This is our second stay here and love the home. Lora and Rick are wonderful hosts, very flexible and great communication. Lots of extras provided - towels, beach chairs, paper products, lots of dishes, spices and everything needed in the kitchen. The home is in a great location, close to many stores and restaurants, and a good neighborhood for taking walks. Loved sitting down by the water and watching sunsets.

It’s a beautiful setting on the river, and it was very close to our families house. The house is very well equipped with all your essentials.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property has a beautiful view. The house was well-provisioned. Fantastic pool. Dog-friendly fenced side yard. Driving into neighborhood after hurricane Ian was a bit worrisome, but, property made up for it.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was the cleanest, most updated, most well stocked property. All instructions for running appliances, TV, pool, etc. were very clear. The pictures don't do it justice - it is even nicer and bigger than it looks in the pictures. All furniture, beds, and appliances are in great shape. The pool was lovely - electric and solar heater made it a perfect temperature. We highly recommend this property!

This house was beyond our expectations the pictures showed it was beautiful but seeing this in person took my breath away the house is open and every room had a personal touch of decor the views from the Lani we astounding... We saw dolphins and sunsets that made us feel so blessed. The amenities that were supplied for our use was fabulous this was definitely a home away from home. The owners were phenomenal with everything from check in to check out and everything in between. If I could give this place more stars I would.. will definitely rent this again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I honestly have to say this was one of the best places we have ever stayed the owners were fantastic and made everything so easy. The house honestly had everything you need very well clean and taken care of. If the ratings would let me do 100 I would. Mrs lora was made her sealed available for anything we needed. Amazing pool great fishing appended dock and we honestly can’t wait until we can go again.

Owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and comfortable with a feeling of home away from home.

This house was just as described. With wonderful views across the lake in the morning to hanging out in the pool, this is just what we were looking for! Very clean with extras of everything. Kid friendly with pool toys and bunk beds. We would love to go back again next year!

This property is the perfect get away spot! The place is VERY clean and stocked with all of your essentials. No need to pack your TP, paper towels, shampoo, or laundry detergent, the house already has them, unlike most VRBOs. The view is amazing! We spent most of our time in the back room overlooking the pool, dock, and River playing cards or doing puzzles. We had Wonderful sunsets across the water every evening. Sitting on the back porch or playing in the pool, this place is a destination without having to leave for the day to find something to do. Perfect! We are planning our return trip!!

My husband and I reserved a week to stay with our fur baby, we extended our vacation an additional week(thankfully it was not already booked up-which I can’t understand why) Lora’s home is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the home is extremely clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, from beach chairs and coolers to paper plates and spices! Lora was extremely helpful with suggestions on dog parks and beaches, as well as places to eat! We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Lora!! 💞

The cleaning staff does a great job. For being a pet friendly home, we expect residual pet hair…but, nope. Spotless. Lora and Rick’s home is not basically equipped…it’s super equipped. We didn’t need a thing. Waffle irons, bakeware, coffee pots, mixers, blenders, crock pot, and a grill to name a few. Previous renters also leave K-cups and extra condiments, so if you forget something, chances are, they’ve got it. The home was beautiful. Top of the line appliances, beautiful pool, and gorgeous sunrises AND sunsets! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a great time reconnecting with extended family and going out in the boat. We fished, golfed, and tried some beaches. Luigi’s has half price NY style pizza on Mondays. We also tried Laishley’s Crab House and Hurricane Charley’s for dinner. For lunch, IceHouse was also good - all in Punta Gorda. Otherwise, we cooked in the house. We had a great time. Thank you Lora and Rick! It was perfect!

Lora's house is so beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood is nice, the property is fully stocked, well maintained and VERY clean! We hardly left the house. We had everything we needed, even for our puppies. Lora was very responsive and kind. The pool was perfect for our family to spend the day and the beds were comfortable after days full of fun in the sun. It was exactly what my family needed after an incredibly stressful year.

This was a long overdue Girls’ Trip celebrating life & friendship. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience! The house was just as pictured on VRBO - but BETTER because it felt so warm, welcoming & safe! Even everyone in the neighborhood was friendly & would wave when we walked our dog. Lora was super responsive & helpful with a couple questions we had & everything we could possibly need for the comforts of home was provided & at our disposal. We had an incredible time & look forward to making this a new “Framily” Tradition. Thank you, Lora!!!

My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. The kids and I enjoyed the pool mostly while my wife and in-laws spent a lot of time fishing off the backyard dock in Alligator Creek. (The fish were delicious!) The house itself was beyond luxurious. They have thought of everything. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Home is beautiful, owner has paid attention to every detail. You can tell they really care about your enjoyment. They have thought of things you might need, that you didn’t even think of and its there. Gorgeous views. Patio is very enjoyable. Will be back for sure.
