We found the perfect place to stay during our visit to Ocean Isle, NC! Online details were accurate, our condo was spacious, clean and super close to the ocean. We enjoyed the amenities and loved the coffee bar. Our host checked in with me to make sure there were no issues and if we were enjoying our stay. We love that she was so caring and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is great- easy to get to either side of the island and perfect to short or long stays. We'll be visiting again and highly recommend Sea La Vie for an amazing weekend getaway!

Cute, little spot close to the ocean! We walked in our bare feet to the beach and pool - it was the perfect spot for kids. Home was clean and decorated exactly as pictures show. The hosts thought of all the little extras - flavored coffee and creamer, beach toys and chairs, and books and games for children. The porch is also super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside in the AM. Thank you for having us!

This property was everything and more than we needed. The hosts were easy to contact, had everything ready for our arrival, and the place was spotless. This was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever been in. The bathroom was supplied with everything we would need for a long stay. Thank you so much Marni for such a perfect space.

We just loved staying at Marni's place. It felt like a boutique hotel level of decor, linens, furniture -- but also very homey at the same time. Everything is done to such a high standard -- nicer kitchen appliances than I have at home, top-notch washer and dryer, lovely dishes and cutlery and on and on and on. Marni has thought of everything you might need -- beach chairs, etc. Place was impeccably clean also, which is kind of a miracle for an oceanfront property to have it be so spotless and sand-free. Location can't be beach, Ocean Isle beach is so beautiful and calm to visit and the fact that you have private beach access here is such a bonus. A real five-star gem of a stay at the beach. We had a lovely stay for our family vacation. Marni was very communicative and helpful and her place was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. We enjoyed using the community pool and being just a short walk away from the ocean. We hope to come back again. Thanks Marni!

It was a great beach house. We had lots of fun. I didn’t realise I had to go barefoot in the property so my plantar fasciitis was a bit of a problem because I didn’t bring slippers but I kept my feet up and it was ok. The TV in the main area didn’t work so we snuggled together in the main bedroom. All in all it was a very memorable weekend

This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. It was great to not have to Brooke own beach chairs and umbrella. Marni was quick to respond with any questions. We will be back!

The condo was extremely clean and communication with the property owner was excellent. The only down fall was the 10:00 am check out time. Other than that everything was excellent!!!

Such a beautiful property right on the beach—easy access to all Ocean Isle and surrounding areas have to offer. Property was clean and well maintained and the decor was lovely. We enjoyed cooking in each night—the kitchen had everything we needed. When I couldn’t find the cheese grater, I texted Marni and she immediately responded that there was one available. My family commented several times how perfect it was. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach. It was so quiet too—we were impressed! Also I was a little worried about parking, but parking was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Wonderful
I can’t say enough about this place. Everything was pristine. I’ve never stayed in a place where there were so many extras. Marni had loads of beach towels and beach equipment, along with a drawer full of personal hygiene items in case we forgot or needed anything extra. We communicated before and during our visit. Marni was very prompt and helpful with suggestions. Being our first visit to Ocean Isle, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Marni.

Such a Lovely property! Perfectly equipped and just the right size for my son and I. Loved it!!
We were traveling last minute and looking for something on the beach that was in close proximity to where my son was playing ball. After we found this gem, the booking process was easy, and everything was shared with me quickly (confirmation, check-in/out procedure, parking, key code, etc). The owner was gracious and checked in on us to make sure we got in with issues and checked out without issues. I couldn’t have asked for it to go more smoothly.

Amazing Stay
We absolutely enjoyed our 7 day vacation at Sea la Vie! The unit was beautiful, updated, and clean. Being directly on the beach allowed for easy beach access for early morning and late strolls on the beach. Thank you! We will definitely book again.

Clean, tidy, and convenient
Perfect unit for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all you might need. Very clean!! Easy and quick access to the beach! We would definitely rent again! The owner was quick to reply to my questions also.

Beach getaway
Amazing location on the beach. Fully furnished/stocked kitchen! Just one major issue when the electronic lock ran out of batteries and we had to wait on a locksmith - should have a backup key with the super!!

Excellent accommodations.
We were very pleased with the accommodations that is just a short walk to the beach! The apartment has been recently updated with modern appliances and renovations. The owner promptly replied to all inquiries. We will definitely return!

Sea La Vie is immaculate!
We highly recommend Sea La Vie! The place is a so cozy and inviting with all new appliances and revamped interior. Perfect for a family of 4. We rented for our anniversary with 2 young children. Marni was extremely accommodating! We couldn’t have made a better choice and will be coming back.

There were several things I forgot that she just so happened to already have available for use at Sea la Vie. We stayed with our 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old daughters and loved every second together. The place was very clean and had many amenities to boot. Thank you for the unbelievable hospitality AND great stay. We were literally right on the beach ️. We can't wait to come back! ♥️

Perfect in EVERY way!
My 15 year old daughter chose this property for her birthday beach week and she found a gem! The location is spot on. I didn't drive the entire week. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The beach house is absolutely adorable, updated, and clean. Highly recommend!!
