Had a great time at the beach. House was as described. Even got to see a sea turtle lay eggs right in front of the house which was awesome.

Had everything you could ask for or need for a stay at the beach. Loved the big deck and plenty of hot water with everyone taking showers at the same time. If we ever get the chance to go back would definitely stay here again

We loved this house, the decks and porches were perfect, the lounge chairs, hammock, everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We had plenty of space for the 9 people in our party. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as listed. The space was great for our family’s needs. The kitchen was functional for preparing meals and eating together. Great pool (with a lot of fun toys and floats). Easy beach access on a quiet part of the beach. We look forward to returning.

The house was great, it was easy to check in, we arrived a little early and it was ready. House was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, the beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. Pool was awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect beach vacation!

Great stay at the beach!
Very nicely appointed home with essentials for the beach. The pool is AMAZING and we loved the heated feature on rainy days. The beach is very close to the walkway and the steps are limited, which was great for lugging a toddler back and forth. We had a lovely stay, and check-in and out were simple and contactless. Definitely would recommend!

Loggerhead landing
Overall a great property in a great location on one of our favorite beaches. Views are great and pool was wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of bed linens...I've never booked a vacation house and needed to bring them...always included. Thank you for a relaxing week away.

Best Holden Beach House Ever!
Loved, loved this house! My 4 th rental at Holden Beach. Beach views awesome. Pelicans were everywhere and got to see some turtle nets nearby. Kitchen well equipped! Loved the 1/2 bath on main living area. Heated pool was greatly used and appreciated the seats in the pool. Lots of pool toys. Plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. Beds and pillows were comfy. Clean! Probably will book again for next year. Hated to leave the beach. Wished I could stay another week!

Fantastic house in a great location. Clean and well equipped
This was a perfect choice for our family. Everything was as listed. The house was very clean and well maintained..all amenities were close by including the boat ramp! It's a quiet place good for families
The split floor plan made this perfect to keep one family upstairs and the grandparents on the first floor. That really worked out great! Appears they just install a new pool deck and the heated pool was used several times a day! Loved being able to get up have a coffee on the deck looking at the ocean and then go fishing with my son in the surf. Such a great memory we have now! Thanks loggerhead...we will most definitely be back!

Nice location.
This is a spacious house and great location. However, the house wasn’t very clean and the appliances need to be replaced. The dishwasher smelled awful and so did the refrigerator. Spent most of the first day cleaning. Also the walkway to the beach could use some trimming. Very overgrown. Pool was nice but the decking was warped and a trip hazard.

Millers summer at the beach
Nice place, great location. The one thing that could have been better is the water retention issue on the pool deck. Moss was growing and one of our granddaughters slipped and fell. This needs to be addressed immediately.

This beach home was perfect for our group of 10. The large dining table allowed us to eat dinner together each evening. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinner with ease-the counter top ice-maker was great to have! The large deck off of the living room was a meeting place before and after our day at the beach. The short private walkway from the house to the beach was ideal. The two outdoor showers were a plus to help minimize sand buildup in the house and the pool. The pool was certainly enjoyed by all! We were impressed with how well we slept-beds & pillows were comfortable. The house layout is perfect for a larger group, each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for our mixed group of friends and families to still have some privacy. This was our first visit to Holden Beach and we certainly enjoyed the small beach town feel.

Great beach spot
Well situated on a great beach. No nearby public beach access so not a crowded area. House is very well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Kitchen/living room layout was great with room for all. Covered porches were nice and the pool got a lot of use. Low dune in front made the walk to the beach easy. We're on the list for next year!

Great Rental!!
This was our family’s first time in Holden and we are already planning to rent this same house again next year. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and children. It was great that all couples had their own full baths. Plenty of kitchen room and space in the living area. The upstairs living area was great for the kids. The location and pool can not be beat!! And the management was very responsive. It was an amazing trip!!

The location of this house is amazing. It’s so close to the beach and the pool is so nice. The beds were also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning but overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Early beach vacation for us. Perfect beachfront location with private walk to the ocean. So impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Nice sitting area upstairs to read or watch TV. TVs in each bedroom help alleviate any contention over who got to watch their favorite show.
Upstairs deck with 180 degree ocean view was wonderful place to escape for quiet time. Would rent this again.

Needed Getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our vacation and Loggerhead Landing. The house was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool was a perfect temperature, and a big hit for the kids when the weather dropped below 70. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the house, and feel the pictures didn’t justify how nice this place is. We would recommend staying at Loggerhead Landing.

It’s close to town, and we were cooking all our meals, so it was easy to drive to get groceries. The internet worked great for those of us who were doing remote work or school.The property also has some opportunities. Definitely needs a deep clean; we were a little surprised that no toilet paper was provided; appliances are a little outdated and it would be great to have at least the main TV with capability to connect to stream services. I assume that the humidity attracts lots of bugs, there’s a crazy amount of flies and roaches on the deck, and they try to sneak inside. So we recommend other guest to bring lots of bug spray, insecticide, citronella candles, etc.

Fun at Holden
This property is nice, but pillows need to be updated (nasty) & shower curtains should be replaced every 2 months during summer rentals. Mold & mildew....pool was very nice. Specific instructions on how to use cable would be helpful as every TV is different. Cleaning service could be better...especially in bathrooms.

Great beachfront rental for a family
We had a wonderful stay at Loggerhead Landing. The location and beach are great, the house was very clean, and it provided everything we needed for an extended family beach week. The pool was perfect for the kids when they needed a break from the beach and for some of the older members of our party. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for the great memories.
