This is definitely a luxury property. The furniture, fixtures and amenities were great. The property manager quickly replaced the empty propane bottle when we requested it. It was clean when we arrived. We'd definitely stay here again :)

The property is ideal for a family gathering. Plenty of common space to gather together for games/reading/eating/hanging out, but also enough private space to keep everyone happy.

Great location, fantastic views! Everything was great, but 2 issues. The fridge and freezer never really got cold (matching temperature settings) and we had some difficulty with the hot tub. I'm still giving 5 stars because these are things that simply need to be brought to management attention. This was a fantastic stay and condo!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a family getaway and could not have been more happy with our rental. It was equipped with everything that we needed with a great location and look forward to returning. The Winter Park Escapes staff was also fantastic.

Our townhome was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of seating for dinning with two tables/chairs. Each room has a TV and a nice space downstairs for kids. The check in/check out process was simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and loads of storage space. Great fireplace. We did not use the hot tub. The steam shower was fantastic and aided sore muscles. Would definitely rent this space again. The family room was comfortable and likely could use an additional couch given the large space and family. Also, the town lost power for about 45 minutes one evening, which was not a problem given the warmth of the fireplace; however, a flashlight somewhere handy would be helpful. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable rental and would not hesitate to rent again.

Our stay was an excellent achievable experience.. We've never been to Colorado let alone have this much snow.. We came all the way from Louisiana for my wife's birthday to have a great time with you all and we'll definitely return!!!!

Just like the pictures showed. Very nice unit. My only complaints are that the pans for cooking were so damaged that I was ready to buy a pan to cook breakfast with. Also all the pillows were terrible so if you are local I would bring those 2 things up. My family loves curling up on the couch with a blanket but there was only one so I bring one more up if that is important to you. The windows in the bunkroom would not close so that room was chilly. Not sure if the prior renters left them open to get some air & then weren't able to shut them due to the snow. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Kitchen needs to be better stocked for cooking. Hot tub was a big disappointment. It would not get above 80 degrees.

This home was dirty! The linen were not cleaned as they smelled really bad and the home overall was dirty. The area rugs were disgusting and there were finger prints all over the railings and some tables. The home did not smell fresh and sanitized and we had to request several cleaning supplies. Overall, but especially during COVID, I expected a note saying that the home was cleaned and sanitized and definitely didn't expect to have to use dirty linen. The home is too beautiful and I paid a lot of money to stay there to have not been cleaned. The cabinets on the wall need a serious deep cleaning because oils over time have leaked down causing discoloration and stickiness. Additionally the amenities offered were very sub par and there was NO sanitizing hand soap, only hotel bars. The beds were broken and the garage was dirty for a vacation home. I was just disappointed overall based on the money I spent compared to the pictures on the website. This is a 5 star home with 2 star house keeping.

We had a great time at the property. It was clean and everything was generally in great working condition. The place is beautiful and the surroundings even more so. Would stay here again.

this is a very nice property in a nice location. The house has everything you need for cooking, etc. With plenty of sleeping, dining accommodations. The bathrooms and bedrooms are nice. However, there were several housekeeping jssues: 1) carpeted areas were dirty. Looked like they were never vacuumed. Food was on the floors...in the living area and basement. 2) hot tub did not work. Water was cold and there was an error message. The hot tub maintenance company came the next day and fixed..super nice gentleman. 3) dish network did not work our entire trip even though I complained about it. 4) upstairs shower door doesn't close 5) found broken glass on the wooden floor. My child found it when he stepped on it. 6) some items in home were broken and just need light repairs...broken curtain rod, rip in master bedroom comforter, shower door doesnt close, bunk bed in need of repair because it isn't very sturdy, etc. Again, a nice home just don't feel like the attention is given to the general maintenance and cleaning.

The place was clean and ready to go for us. We enjoyed our stay here. Our only issue was the local shuttle. It was not very easy to walk to the bus stop.

Overall the property is very nice, could be excellent with better management. A few examples listed below. The listing for the property states that the house has a sleeper sofa. I found this to be untrue. We ended buying an air mattress to make up for the lack of bed to accommodate our entire party. So the false advertisement is something that should be corrected. Upon arrival I noticed the sliding door that leads to the hot tub was not functional. I reported the issue immediately and was told we'll send someone next week, that does me no good. The hot tub is a great amenity, but not so much if you can't reach it. On the second night the master bathroom had a major leak in the ceiling above the toilet, likely from the snow on the roof around the vents. I reported the issue and was told someone was on the way. In the mean time we use three trash cans to catch the water because the water was leaking down to the level below. No one every showed up to fix the issue. I called again the next morning and reported the issue again. Maintenance finally showed up and corrected the issue and also fixed the door mentioned above (he had not been notified of the door issue). The maintenance staff was very professional and very helpful. Overall cleanliness was not great considering the luxury of the villa. Used "makeup" towels were left hanging in two bathrooms, presumably from the previous guests. The garage had many random boxes, sofa cushions, and an old TV. Not what I expected from a place this nice.

Management company delivered small thin floor pads to try to make up for lack of bed. Not good enough! No response after. Have sent multiple emails. Feels like they are hoping I will just go away.

Beautiful property, but not really close to bus pick up, downtown or mountain resort. Hot tub didn't work for 3 days. It was a holiday week so some. Of the delay was expected, but would have been nice for it to work at the beginning. Overall, nice property that is great if you have a larger group.

The house was great and allowed great space to be together and have individual space as needed. Lots of amenities And conveniences. A garage door opener or a code to get into the garage door from the outside would be more convenient and labeling the thermostats would be helpful but a great place to stay.
