfectly for the 14 of us! The older kids loved the bunk room and the 2 younger ones loved having bunks in their room with their parents. The master bedroom is enormous and made it easier for my mom to get around. The view from the back patio was a favorite for the golfers in the family. Made for great free entertainment! The hosts were very accommodating and reached out to us before our trip to see if we needed help with reservations or anything. We highly recommend this house and hope to be able to stay here again.

Beautiful new home on the golf course. The garage is turned into a game room which was perfect for entertaining kids. We've stayed at many Suncadia houses, and this is definitely one of our new favorites.

Overall place was great, few minor things to check, sports Wii game not working, oven super dirty, few slippery rugs, and sliding glass door covered with kids finger prints. Thank you so much.

This home is centrally located for walking or biking with beautiful golf course views. Comfortable best, great layout, it was perfect to stay with 2 families. We'll definitely be back!

Property comes with everything you could possibly want plus some! We loved the outdoor space, the large comfy great room, and the garage game room. The owners were great to work with and made checkin super easy with great directions, easy coded entry and even a super thoughtful welcome basket.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suncadia at Timber Retreat. The home is beautiful and sits in quiet location while providing everything a family could ask for get-a-away home. The living area, the fire pit, and the game room were certainly embraced by the entire family. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend Timber Retreat as wonderful option in Suncadia!!

The pictures don't do the home justice! The home is well kept, clean and inviting. Plenty of kids toys to entertain the young ones and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals at home. The home is perfectly situated for sledding on the golf course during winter. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for a family gathering. Lots of bedrooms! Large kitchen & front gathering area around the fire place! It’s located in a great location.

It was a perfect getaway with few friends of ours. Communication was extremely easy and was spotless inside. It passed my wifes inspection so it should pass for the 99% of spouses in America. I would definitely come back again.

We had our daughters, son-in-laws, and Grandchildren with us at this beautiful home. All enjoyed the game room while it was raining and spending time on the covered patio and the hot tub. We had wonderful meals with places for all to sit. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect!

We just got back from this home and had a lovely time. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. Quick drive from Seattle and the house is perfectly equipped for a group. The hosts gave me a heads up about road construction so it wasn’t a surprise when we hit it on I-90 and the house has a keypad so check in was easy. The hosts kindly left us a welcome basket full of goodies and the house itself has lots of board games, a game room in the garage, which the whole family enjoyed. My kids are already asking to go back!

Everything was great! Especially loved the view of the 11th fairway & green and seeing the Elk along the fairway!

This is a beautiful property overlooking the 11th hole. The back patio was amazing we loved getting to spend time by the fire and in the hot tub watching the golfers come through. The home itself is beautiful and quiet and we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
