My wife and our teenage daughter and son loved our stay at "The Nest"! We had never been to Amelia Island before, and for the week we stayed here this felt like our home away from home. It was super clean and a has fully stocked kitchen. We loved the deck to drink coffee and listen to the birds every morning. The location was close to all of the beaches, and we had a great time at North Beach! Will was always very informative and responsive to any questions that we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to this beautiful island!

This place is perfect! Fantastic location. So close to the beach and the condo assoc. has a fantastic pool! The condo is so well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and there was nothing I looked for to help me cook that was not there! Will thought of everything! Will also provides lots of beach chairs (even though we weren't sure and brought our own!). Even a beach umbrella! The only thing I could have asked for was a few extra bath towels. We like to have a towel to use as a hair towel also and only had enough towels for 1 person each, but we made do! Other than that, perfect!! A/C was good and cold also! Gotta have that at the beach! We did have 1 small (tiny) little issue and Will was on it! I texted him and he was calling me within 1 minute! Issue fixed! We will absolutely stay here again!

Will communicated well and provided the information we needed for a great stay. The villa is on the 3rd floor of a quiet community, Amelia Landings. The villa was immaculate and tastefully
decorated in a beach theme. The pool and tennis courts are located near Villa 1. The beach is a few blocks away. There are many great restaurants in the area. We hope to return again!

Will was great, very helpful and available for any issues. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that screened in porch also looks over a parking lot with some trees to the right so view not great. But good location. Keep in mind the 3rd floor walkup. It gets old after a month.

The condo was perfect for our stay to see family during the holidays. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and to restaurants. During the unusual freeze, we were warm and happy. It was also very quiet at night. Check-in and check-out rules were very simple and straightforward. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a really nice time. The beach and the greenway are just short walks from the condo. Shopping is convenient and town is just a short drive away. The condo is well stocked with essentials. Everything is so clean. We all felt right at home and would definitely return!

The nest was better than advertised!! Will was amazing with providing extra amenities for us! The condo was super clean and had everything my family needed for a flawless vacation. Extra bonus was the walking and bike trails across the street from the condo. We got to see a gator everyday on the walk!! Sooo cool. Will knew my youngest son was all about finding shark teeth and he even met up with us and gave us a bag full. Talk about a smile that lasted for days. He also ga e is native insight as to where to find teeth on the beach. Super helpful and we found 3 in one day!!
All in all highly recommended- we will surely rebook again and loved Amelia Island and it’s location

This property was located in a shaded complex within walking distance to the beach and with easy access to the downtown shopping areas. It was a very clean 2 bedroom property, had a nice balcony with comfortable furniture, and a brand new washer and dryer. The pool was wonderful and we used it every day. Host was always available to answer questions and was helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We have already recommended it to family members and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Amelia Island!

My daughter and I stayed at this condo the end of July/first of August. The place was immaculate, very roomy, convenient to the beach, and in a quiet complex. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. We agreed, we would be happy to stay at this condo when returning to Amelia Island.

Amelia Landings was a relaxing getaway! We were blown away by the convenient proximity to the beach, easy access to the pool and tennis, and the well stocked amenities. The kitchen had everything for cooking at home! There was a lot of thought put into amenities for children as well. We wished we could stay longer!

The condo was much more cozier and spacious than the photos suggested; only thing was the living/dining area could be more well-lit but no major issue. It was very clean and had plentiful of supplies, and being able to borrow beach chairs there were very appreciated!

Beautiful setting with abundant trees.
We hope to return to Amelia Island in the fall, and would be quite happy to STAY HERE AGAIN!! The only things that might improve the condo would be a small TV in the MBR, and TWO towel racks in each bathroom instead of one towel rack and a set of pegs. (Pegs don't allow the towel to dry well, so they sour.) Also, maybe 2 towels per person instead of one. But those are little things! :) It really is a nice place and location!

Our stay was very lovely at Wills Condo. If there was a question he was available within minutes.
The porch is a great addition to the space.
It was clean and well stocked with blankets, pillows and towels.

Gateway to Amelia Island
The accommodations were perfect. We were there for the Shrimp Feast at Fernandina Beach and a wedding at the Omni on Amelia Island. The location made it convenient to get to both places without problems. We were there for 7 meals and ate Shrimp and sea food for every meal We batted 7 out of 7 on the meals that we were able to eat. Our party would recommend this property to anyone visiting Fernandina Beach and Amelia Isaland

Cozy condo was just what we needed
The Nest was very clean and comfortable. We loved the enclosed porch for relaxing and the condo had all the beach chairs and tennis racquets included. Kitchen had everything we needed and the tv was super easy to use. I really liked how the bedrooms were farther away from each other, so the kids could play in the morning but it wasn't loud so we could sleep in a bit (as much as parents of a 4 and 6 year old can haha). Lovely little path to the beach. So many restaurants down here have playgrounds so the parents can relax while the kids play! Will was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He also included restaurant recommendations which we found quite helpful. We would come here again!
